Both men working were friendly, knowledge, and professional. They were able to explain to me everything that was going on in my car using analogies that make sense as a layman. They didn’t push for repairs that wouldn’t make sense for my vehicle based on how long I am likely to keep it. I never felt pressured and truly feel like they are some of the more ethical people I have worked with in recent years. The oil change was affordable and didn’t take longer than an hour. Thank you guys!

I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday and it had a coolant leak. I had to leave it there over the weekend due to available parts places closed for Labor Day but they worked their hardest to get it. They are awesome to work with and went above and beyond for me. You don’t know how much I appreciate them for this.

Took my van here for a tune up. They told me what the problem was on my car, told me they could fix it. I get my car back the next day. They tell me they did the tune up but it did not fix my problem. They wanna charge me full price. I payed . Got into my car to leave I HAVE MORE PROBLEMS NOW THAN I DID BEFORE I DROPPED IT OFF. My car is louder than it was originally, I have a hose leaking that wasnt leaking before and the car isnt fix. So now i have to put more money into my car . PLEASE PEOPLE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.. THE SERVICE IS REALLY BAD. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!

It was fine. I dont appreciate that they slammed my hood on my car, it was so unnecessary & uncalled for. It almost caused damage to my radiator. I also dont like the manager telling me what kind of oil I needed n my car when I tried telling him what it needed. Just cause you know cars doesnt mean you know mine. Sure enough I was right w what kind of oil I needed n my car. I wont use that place anymore. There is also no need to tighten oil filters so tight that no one else is able to change my oil w out the chance of my housing being damaged .

The people at this this location are always nice and informative. The service is completed quickly and if anything else needs fixing or replaced they will call you with updates.

I gotta say that was the fastest service I’ve ever received at a auto shop. I just needed a tire mounted and was in and out in 10mins.

I paid for a premium oil change with tire rotation and fluids being topped off. I received a basic oil change - nothing more. Didn’t have time to go back for the other services because I didn’t realize they hadn’t fulfilled these until I was far away and it was too late. If you go here double check the work! Bare minimum will be done so you pay the higher price and receive less.

Took my Dodge truck to them after putting a new transmission in it because I had a small leak. Told him that I did not replace the gasket on the dipstick well after 300 dollars the leak is still there, I asked him did you replace the dipstick gasket and he replied no. What the hell ! So I just fixed it myself and it was the dipstick gasket....

Asked for them to check out my vehicle assuming and saying it was the water pump and timing element when I walked in they looked at it(not taking anything apart by the way) for all of 5 minutes and told me what I told them I thought it was just feel like I wasted 60 bucks I personally feel it was a bad value because it was so much money for so little time and little information and then tried to scare me with how big an detrimental of a job it can be to repair to try to get me to do it through them when I paid 60 bucks for them to stare at it for 5 minutes and again told me what I already knew, thats 6 hours worth of paycheck im not getting back and I feel i wasted it

They did a great job in diagnosing the TPMS prob I have been having. Showed me the leaky valve (which was unsuccessfully diagnosed at a competitor previously) and explained and showed me the problem. I recommend them.

I brought my car in around 915 AM on a Saturday morning and by 1 PM, I was able to drive it out the lot and to work Monday morning. David was super helpful and explained everything that was going on with my vehicle practically. I will definitely be taking my car back to Meineke to see David and his team for future visits!

Had a slow leak in one of my tires... stopped there without an appointment and had issue resolved within 20 minutes. That would not have happened everywhere.

Update: 7/15/20. I found out as I drive home from the repair that my window still made a loud click noise as it went back up, which is what it did prior to the window failing. After cautiously opening and closing my window 6 times it is now broken 1/2 way down. So much for the 2nd repair to correct the job. I am now going to Santos Auto Service or a Jeep dealer to get this corrected, because I don’t have time for a 3rd 4 day repair and need to have my vehicle for work. I am certainly not taking vacation days for a vehicle repair. Maybe it is a bad part that I got from both Meineke store repairs, but I don’t have time to try for a third auto repair to end the same way. I am dropping the star rating because this wasn’t fixed like I needed and now I am paying a lot more in time and money. The customer service was great though.My window stopped going up, and I took it over to Meineke. The experience was far more superior than I expected. Our 2012 Jeep Liberty Limited had no parts available at any local dealership and the national distribution center is 4 weeks from having the part available. David and his team went to a salvage yard, disassembled a door, and had everything reinstalled in less than a day! None of the local dealerships would get my car in the same day and the other guys had a 3 day wait. Then diagnosing my car was waived because they did the work, where the dealerships charge the fee and don’t waive it for any reason. My car window works great now because they went to such great lengths to get this fine right! I will always take my Jeep here instead of the dealership first, which has been our previous pattern for every Jeep service. Thank you Team David!!

