I got a quote on a beetle bug, assuming it should be around the 160 range since they advertised starting at 125. Some vehicles have 10 plus windows but the bug has 6. 2 being the small triangle windows. Not much tint being used but they tried to charge me 200?!? What?!? You can buy an entire roll of tint and do 10 cars for that price. I get that the labor is a portion just like my profession but their upcharge on the tint is outrageous. For reference purposes. On average a car takes about 20-25 in supplies to do all side windows, back window and front strip. Dont go to these guys. Theyre just scam artists preying on the ignorant. Once I told them I worked at a tint shop and that I know the going rates they refused to do business with me ignoring my calls or messages. Save yourself the hastle.

Called and got a same day appointment to tint my windows. They were fast and fairly priced and really nice. Will go back again.

Okay so you need an appointment I called the beautiful staff up front took care of me guys these women are so knowledgeable and know there laws when it comes to there craft the techs in back had my new 2020 honda accord sport looking Sheeeessssh!!! All in all for the price I paid and the level of just what I would call freaking amazing customer service from both the 2 Ts upfront plus there techs clear attention to detail on cleaning the job back up 5 stars for sure I will bring my friends and for sure my car tinting and audio needs back to them very amazing job thank you very much 😊

Just got my 5% tints yesterday. I woke up late and missed my appt but they were able to finish the job before closing time anyway. The customer service was really nice, bring cash unless you want to pay extra (fine with me).Still waiting for the tint to dry out. Attempt to get Windows tint 3 separate times which each time was asked to come back at 4 pm was at store early first 2 times my work schedule was a problem so today 8/4 went in talked to the young lady again come back at 4 said ok she stated if you cant make it call exactly what she said so I had planned on returning at 4 which I did at 335 she told me she had already booked someone said I didnt call which I was to only call if I could not make it then she wanted lie said she said call if I could make it which wasnt what had said earlier very unprofessional so give someone else my money

They got me together with the tint and Music and it was done when they said it would be done.

Charged too much to remove tint and everybody else was half the price. When I inquired about it being soo high. She told me that’s nothing they could do. On a separate occasion I had music installed and the job was not quality. So I will not never go back.

Waiting on the owner to contact me.I had a very bad experience that may be resolved.I took my car to have an audio system put in and it only worked for 5 minutes after they gave my car back. I went up there 3 separate times to have Discount audio and tint fix the issue. The problem was never resolved so I had to take it elsewhere.

Friendly Professional service.. I got what I needed done in a timely fashion... At this point, I was a satisfied customer. An I planned to return for my Auto needs on my other car as well. After 3 to 5 days I returned.. Because my tint on the front window strip was a crinkly mess because of dust in the tint. I actually noticed it the same day I walked out there and looked at the tint when they finished.. The Mgr. said give it some time to dry etc. I was like okay... Also 1 side passenger window had bubbles everywhere. So I took it back after 3 to 5 days went past. The owner was polite and all. He agreed to redo - and honor the warranty. But what I didnt agree with was I had to set an appointment to come back for a redo. I was thinking they would had someone available to do corrections the same day. Same as they did when I was waiting for my car and 3 different guys came in complaining about their music not working properly... They fit them in the same day for service.... I should had followed my first instinct then, and got my car an left before tint was installed... But I was like Im a give them a chance being their issues was music and not tint... Any who I went ahead an made the appointment for a redo. But after I thought about it for $235, in my opinion I shouldnt had to take it back in the first place. Shidd that should been work of a top notch tinter.... I chalked it up... I went ahead an tore the tint off the front two passenger windows, and took the strip off the front windshield... and decided not to take my other car over there for a tint as I originally had told the Mgr I was going to do... and also when two of my sons saw the tint work, they decided not to take their cars there either... I actually tried to support you because you are a black business owner... But and people wonder why....Thanks Discount Tint & Audio!

My brother inlaw has been hooking up bass systems and building his own subs for 25 years i wouldnt recommend to go to discount tint & audio cuz they didnt bridge the wires on my amp my brother inlaw said they dont know that there doin he also tuned my whole bass system up and now its louder... plus he said they screwed me out of my money for $1000 he told me for that much i should of got better speakers and a better head and a better amp he said for that much i should of got a 3500w or 5000 w amp

I took time out of my day and job to drop and pick my friend up only to be held up because anyone with vision knows that the tint job looked liked it was his first or second try at tinting Windows. You get what you pay for sadly.

Still disappointed. Bubbles and dust trapped in my tint. You WILL need that lifetime warranty ....razor blades on your windows...cause these are absolute amateurs. They are just incapable to do a correct job.Tint my windows two times in a week...and it’s still the same. Save yo $$$$..haha..so when I took it back the 2nd time I looked at the owner/managers black SUV whatever he is and his tint job looked the same but I figured what do I have to lose...lifetime warranty straight joke! To: Thomas the owner, employees, black business owners, and new customers: We as a people have to do better customer service is key. A simple heads up when I was waiting could have had me schedule an appointment for tomorrow. I wish I could rate no stars. I sit in this place for about two hours waiting to get my windows tinted. A customer comes in and witnesses my car being pulled back to the bay area. The customer ask me, Did he just pull your car back to put on tint? Yes I replied. He waits about five minutes and said they made me make an appointment. Of course I dont respond that is for the receptionist to address. The owner was back up front and motions for the receptionist to come outside he doesnt go the owner gets in his truck pulls off and calls the receptionist. After a few brief moments the receptionist said, who wants to get $25 knocked off they bill. I dont utter a word. He claims so neither I or the other customer has to wait around till 6:00. Neither of us take the bait. He says he is overbooked thats why he is asking. Mind you I havent made an appointment and I was told that I was next in line when I came in. The other customer has been here maybe ten minutes. I came to this place because I remember the guy Thomas that is the owner and I want to support my people a black owned establishment. I end up going to the back to get my car because Im pissed. I get back there and the receptionist lets me know the customer up front is the owners uncle his real uncle. Now Im really upset what difference does that make. Im a paying customer that has sit for hours to get a service done. Im all for family and Im also about my coins. Which is more important as a business owner? I let the receptionist know Im going to write a review he says dont do that Ill knock off $50. Its the principle I dont care about the discounts. Im willing to pay my way in life. You cant replace my wasted time my disappointment in your business. You cant correct a wrong that will be repeated to every loved one, friend, or person that I will tell about my experience at your business. The review that I will definitely make because, I am a customer that has had a bad experience at your establishment. Thomas I wish you all the luck and send prayers for your business. A Queen that came to support a king and came out so disappointed.

It was my second time coming to discount tint n audio, and let me just say it was the same as last time really good service, the tint is incredible good for a low price, I even bought a used box and they let me use there own tools thanks guys will keep coming back!!!
