Always get a nice cut from the gals here. The district manager btw, wow, one of the best cuts Ive ever had! Furniture and store could use a face lift, a little dirty/busted up. Staff totally rocks, prices low enough I always feel comfortable to leave a good tip. Keep it up!

I went in on a Friday and I will say the people there are very nice, but unfortunately that doesnt always mean you end up with a great haircut. I have curly hair and asked for a specific style, when I got home I straightened my hair and there are obvious chunks missing and its definitely not the cut I asked for. I called to see if it could be corrected and was told I would need to wait until Monday. Very disappointing, will not be returning. It probably would have been fine for a trim, but if your hair is curly you may want to consider other options if youre changing hairstyles.

This is my second bad experience at a Supercuts and will never go back to one again. For a while now I have been trying to even out my hair after having layers. I told the lady to cut my hair straight across instead she not only gave me a U shaped cut but it was uneven. I did not notice until I got home and was very upset and disappointed that a hair cut so simple could go wrong.

I came in with long hair (4 past my bra) I asked for a trim and long layers. I brought 2 pictures to show exactly what I wanted. I left with a mullet ( my sides are cut to my chin) and cried in my car. There is no blending this. I literally have to cut my hair to my chin. It took me years to grow my hair. This is a very basic cut and takes 10 min usually. Management please call me.

Great hair cut, a little busy at times but worth the wait

Great experience. My 80 yr old mom hadnt had a haircut for over a year and they did a great job. She was hesitant to go out for a haircut but they ended her mind and it was a great experience.

I have never written a review before but the experience I had was horrible. There was a older gentleman getting his hair cut and when he was finished was not able to see well. He was running into the wall and such. The hairdresser didn’t offer to help and laughed at him. Lucky his car was right out front and he was able to get to it safely.Then when it was my turn the lady Butchered my hair. Was cut way to short. I had to go home and fix parts of it cuz it was so uneven. The lady was so rude to her employee. I felt bad for her. She was telling what she was doing wrong in front of the customers and bossing her around. Not friendly. Will not be coming back. Take my advice don’t go here!!!!

Manager is extremely rude. Will be contacting corporate and letting them how this place is managed. I just read a review from 5 months ago saying it looks like they cut hair with blindfolds on and that’s still an accurate description. My boyfriends hair is completely botched. Sideburns not blended, side isn’t faded like he requested, and the top is choppy. He called asking for a refund and was told he could come get it fixed but no refund. Who wants their hair touched again by a place that screwed it up this bad in the first place? After letting the manager know he will contact corporate her response was “ok” and then she hung up the phone. Go here if you want a cheap cut as long as you don’t care what your hair looks like. I understand times are hard right now but it’s no excuse to be this unprofessional.

I am impressed with the COVID screening at the door, the cleaning being done, and the staff being firm with customers about masking.All of that said, I have been a client of Crystals for probably about 5 years at many different locations. She has always taken good care of me. She has seen me through many major changes with my hair and treats me with compassion every time I see her. She does beautiful cuts and helps me understand if a cut I request will work or not. I refer everyone I know to her because shes just that good. Before I leave every appointment, she makes sure to remind me if Im not happy with anything after I shower, to call her and shell fix it free of charge.Crystal is the best and I hope I never have to see anyone else!

My Moms hair had not been cut for some time, due to covid of course. Jessica was so very kind to her. Was cautious with covid precautions. Shampooed her hair, cut it just the way she liked. It made an 87 year old women so very happy. Thank you Jessica!

I love going here everyone is so nice and I have to say that the screening process for the Covid -19 is spectacular they go above and beyond to ensure that everyone is screened and that everyone has a mask on safety is number 1 here, they actually sanitize everything after every person. I have to say this is the worst place I have ever dealt with. I made my mom an appointment for a hair cut and she came out looking so bad. And for the hair styles Crystal to have the nerve to say that she was having a time understanding my mom so she just did what ever. Instead of trying to figure what my mom wanted she just messed up my moms hair. That is not okay my mom sat in the parking lot there in tears. And instead for Crystal to not offer to fix it she sat there and just pointed the finger at my mom that is not okay. Your supposed to take care of the person that sits on your chair no matter what the situation is. I will never go back there and her manager will be hearing from me tomorrow. Cause she messed up my moms hair bad.

The ladies at this location are superb! You won’t find any girls str8 outta hair clipping school here. Charismatic, knowledgeable and good at chin wag is how I would sum up the staff here. Although....the flat rate men’s cut price of $19.95 is steep. But it’s worth it.