I was charged 370 bucks for the AC recharge and they were not able to fix the issue and yet didn’t issue a refund.Dave was the manager here. He helped with refund the next day.

What a great experience. We were treated like a customer. Got great service. Did everything they said the would do and got our car back early. We had a brake issue and found the problem immediately. Did not try to sell us anything more than what we needed. Even gave us advice on another car we were having a problem with. We did our best to describe the sound it makes and they knew what the problem was. We will be back for sure and this will be our go to place for all our car repairs.

I’ve been taking my vehicles here for repairs & maintenance for the past 20 years, on and off. I feel like they’re honest & friendly, do a good job, and don’t recommend unnecessary work. I’ve found them to be pretty quick too.

I dont know anything about cars. Asked for an oil change and to have my fluids checked. The staff was helpful, with great prices, and when they found deeper issues they brought me into the shop and pointed out exactly what needed done, gave me a quote, but didnt insist on fixing anything else at all, just gave me a quote for the future if I return. And I absolutely will.

I dropped off my car around 4:30 pm expecting to leave it overnight for a morning appointment. However the agent told me they could work on it immediately and have it done by 6:00!They did an oil change, AC recharge and replaced the air filter and serpentine belt and completed it as promised!

Poor customer service. Walked in at 5:45p to pick up and pay for my car. Was told the “systems are shut down for the day. We open back up at 7:30 tomorrow morning.” So I came in the next day, car still had issues. Used to be a pretty loyal customer and was happy with the service, I’ll be headed elsewhere

I really can’t express how bad experience it is for me with this service provider. My car heater was not working. After checking for a while he told me that thermostat needs to be changed and he charged me around 650 $ for that but when I brought my car back, there was kind of metal burning smell coming when I put the heater on. I thought it might be due to new metal thermostat he changed but after a week smoke started coming out of front with more smell now when I went back, he said your car water pump is leaking which should be changed and it would be another 450$. Now I felt like stuck because all of a sudden how pump would start leaking. I got it checked in chevrolet. They said there is no issue with the pump and replaced the radiator which still didn’t fix the issue. I seriously feel there is something wrong with heater he replaced but he is not ready to accept. I just feel like cheated.

Dropped in Saturday at 10:00 am to schedule an oil change and they were able to get me iin immediately. The staff was friendly and. It just took 15 minutes to complete the job. I hadnt been there in 10 months yet somehow they knew my name. Ill be back.

Would not even give 1 star!I had enough points for a free oil change!Drove my car in it was working perfectly!They allegedly did the oil change.Drove out with an engine light on but was going back later for 2 new tires so didn’t think it was a big dealI drove my perfectly working car in later that day and mentioned the engine light and asked them to check it.God knows what they did or didn’t do but my car was un driveable when I left.By the time we managed to get it to my mechanic the engine was shot.I have reached out to the store and to the corporate office and no one has even called me back.I’m out of pocket for a new engine as I can’t afford a new car and they don’t even care.DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

I called to make an appointment for an oil change, Dave answered the phone,I ask if I needed to make an appointment or just come in,his reply..he said, I dont care do what you want., so I I formed him I had a coupon and he still insisted on quoting me regular prices, then I said I would be waiting on my car when I brought it up, his reply, I dont care what you do its up to you,you will be the one waiting not me. ( this is why I ask how busy they were and if I needed an appointment) needless to say I passed a Valvoline on my way and turned around and went there, much more professional, kind and courteous, I will never return to Meineke on Mason Montgomery Road in Symes township ever this is not the first but will definitely be the last,this would have never happened if the other guys was the manager I think his name was Paul .

