The place was so crowded. The pumps werent working. They had to come and shut the pumps down & restart them. Sat for about 20 minutes & then the pumps were reset. Thank goodness! 😊

Love Sams Club. Gonna check out Cisco. One of these days also. I have 3 grown children. With homes of their own in Louisville. So a lot of grocery essentials. I buy in bulk. So I can get em to come out and see me. And, get their gift bags.

Instead of having someone asking to show your membership at the entrance, focus on helping people to check out. First, doesnt make sense to ask for your membership: how else can you pay at checkout? And second, the lines to get out of the club are so long that often interrupts the line on the self-checkout robots. With the new app is easier to shop, kudos there. Now focus on the store experience because it really sucks.

Pick up was ready early and quick to come out when we got there

I always enjoy Sams Club. This one is just like all the others. Everything you need and some things you dont (but you still buy them anyway!). Cane in for folding chairs and left with a cart full!

The customer service was totally awesome the shelves and the owls are so neat you can just flow through and find what you want thats what I love about Sams Club on Preston the availability of anything youre looking for its right there and clearly found thank you Sam Club I will continue to stay out there as long as

Only issue I have is low supply of some items i.e. meats and dairy. That can be attributed to staffing issues. Otherwise store is clean well laid out.

Unique food in quantity for good price this is the place. And gas prices are even better.

I recently joined Sams and have been extremely happy with my decision! They have a huge inventory to take advantage of.I use it for the products that I need in large bulk. The money I save pays for the membership it cost to join several times over. Just a great deal that has left me totally satisfied!

I refuse to use self check outs. Lines were long with people just like me using regular lanes because we don’t work there! Was VERY disappointed when cashier didnt load my cart. Is this just another way to TRY to get us to use self check out lanes? If so, its going to backfire and we will all start shopping at Costco! Get with it!

Please please dont order a cake from them. Ordered a cake for graduation, when we called to ask if it was ready was told in a smart tone no its not ready and dont know when. Once received a call it was ready we drove to get it an it was no where to be found. None the less go else where service is horrible period.

It was terrible couldnt get any service for over 30 minutes in the mattress department after I ask for help, poor customer service, I will be posting it on social media, it took for the lady that worked outside at the gas pump to finely get me some help, after I had ask another employee to and she thought she did and no one responded. Thanks but no thanks my money spends anywhere also cards.

Very well organized and clean. Has been awhile since Id shopped there. Looking for a new tv and they were the only place to have the one I wanted in stock. Good job Sams.

Wish there was more staff available so if you need assistance u can ask without having to walk around the whole store otherwise no real complaints I found everything I was looking for and well stocked

Great place to shop.

Conveniently close to where i reside. Great savings when theres a sale going on and you cant beat skipping lines cause i always use the scan and go app. Affordable prices that may not appear that way but in the long run shopping here saves you money. There are so many items to get here that you can’t find anywhere else for that kind of price. Gas is always lower as well

As much as I love this store the customer service leaves so much to be desired. In store and over the phone. I have traveled to Sams clubs farther away because I have been able to speak to polite associates on the phone.

A very pleasant trip workers were very helpful and the customers were very welcoming ship says very good as hell

Even though I felt like Bernie Mac on the warehouse/bulk buying episode, the customer service here is amazing! Someone always easily found if you need assistance, and youre not met with nastiness or attitude bc they actually have to do their job.. Neat, clean, well organized. Even the associates in the parking lot gathering carts were working as a team:) may not be back for awhile since I bought enough granola bars and shrimp for 6 months, lol, but def look forward to the next trip!:) kudos Sams Club associates!

Sams is a great spot to shop. They have things exclusive to them and most items are a great value. The gas was 35 cents cheaper than gas stations in the area.

Some shelves were totally bare not sure why. Otherwise good experience. Not crowded at about 1pm. Easy in, easy out. We got what we came for.

After paying for our purchase we found ourselves standing in a line that stretched the width of the store and doubled back so they could once again scan it receipt and everything in our cart. We actually pay a yearly club fee for this treatment

They have great prices especially if youre getting bulks of things I really enjoyed it

Not the best Ive been to. Usually has a more limited suggestion than others and the checkout lanes seem to always be very backed up. There is usually only one or two cashier checkouts open and the self scans, but with the volume of customers it always seems to be backed up. They dont seem short on staff, so not sure why more lines arent open. Also, the mask policy seems to be quite relaxed at this specific location.

My 10 yr old daughter decided last night at 9 that she wanted a cookie cake for her birthday today. I knew Sams has an amazing cookie cake so that is where I was going to get it. I didnt know that you have to order it a day early. The incredibly nice lady at the bakery checked to see if they had any already made and they did. She customized it for me and added extra sprinkles. She didnt have to do this but she did and now 1 little girl is going to have the best birthday cookie ever. Thank you.

Great as usual, love self checkouts, going back this weekend to buy 2 patio storage boxes maybe 3.

Bought my glasses at Sams. Best service and best quality lenses. Had to wait a while for the frame less frames I wanted to come, but that was OK.

It is a typical discount store. Even though they sell items in large packages I was still able to find things I could use. I am alone so only certain items caught my eye. However, I only visited about 1 3rd of the store. Check out was the most difficult area.

Tried one day 5 times to get hold of tires/finally early in the afternoon they said he was gone-had To go to etown 3 days later. Tried again to day to get a tire fixed and they messed around for 30 minutes and then told me they were booked up for 4 days. Horrible horrible service dept. someone needs to be repreminded for terrible service. Like they do not care at the Louisville store. Etown was great! But work in Louisville and needed that location.

Good experience..got gas and some groceries..meat prices were great and so was selection..love that..butchers are on it..great group...

If you go to this club try avoiding a lady name Jennifer at the customer service counter. I honestly do not know how this person was ever hired to care for customers. When you walk into this club and see a mean, mad looking woman in her 50s acting like she owns this place behind the counter you better watch out. She will not hesitate to insult you for no reason.

Good place to go shopping when you need to buy larger bulk of food and not just 1 can.

Sams Club has everything we need to shop for the month. They have a great variety of food, clothing, tools, and several other things you didnt know you needed. Customer service is always friendly.

Getting gas is always a cluster but shopping in the store is pretty easy and of course they have the items in bulk.

We love Sams club. Its very convenient for us to go there and buy things in bulk and the prices are great and the associates there are very nice and help out if you need them.

Worst service at tire department, have to spend 2 hours to change 2 tires. Still they havent done yet. Aint nobody got time for that.

Ample parking, even handicap spaces. Not over crowded. Lines move fast. Longest wait is the exit door check out.

I got in there and out in a timely manner. Not very crowded today. Hard to find many items because they had rearranged many things around. Check out was smooth.

Not a good place to shop. Shelves constantly empty. Since the COVID crisis has started, Ive only seen toilet tissue in there twice. Yet, Im a business customer and am allowed early access. Bakery personnel, are the unfriendliest people Ive ever had to deal with... Unfortunate for me, I am to far away from my store of choice. Sams Club on Bluegrass Pkwy.
