Steve at Charisma was absolutely phenomenal. He literally saved us with his timeline and ability to put everything together quickly for a very odd set of jobs. His team was professional, well priced, and hard working. He kept communicating throughout the process, and made sure, numerous times, that everything we needed was completed and completed well. The quality of work was excellent, and his responsiveness was very timely. Steve is very easy to communicate with, and has a very pleasant personality. Even though the job was relatively small, Steve needed to coordinate with many other subcontractors. He did so with transparency, and assembled a very good team to complete the repairs and remodel for a residential project. I highly recommend Steve and Charisma Construction and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Steve Martin was amazing. I had just moved to Colorado from Oregon to be a property manager. The house provided to us was in need of extensive repairs. He gave thorough bids on everything that was asked of him. He communicated everything along the way and had a great crew working for him. I have used many of his subcontractors for other projects around my park as they did awesome as well. I have a 3 year old little girl and am pregnant with #2. He was quick with the work knowing full well that my toddler needed normal again. He also would show her around when something was finished as she was very curious about everything that was happening. I just cant say enough great things about them.
