Is zero an option for a review? I’ve given one review in my life and it was due to an incredibly positive experience (5 stars)....vastly different experience here. Unless you’re a man or have a husband to talk “man to man” don’t work with this company. Don’t buy into the “fixed pricing” bc it jumped over 50%. They removed items from the plans without disclosing it upfront. We wasted 3 months working with this company only to find out the plans they “hand over” are not “not correct”. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know. So incredibly unprofessional. They will bombard you with positive customer reviews. Do your research bc there are reviews like this one out there. John Hill and Crew made our kitchen remodel experience very pleasant. We couldnt be happier! We had all our wood floors and stairs redone as well during the remodel and it all turned out great!

John built us a custom home in Anderson Township and we love it. He was very helpful throughout the whole process and the relationship continues now, years afterwards. If we build again, well definitely go with John Hill Constructions.

John Hill totally renovated my Loveland condo shortly after I bought it, but while I was still living in New York City. The first time I stepped into the work-in-progress I knew I had picked the right firm and I could relax from there out – the craftsmanship was outstanding. They are superb builders, great communicators, understand your wants and needs, work within your budget and go the extra mile. I was able to check in daily on the Buildertrend app to see the schedule and photos of work done. John and his crew finished the work a week before my scheduled move. The results are superb.
