Our wish was to update our stairs with new posts, balusters, hand rails, trim, transition piece, and matching safety gate. Justin was prompt in getting back to us and providing an estimate. We explained what our vision was and provided him with a picture. That is all we had to do. He absolutely focuses on his client, has amazing listening skills and is not afraid to try new strategies or think outside the box. We LOVE everything about it and are over and beyond satisfied!! I wanted a custom clothesline built that would look a bit better that the standard metal Tbar. After trying a few other contractors, who either didn’t respond or failed to provide bids after contacting them, I contacted Justin. He asked a number of questions about my expectations and needs. He provided a very detailed bid including dates and payment expectations.The clothesline is quite simply, exactly what I had imagined. Even on such a seemingly simple project, Justin’s craftsmanship shines. Justin replaced a gable mounted exhaust fan in my attic, plus additional electrical work, and replaced the molding around the opening to the attic. He promptly return my call, set an appointment for the next day to come by to look at the job. We discussed the work, my expectations, he added his inputs, and provided the quote. He arrived promptly on the scheduled work day with all of the tools and supplies needed to complete the job. I was very impressed with his knowledge, skills, craftsmanship, attention to detail and pride of workmanship. Hes an excellent carpenter, licensed electrician reliable and reasonably priced. Justin replaced our main electrical service panel at our house as the old one was a mess from prior owners doing a lot of their own work. The new panel is all cleaned up and looking wonderful. He cleaned up after himself which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely use Justin again in the future and will refer to others with no hesitation .
