As a first time renovator, I didnt know what to expect. DeVol was wonderful in managing our expectations, keeping us apprised with regular check-ins, etc. Though all our updates are completed, we now feel a bit sad that we dont get to see them regularly! Jeff DeVol and his crew did a wonderful job with our bathroom addition. My husband has ALS and we needed to have a full ADA compliant bathroom installed on our first floor. From start to finish, they made the process easy and comforting. Jeff was very quick to respond to any questions and provided the guidance we needed. Everyone who performed work in our home were very skilled, took pride in their craftsmanship and kept us informed every step of the way. They finished our addition a week early and this was done during the pandemic! That was amazing. They were all very friendly, kind, and respectful. They also followed up after the remodel was completed to see if my husband needed anything else to aid him in the home and to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We are very happy with our addition and it has made our lives easier in coping with ALS. This is a company that cares for their clients and the work that is done.