After removing my head bumper and light to work on wrongly claim diagnosis. I realize the driver side head light was not working when on my way back to Virginia.. I therefore have to call another branch to find out if they can fix the problem that was caused by Loveland Ohio branch. Since it on Sunday that Loveland shop is close and I don’t really know what to do. Driving at night without head light will cause a big problem. This is very horrible experience I don’t recommend this shop;!!!

Service was excellent. The shop manager has the store opened before the posted 7:30am. I had tires installed 2 weeks before and went back for brakes and an oil change. Very friendly staff, and saved over $400 when compared to the dealer. TV had Beverly Hillbillies on. Started my day with a big laugh.

The man at the counter was rude from the minute I walked in the door. Stated that theres nothing he could really do for any of my problems before even looking at it. They make you feel inferior for not knowing the inner workings about a vehicle, ironically though they supposedly do know the inner workings of a car and they still cannot fix a thing. Awful experience and I would never recommend.

They do great work here and always do their best to find the most cost effective ways to fix my car, without automatically replacing everything with new parts but actually solving the problem.

The service is terrible. They had my car on the lift for two hours and all I needed was a wheel alignment. Nobody would give me the tune of day so I finally just walked into the shop past the no customers sign. No one at the front desk that entire time!! I had just replaced the bearings, rotors, calipers, knuckles, brake lines, cv joints, tires and steering ties and he tried to convince me that the couldnt do the alignment because the parts where new and had to wait for a manager to come back because it was going to cost am extra couple hundred... ?!? I told him to take it off the lift so I could go some where else. Suddenly he changed his story. I told him to take it off. I expressed my concern to the manager as he walked back in with his subway sandwich at 10:30am and he just said have a good day and waved his hand to signal me to leave... Whats happened to service in this country?? They think everybody is an idiot and want $100 an hour to do mindless work and get totally indignant when they do a horrible job! Its crazy.DONT GO HERE!! Honest one auto in Loveland next to Starbucks is awesome. Expensive but great service!!

AWFUL AND TERRIBLE and ESCROW place Ill never recommend. The most recent experience - 1 I go for a basic oil change, I leave the car in shop and return after 30 min they stil working on it, I realized they rotate my tires, the guy said is free( I never ask for that and they didnt ask for my permission.)+ bonus my MICHELIN TIRE ws replaced with a cheap CHINESE TIRE the manager said they didnt changed( this shop was the only one I fix my cars) so no other mechanic touch my cars.2 to make a long story short -same place same car brake problem they found the problem and fixed . After the oil change or let say tire change I go to another place to check the car so they found that brake problem is still, the brakes pads was installed in a wrong way, and the caliper they charge me over$450 is not even worth $120. Every thing in this place is about to make a easy mony on people.

Disgusting experience. Initially I brought my car to change the serpentine belt and later they found that the Harmonic Balancer needs to be changed as well. After the service was performed I got my car with malfunctioning transmission which became quite dangerous to operate on the road due to failure to gain speed at the normal pace. Also when I got my car back I found out that the exhaust pipe makes noise. The owner mechanic, after long time of persuasion that he had nothing to do with the damaged transmission and leak in the exhaust pipe screamed at me after I required him to fix the transmission and the exhaust pipe just below the engine (the area where he performed the work). Now my car is barely running and it became a real cost to me to fix it.

I thought my car needed an alignment and they found our a motor mount was broken. They were efficient, courteous and fair.

Had to pay 500.00 for nothing. Trying to get my AC fix and was told it would take over 1,000 to fix it. Not going back there again 😡

I have taken 4 cars there religiously. Best mechanics (Paul and Bob)...but they have since quit when I brought my explorer in for engine noise/slipping. I was told it was the brakes and other miscellaneous things to the tune of $3000.00 was the issue. When I got it back, still had issues, I was told to drive it for 100 miles, then return. In the mean time I took it to Ford to see what work was really done and Ford said they had the wrong brakes/rotors etc on it. Took it back to Meineke who eventually admitted it was all wrong and put right rotors/brakes on...but still having same/worse issue that I brought in in for. I took it back to ford who said Meineke didnt put new brake hoses on like they should have (another $500) and then told me the transmission was shot and they should have known that...Went back to Meineke and asked to talk to owner who was conveniently on vacation and asked him to contact me...still waiting 6-7 weeks later..long vacation??? They are TERRIBLE since good mechanics left. NEVER go there!
