Always had great service, Ive been there for at least 8 sets of tires thru the years, and will continue coming back. Tires are great (my favorite is Nexum) rotations, balances, flat repair or they replace, lifetime alignment. All for one great price. I had the most wonderful customer service experience here. Customer service just not the same now days, but not here. I worked with Scott and man when I tell u, he is the most knowledgeable person on these tires that I have talked too. Everyone there was so helpful and sweet. I would recommend this location to anyone that’s in need of tires but can’t just buy them straight out.

Make sure you get everything in writing. I wouldnt recommend doing business with these people just based off my peoples experience which I witnessed.

Because he had so many problems with the new tires over 2000.00. Went at least 4 times. Finally it was fixed due to them. But he did go and buy 1700.00 in rims. Looks great.....

Hello everyone! I am a returning customer to RNR Tire Express. At one point in time on my 1st situation with my tires getting real bad, and didnt have a lump sum I heard RNR Tire Express commercial my fiance said I lit it up like a Christmas tree because I know that RNR Tires could help me? They helped me then and they are helping me now but this I went on and received tires and rims. I love the packaged because of the warranty and roadside service package!

Service was great for the paperwork and sale, the installation was troublesome in that I know the red dot on a tire means that is where the manufacturer suggests the valve stem should be. I also know that it only means it will take more weight to balance the wheel. RNR only does tires and wheels so it is pretty unprofessional to not care about this. When I said something about it I got a smirk from the installer with the remark that “we put the tires on upside down so we cant see it”. Come on, a little piece of tape on inside of the wheel and outside of the tire is too much to figure out? Every time I look at my truck I am reminded of the installer that could care less about the install when a person pays over a thousand dollars for their tires. At least when people ask”who the hell put those tires on” I will tell them and all the remarks made when asking I about it. You are supposed to be professionals and are hiring people who don’t give a damn one way or the other!!!!

Awesome place, after driving 3 hours to discount tire to purchase a new set of tires and they refused to sell me any tires because I didnt have the factory size tires on my truck so I came here to RNR they had what I wanted at a great price and they hooked me right up.

Bought a set of used tires from them, they were like new. Great price, quick install and service was great.

I have to say this first. I probably wouldnt buy wheels and tires on a weekly payment plan like they offer. They do have the total cost clearly marked, not just the low weekly payment amount.That aside, these guys have taken care of me three times with event service and complete satisfaction. Twice Ive had tires shipped here from TireRack and they mounted and balanced them quickly and precisely for the exact quoted price.The third time I needed a TPMS sensor diagnosed. They found that all 4 were ok but needed to be reprogrammed. They reprogrammed it which fixed the issue and didnt charge be for the work.Thanks guys!

Great experience, would recommend to anyone looking for tires. Scott and his crew got me together in 40 mins for a set of new tires that were also responsibly priced. Starting to not like coming here. Ive been a 2 time paid off customer and get treated like a bum off the streets. All I want is for you guys to balance and rotate my tires that I paid off from you guys. Makes no sense at all to waste people precious time. I called this location and was happy with the customer service. When I came down there the manager said I couldnt finance the tires because it was my husbands car( my name isnt with his on the registration) I could only purchase them. The prices were reasonable. But I left empty handed.

Trash business.. if I could give 0 stars I would. Got my brake calipers painted, in one month the paint started to chip off.. asked if they could help me and they re-did my calipers then another month goes by and the paint chipped off again.. this time they said tough luck nothing they could do for me, even asked if they could just take off the paint and they said no. No pride in their trash work. Stay away.

I called to get a quote for 4 wheels for my car. I received the quote and asked what time the business closed as I planned to go place an order in person for the wheels. I got off at work and went straight R&R only to find out that they were not able to help since the vendors close at 4pm. It would have been helpful to know that if I am required to come in to know that no one spoils be able to help after 4. Not only that but the staff was unapologetic regarding in miscommunication. Never provided a alternative(like taking my information and placing the order the next day) most people get off work at 3:30 sometimes 5 during the week. How am I supposed to get across town and make it to place an order. Also does this business do repair for wheels or not? I called in to check and a lady said they do not yet there is a review for fixing a wheel a month ago. I have one wheel that is bent at the rim which is why I was replacing all 4. However if they are able to fix the wheel that would be better. Overall this was one of the worst customer service experiences Ive had in a while. I expected a little more than just oh we cant do anything for you today and proceed to continue a conversation with another employee. I would not recommend. Perhaps I went on the wrong day based on the other reviews as I did not receive the same service.

I came in here to tire prices and brands. The guy behind the counter was being a narcissistic jerk along with his fellow workers or employees. Threatened me as well. As a result as I had to call law enforcement. A bunch of immature adults with poor customer service skills.

Do NOT do their 6 months same as cash!! They will find every excuse they can to make up reasons why they can’t tell you how much you have paid and will make up some amount for how much you still owe as if you are no where near paying it off. They want you to miss paying it off at their 6 month mark so they can charge you $1500 for tires that might cost $300-$400 for a set at another tire shop. SCAM!!!

I absolutely love this place. Admittedly we had a rocky start with a mis communication problem, but once we got that ironed out it was the best. Clearance was extremely helpful. Had to special order my tires and they had them in within 24 hours. If your options are limited and you need tires I HIGHLY recommend RNR. They were fast and effecient as well as friendly.

The worst at keeping you informed about your 6months expiration date to payoff your account but will call you numerous time about your payment. I ask several times about what my pay off would be and at no given time did someone say “let’s see when your expiration date is”, thanks but no thanks to women out here, trying to make it. I spoke to Scott the Manager he offered no sympathy. I would never refer this place to single woman

Excellent customer service. There were 2 people ahead of me and I was still out of there in less than 2 hours. I got rims and tires installed.

I came in Saturday to get a price on wheels and tires. They told me that they cannot tell me how much the rims cost. Thought it was odd they dont have a price list like other places would. They took my name and number and said they would get me a price Monday by noon. Will have everything by the end of the week. I never received a call back all day??Guess they dont need my business?RNR needs to compile a price list to give quotes and not make empty promices. Not to happy, but thats ok plenty of other places that can quote a price and make a sale on the spot.YOUR LOSS GUYS.......
