I should have listened to my wife and daughter and took the car to Big O first, instead Mr know it all (me) took the car to three other places I felt was better, WRONG!!!. The other places said they found the problem, but what they did, did not fix the problem, but it dented my pockets and no refunds even though they didnt fix the problem. I had the car towed to Big O Thursday morning, that evening they called me with the problem and the price to fix it. The next day they called to let me know my car was ready and they ran some tests on other parts of my car. When I went to pick my car up it was $70 cheaper than what they quoted me. If I had listened to my wife and daughter I would have saved over $1,000. I did learn something and it was I need to stop being a bonehead and stop thinking that my way is the only way. I get regular oil changes and buy tires from this Big O. Every time I go in, they greet me by name. They are always busy, but I usually drop off and then pick up when theyre done. They are always very knowledgeable and explain in detail to me. I would recommend this Big O to anyone.Thanks Big O!!

I love most Big O companies, but I brought my car here to have it worked on. They purposely messed up my front end and I ended up wrecking my car when I got it back. Of course I brought it back to this shop to have it fixed not knowing what they had done. They referred me to a shop off of Cane Run road that is a part place to fixed my door. The place they referred me to have my door put on ended up removing more parts off my car and the people at Big O were the ones to refer me to him. What a coincidence.Minorities be weary of a smiling face at a counter. They might fix a problem or two here or there, but I’m wondering if they get bonuses from how many cars they “fix” and if they make up prices as they go. Do not trust everyone that smiles in your face. Make sure your work is done right and when you leave that nothing else is wrong with your car. I will ever come here again.

Friendly service and trustful. Can be a long wait if you dont get there early. Be sure to check all the caps before you leave. One time whoever changed the oil on my car didnt put the cap back on all the way.

I dropped off my car for a tire repair, they were ridiculously busy, the man was super nice and sweet, and helped me quickly and efficiently. Best big o tires Ive been too.

Always a good place to go for repairs, went in for a front end alignment: cost $95… too high and they almost always try to “sell” you some service. Also, double check the work they are doing and your prices before you pay, overheard some disturbances with a couple of customers. Be aware and stay alert, things can get pricey at this shop. The wait was longer than expected, get there early or be prepared to wait over an hour for completetion of services!

Theyre the best in Louisville, Kentucky for tires, tire rotation, battery, and brakes, just to name a few. The plus is that you can warranty everything that you purchase. Far as tires, batteries, and your brakes. I recommend to go early, I always get there by 8 am, because theyre popular, and go above and beyond, everyone else loves them too.

Tyson,I have been coming to the Cane Run Big O for at least 20-25 years. I always get to the service center at least 30 minutes prior to store opening, wait in car until 10-15 minutes prior to store opening, then go to door and wait. Apparently, it does not matter what time you arrive to go to front of the line when door opens. On 10/9 I arrived at 0715 and waited in my car. Approx 0745 I go up to door where 7 other people who drove up after me are waiting...door open and everyone rushes in. Back in the day the people at the counter would wait on customers in the order in which they arrived. Hmmm, go back to the more fair way. Take customers in the order they arrived. Not necessarily the first person in the door!FURIOUS! Otherwise 5 stars for service 🤗

They snap a lug,Told me it was my front.I offer to pay the $55.00 to fix it. Then as i was paying my bill i found out it was my rear lug they snap off if i known that i wouldnt have had it fix.And saved that money.All i wanted was a tire rotation and a oil change which cost me $120.00 Then to find out they never check my air filter which is filty as hell.Nether did they check my fluids as the breaks power steering were low..When i called them we made a agreement that i would see them when i change my oil again in 3 months.... (I change my mind,Screw them..)

Service attendants are nice enough but they lost/broke a piece on my rim and tried to tell me it was missing when i came in. They also forgot to do my alignment after the new tires were installed.

This shop really cares about their customers! I was in town looking at a used vehicle and was looking for someone to inspect the vehicle for me. They were very professional over the phone and John got us in very short notice. I appreciate everybody there and recommend them to anybody in the area! Thank you guys!

Everything was great, service is good as usual. When I got my car back I true the work that was done but my car smelled like an ash tray all day🤢. Id be careful and maybe lysol the car before handing over the keys. My daughter was coughing due to the smell the rest of the day.

I have been here since 9:00 am. I was told I would have service within two hours. It is now 11:18 am, I still have not been serviced. In the meantime my seat mate had been here since 8:00 am. She eventually left. I should have been told at 9:00 am that they could not handle the capacity. I have always complimented the service that I received here, clean restrooms, and coffee/tea favors. It is not first come served here. My complaint was even discussed as if I could not hear.

Service is ALWAYS Phenomenal at this particular location. The only reason I wasnt offered credit card is probably because I am already a Big O Credit Card holder. I have owned up to 5 vehicles at one time over the years, and this location has given me nothing but the Truth, sustained my Confidence and Satisfaction, and just overall the BEST Service and work. The Administration/ Front-line staff are all very familiar faces who have been with the company for MANY, MANY years. I am called by NAME as soon as I walk into the doors, so I feel like I am a part of their family and that they have a great understanding of all my vehicles needs.

They have to be tires of seeing my fiance. They know him by name as often as we have to take our hand me down truck. Always fair pricing and helpful people. Answer all his questions with a smile.

The young lady with blonde hair, that takes all the calls for the store on cane run road was very rude and apparently she hates her job! She also had super poor customer service! What a great way to welcome new business... the rest of the front desk team was awesome!!!

I have been coming to this particular Big O Tires for some time. I have never had a bad experience. Staff is always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, i recently had knee replacement surgery. When my car was ready, the manager, Tyson, asked that my car be brought close to the building, escorted me to my car, then held the door open as i got in. I had a donut spare on my vehicle. The Tire replacement went well. What was really great is that the service team put my spare tire back into the correct place in my trunk and closed the container that held the jack, which I couldnt even get to close. I appreciated that.

