Simple local family owned business. At first I didn’t know what to expect, but I needed my AC repaired quick. They were the only ones that could get to me that day. They did the job and were more affordable then the quotes I got from other HVAC companies.

Great family run business. Quality over quantity. Wonderful group of people who truly provide that hometown service you look for when the corporate guys screw you over and red tag your system. Had an air conditioner made in 2004 with the home we bought and had a company look at and they said it needed to be replaced or waste a ton of money on a new condenser that might not even work they quoted 9 grand total. Air Masters was called for a second opinion and a 50$ capacitor job (plus a darn good clean and check service) and my system has been running for over 3 years no issue. They also matched the original quote at 6,800 too! mirror image!

I am pretty sure they are out of buisness. No one answers the phone, and the voice mailbox is full.

Some HVAC companies really are honest!! They installed a home humidifier for my elderly friend for a very reasonable cost. They then came and repaired it (after the warranty had expired) at no cost because after One Hour again tried to rip him off about it. Thank goodness for people with a conscience! The lady who helped us was so kind and the whole experience was just wonderful!

The work they did was average. The fan they installed is MUCH louder than I expected. They are NOT good at installing mini-split systems.

About 2 months ago I called air masters when my furnace stopped working. They were very efficient, out the same day within the timeframe they gave me. I ended up needing a new furnace and they were very fair with their price. They set me up with space heaters during the process and everyone I talked to was nice and helpful. I am happy to say I have not had any problems since. I highly recommend air masters to everyone

I called Air Masters for a second opinion before I invested in a brand new air conditioner as another very popular company had been recommending for the last two years as I spent $2500 over the two years to keep this unit working. Mike Harrison came out found the problem in no time and showed me how the other company had been misrepresenting the problem (he wouldnt use the words but I know they had been cheating me). Long story short there are no leaks and Im not buying an new air conditioner, Im sitting in a cool house and I wouldnt think of using any other company other than Air Masters!

Over the years I have had several HVAC companies come out to my house to repair either my heat or AC, I have never called the same company twice as none of them have ever impressed me. Mike with Air Masters just left my house, and I will never use anyone other than them! He found the problem, and fixed it without trying to push other services or upgrades. The price was incredibly fair, and he took the time to explain the issues to me as well as ways to extend the life of my 12+ year old unit. I would highly recommend you use them for your next repair!

Cant believe my home warranty allows this company as a service provider. Tech came out, replace a part after 4 hours. Couldnt get the furnace to work so i got the answer i should expect on a Friday. Someone else will be coming out to fix it. Surprise, surprise. No one came. After 3 calls that Friday with no response and another 3 on Saturday (i cant expect anyone to work after banking hours i suppose) i was able to get a hold of someone on monday. Pretty rough weekend without heat and a sick 6 month baby. When i did get a hold of someone monday, i got the ill figure it out and call ya back. After i called back every 30 minutes for 3 hours, i decided that perhaps this company isnt going to try to make anything right or stand by their customers. I hope its not everyones experience as i wouldnt wish it on anyone.

If you book an appointment at 9am, show up at 9am and do your job. Dont leave at 8:50 saying you have another job to go to... I did call another company and they were happy to clean up Air Masters mess on short notice.

Extremely satisfied with the service done on our furnaces. The technician was very friendly and knowledgable.

I wonder if these people are still in business? - I am a very unhappy customer and am considering legal action against them - I highy recommend NOT using this company.....

I scheduled an appointment, and they failed to show up. During the hour I waited for them to come I called and the phone rang without answer by a person or voice mail. When I did get a hold of a person they said I didnt have an appointment. If a service based company cant preform a task as simple as making an appointment, I would not trust them to fix my AC.
