You literally cannot get better brows anywhere else in the Midwest. There’s a reason her books stay so full! (But she does offer fast passes 😊) so professional, diligent, sweet, and so hardworking. Getting any service done by her does not feel like a transaction. It’s more personal than that. She has a real talent for making you feel at ease!

I got my eyebrows microbladed back in Jan 2020 here. My eyebrows were noticeably uneven after my first session and probably would have been still if I hadn’t pointed it out on my second session. There were no measurements taken like I’ve seen other artists do and which would have remedied that problem. My biggest complaint though was the business policies. At the time, it stated in the contract that you only needed a 24 hour notice to cancel. I made an appointment which I had to make two months out because of the availability. 5 or so days before my appointment I found out I needed to reschedule and there was no way around it. I was unaware that at the same time of booking the website stated you forfeit your deposit if you cancel within 7 days. What I signed when booking did not state that, only a 24 hour notice was needed. I messaged the owner to ask about rescheduling and she said she did not have that in the signed agreement about the policy, it was only online/social media accounts. She said her lawyers were working on adding it to the contact. Regardless of the signed contract not stating the policy she was standing by that so my options were she would refund my deposit and I would NOT be able to reschedule with her again OR I could pay another deposit ($100) towards another day which would be another 2 months or more out. To me, that was a very poor way to handle the situation and her contract not being up to date. From a legal standpoint that wouldn’t have held up because that’s not what was signed/agreed upon anyways. Very disappointing for a service that is expensive and took so long to get in for. So long story short, I had to wait 4+months and pay an extra $100 (on top of a couple hundred dollars already) for crooked eyebrows. Never again.

I have been to Najla for the past 5 years for my eyebrows. I refuse to let any one else wax or tint them because no one compares to her. Highly recommended!

Today was my first time having a service done by Najla and she did not disappoint! I got a brow wax and tint and she made my brows look very natural and full without taking too much hair off. I got my eyebrows tinted about two weeks ago by Shanda. We talked and I told her I had never waxed my brows before. I had my brows microbladed at House of Wax in September by Najla. The salon itself is clean and beautifully decorated. As for my brows, she did an AMAZING job. She talked me through each step, beginning with before and during, and then explained the healing process, how to care for them, etc. I had them touched up once and they still look amazing. Microblading is a game changer. I was definitely hesitant as I have always been very comfortable with just drawing them on, but I am glad I did it, and I am certainly grateful I was able to go Najla. She is an extremely talented Microblader and an excellent business woman. I would highly recommend her to anyone who asked.

I went for a wax. And it was ok. I would say the young lady tailors the vision for one specific face shape. As I wasnt happy. She was willing to fix that of which I disagreed with. That is only part of the bad review.When attempting to get an appointment to microblade I booked online, paid a deposit, still my appointment was cancelled. Due to not overly responding. Unfortunately I found this small business quite unusual for a city. Would not recommend unless you have time to be on your phone constantly for reassurance to owner..