Nice clean and Social distances

I took my car in for a simple oil change earlier this week, easy enough. I worked right next door, so I just dropped it off and waited to hear back. Got a call and went and picked my car back up and didnt notice any issues. When I went out to my car after work (after the store had closed), I noticed that my tire pressure sensor had come on. (Four brand new tires purchased less than two months ago.) Didnt really think anything of it, figured Id stop on the way home to fill up. Well, I forgot to do that, and the next morning my right rear tire was completely flat. At this point Im thinking its possible the tire picked up a nail between the shop and my work parking lot, which is less than 50 yards. So I filled the tire up, expecting a slow leak throughout the day and Id take it to the shop where I bought the tires to have it repaired. Four days later, the tire is still completely inflated and the tire pressure sensor hasnt been back on.I dont like to jump to conclusions, but it sure seems like my tire was deflated by someone in the shop while my oil was being changed. Id had zero tire pressure issues since buying the new tires and havent had any since re-inflating my tire. I dont know if this is a rouge employee or a company practice, but it seems pretty shady if you ask me. I will not be returning to this shop for any further business.

What an experience. I first called big O and spoke with Jeff who was extremely professional and let me know what they could do to get my car on the road. I decided to come to Big O (which is significantly out of my way) for an oil change, tires, alignment and balance.When I arrived I was greeted by Jeff and Joe. They were so nice and courteous. They took my info and within 10-15 min my car was in the shop getting new tires and the oil draining. I didn’t feel like it was anytime at all that Tyson came me to tell me the progress (Jeff and joe were assisting other customers at the time) to let me know I was getting my alignment done and it wouldn’t be long till I would be on the road.My car was completed and driving home I have never had a smoother ride. These guys are THE BEST Big O had ever hired and worth the 25 min drive. I will always bring my vehicles to this Big O! #BestInService

I called the Big O Tire located on Cane run rd and spoke with gentle by the name Joe. I told Joe, that I needed air in my tire he told me that was fine but, anything else would have to wait, that he was booked for the day. I arrived there within 15 to 30 minutes, pull up to second bay as Joe told me do and that was where I meet Jason who did not have a lot to say but, it has been a long day. This rating reflected my interaction with Jason, customer should not be made to feel that theyre a bother

I arrived at Big O Tires about 10 minutes before they opened the doors. It was a rainy and chilly day. There were a few people waiting outside when I got there. Then more and more people showed up, I thought to myself I will be at Big O Tires all day long. But to my surprise people got waited on very quickly and served very quickly. Before I knew it my car was driven in to be serviced. The atmosphere was sooooo friendly and awesome with customers and staff. Should my experience always be as it was that day friendly and awesome. I was impressed.

I had to wait a few days due to parts coming in. Was kept well informed. Very courteous!Had vehicle worked on Feb. 19. Can’t thank Jeff and everyone for the excellent service I received this morning. My first time there. Big O’s has never disappointed and my husband and I would never get tires anywhere else, but this particular location is it for us now. I left feeling that I was driving away in a safe car, that I had been cared for, and that I had just dealt with honest businessmen. When I got home and told my husband about my experience and that I was the proud owner of two new tires, he said “you should’ve had them put all four new tires on.” To which I said, if I needed all four new tires I trust they would’ve told me that. On Aug 6, 2018 I was shocked to see what great service I got with only 10 minutes to closing. Manager Tyson Straub and Tech Tim Hancock stayed an extra 45 minutes to see that I got 4 tires on my car. I needed them right then because mine were shot. Both guys were very courteous and answered a bunch of questions I had about the tires and the loose tie -rod parts I was worried about. I was glad to hear that my wheels werent going to fall off (ha ha ha). They were nice and took time to help me fill out the 90 day financing. Also, both guys were super fast and got me out of there in no time. Thanks guys. I will be back !

I came here with a low tire pressure signal on my dashboard. A young gentleman greeted me promptly, asked what kind of help I needed, and began working on my tires. I was back on the road in 10 min. Definitely recommending this place

Did good solid work on the car. Not overly expensive for labor, would highly advise ordering your own parts online though. Cut my bill by 2/3 just by doing that.

I have been here twice and have received friendly fast service both times. The counter people explain things in an educated simple way for understanding and when you watch the mechanics in the shop, they appear knowledgeable and economic in their work. I WILL return for future needs to my truck.

I wish there was an option for 6 stars. I was out of town for the weekend when I started having some car issues. I got online to try to find somewhere open early on a Saturday and came across Big O Tires. What a God send! Joe listened to my concerns, was able to quickly look at my car and get back to me, and fixed my issues all while working around my schedule for the day. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Another thing that took me aback is that they suggested I get new tires but wanted me to wait until I got home so that if I had issues with the tires, I could have them serviced from the location where they were purchased instead of not having that ability if it was out of town. I felt like this was Macys in Miracle on 34th street because they could have easily convinced me I needed tires immediately and had to purchase them then because I dont know much about cars. I always get nervous about car issues because anyone could tell me anything, and I wouldnt know the difference, but I SO appreciate the honesty, integrity, and kindness of Big O Tires. I would absolutely recommend it!

Brought $900 worth of tires for my hummer truck, brought protection plan for each tires, brought one tire back because it had split in the middle of the tire, so i used my protection tire plan which they didn’t have in stock had to order a new tire. One service writer told me there was a backlog that everyone was buying the particular tire that it will take a week or so, I called back a week later than another service writer told me they don’t make that tire no more, that’s strange if there’s a backlog and everyone’s buying them and so they stop making that’s crazy, so what lie am I suppose to believe