5 stars if you go to the right person. For me that’s Kimberly. She’s been cutting my hair for years and I follow her wherever she goes. She won’t stay at places long that are run poorly (which is most of them around town). Nor should she stay if management is inept. She’s too good and cares too much to deal with a “bunch o foolishness” from management or co-workers.

Stylist had personality and really seemed to want to make a positive impact on my hair.

My mom came in yesterday for an eyebrow wax (as she has once every few weeks for years) and the older lady that did the wax either tore or burned her skin. Completely unacceptable and we will be taking steps to be refunded if not taking further action. Staff that is not trained or knowledgeable on how to safely use products is very dangerous and unprofessional.

Worst haircut Ive had in a long time. Felt like I had to walk the stylist through the entire thing. She kept asking if it was better. I kept telling her no, she then told me if there was a problem I had 7 days to come back and fix it for free. Tried to get a nice haircut for Christmas think Ill just wear a hat. What a waste of money.

Fantastic location and the staff are always friendly, skilled, and fast! They offer a lot of services so its nice to get what I need done in one trip.

They botched my hair. I asked for a basic hair cut and I ended up with 16 stars shaved into the back of my head. It’s green in some spots. I’m pretty sure the girl that do all of that was on something.

Stopped in today, no line, my stylist noticed how my hair acts funny and handled it. Walked out feeling like it was one of the best haircuts Ive had in years and very reasonably priced. I would DEFINITELY return to her! (Im sure Im getting her name wrong, but I want to say Janell?)

REALLY needed a haircut and decided to give Supercuts a try. Racheal cut my hair, and did a great job. She spent time talking with me to understand what I wanted, and how my hair would look with that particular style. I got a whole new style, not just a trim. She also gave me styling tips and I left feeling confident about my new do. Thanks Racheal!

This is the only place that uses metal electric clippers. The other places use plastic. HUGE difference! 5 Stars!

Great hair cut!!! I was incredibly impressed with klayca. She took her time and made sure I was getting the exact cut I wanted. I didnt expect this a a national chain but Im glad the customer service was still good.

I dont understand why this is constantly associated with cheap and bad places like Great Clips. Ive had waay better haircuts here than the $25-$30 places Ive been to.

Got an emission test they said my truck died n would not start they pulled it out of the bay with a fork lift hooked up a battery charger and just went on with their business pretty much ignored us after that

My husband called them at 12pm, made an appt for 3pm today, and just came home at 4pm without a haircut.Apparently they were letting walk-ins ahead of him, and openly complaining about how they cant manage all of the costumers, and how annoying it was to try and fit the appointment people in around the walk-ins.....um hello!?!?!This place used to be managed by someone else, and was wonderful. As of recently - oh man. You dont know how to turn away walk-ins and prioritize appts???? My husband basically waited 4hrs for an appt and was never taken 😖

Went there yesterday at lunchbreak. No wait, good price for a basic haircut. I had Abby, she did a great job.

I do not recommend coming to this location unless you enjoy haircuts that look like they were performed with a blindfold on.

I made an appt for 11:30 for wash and blowdry and eyebrow waxing. The lady said she was not certified for wax but would do my hair and the other lady would do the waxing. When the 1st gal finished my hair and did not do a very good job she said the other lady would do my wax. I waited and then I was told it would be another 30 min. Since they had an appt. I could not wait nor should I have had to since I too had an appointment. I left and will never go back again

I went to Supercuts to see if they could fix a badly botched haircut done at another small Loveland salon . It was so bad I wouldn’t have returned to that salon to have it recut even if the owner hadn’t of left for Florida the same day. Tanisha happily repaired the damage and did an amazing job of making my hair look great. Thanks for fixing someone else’s mess Tanisha !

I had always got blonde highlights and a purple peekaboo. Supercuts changed their product and when I left I had a mostly pink peekaboo with some purple in it. My highlights were more brown than blonde. So after 2 days I washed my hair and the purple and pink peekaboo turned jade green. So that is what I am stuck with. I was so disappointed.

For some reason they cant cut my hair right. This was my second time there and I assumed it was just a mistake, but two bad cuts? No. The staff all seem new to cutting hair and make simple mistakes.My hair had more uneven lines than a Pollock painting. I almost had them shave my head bald before i left and had another shop fix it the next day.