Y’all, let me just say that if you’re looking for the BEST, you’ve found her. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Shanda for a while now, but had been considering microblading. Shanda told me not to go anywhere else other than Najla. I did so much research, looked at prices, compared her work to others, everything. I finally decided to make an appointment and when I tell y’all I’ve never been happier, I’m serious. My self confidence is through the roof right now and it’s all thanks to her. I couldn’t have been more comfortable and relaxed during my appointment and I love the result although I still have some time to heal. She takes the time to understand your individual preferences. In LOVE with my new brows!!! I went crazy on my brows in the 90s so of course they never grew back. Now they look amazing. Potentially long post ahead:I had been wanting my eyebrows microbladed for about two years when I had first heard of the technique. I’ve struggled for years trying to find ways to shape my brows in not only a way that I liked but that I felt suited my face. I searched and researched for literally one full year before making an appointment with Najla. From the moment I clicked to book my appointment the experience with Najla has been nothing short of amazing! To fast forward a bit, I had my brows microbladed by her and my touch up had to be pushed back almost a full year due to smoke damage to her salon. During that time she kept her clients updated along the way, letting us know we were not forgotten and we would be taken care of. Najla reached out to me personally via a telephone call as soon a her salon reopened to get me rescheduled for my touch up. She has always been extremely quick at responding anytime I’ve reached out for anything, questions, scheduling, etc. My initial microblading experience more than exceeded my expectations. Najla has such a sweet smile, heart and personality. She’s extremely professional, is very informative, explaining and educating you every step of the way. She made me feel so comfortable and the process was so smooth and not painful at all. Her salon then and now is flawless. Extremely clean and so fashionable. Both times I went to the salon I arrived early as I choose to drive over an hour to be a client of hers and both times she welcomed me as I entered the front door and even took me prior to my appointment time. Even after a year with no touch up my brows still looked flawless. She even commented on how well I had taken care of them and was very pleased, as was I. Ive never been more in love with my eyebrows! Najla does amazing at waxing! I was going to a different salon to get my eyebrows done and was left with a gap 3 fingers thick. I have been going to Najla for about two years and followed her from her previous salon to House of Wax. If I could give her 20 million stars I would! I religiously see her every single month for Brazilian and brow waxes. She’s has transformed my brows over the two years from just “blah” into fabulous. I literally get complimented on them several times a week and people cannot even believe they are not real in patches!As far as her waxing skills go...girl is on point! I’m in the military and have been stationed in 5 different states and she is literally the most efficient and painless Waxer I’ve ever had. My biggest fear when I leave this state will be finding someone else that can do it as good as her...cause it’s just not gonna happen.So if you are in the Louisville area (or within a 4 hour drive...cause it’s that worth it) I highly recommend you schedule an appointment with her. She’s so classy and fabulous and strives for perfection with every single customer. But remember...she’s the Louisville Brow Goddess and she’s booked solid for 6 months...so you better plan accordingly and get on that schedule! And believe me...it’s worth every penny!

Najla is the best at what she does. She is very knowleable and tells you exactly what she’s doing. You may walk in a complete stranger, but you walk out a friend. I went in to get Microblading done and came in with some anxiety, however Najla took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel relaxed. She is super friendly and warm. I would highly recommend her for any of her services. There are no words to express the talent she has when it comes to brows. She truly worked her magic on mine and for that I am thankful. I honestly didn’t think there was any hope for my over plucked brows lol.

Najla microbladed my eyebrows in November 2017. I had my touch up a couple weeks ago. It’s crazy to say that this has changed my life. But it has! I have been following Najla on Instagram for a while, looking to get my eyebrows microbladed. After seeing all her reviews and photos, I was convinced she was the best in the area. I scheduled a wax and tint at first to test out the waters, since I have never had anyone do my eyebrows before. And of course, she did an AMAZING JOB!!!! She is very sweet, comforting and definitely an expert in her field. I booked my microblading session right after and cant wait to get them done.

What Najla has done for me in terms of what some consider just microblading is not even explainable. I am one of those girls that had to do my brows daily for years and years it has been literally life changing! I am so pleased with how they turned out and they couldnt be more perfect for me. 6/25/18I standby my original complaint, Nala NEVER offered to get me back in for an earlier appt. Again my biggest complaint was not being able to get an appointment until 4 MONTHS after the initial Brow Microblade. Seems strange you were unable to find me in your system...AFTER you and I exchanged text messages regarding this issue. Not trying to discredit you or your work but, I had an issue which you did not care to resolve. I paid you and did not get the best service in return. I did not keep the June 21st appt, essentially wasting my money. I had brows re-done during my 4 month waiting period on your calendar. Lets be clear on one fact...you NEVER offered to see me for a follow up appointment sooner.Najla does some amazing work! Unfortunately following my 2/20/18 Microblade appt I was back to filling in and tinting my eyebrows within weeks. First opportunity for a touch-up (included with price) for me was almost 3 months out...5/20/18...you do the math. Per Najla many people need a brow touch-up after Microblading, no prob. I understand completely. I contacted Najla in March a few weeks after my Microblade session, to let her know my brows were not even and that one eyebrow color almost completely faded (prob not all that unusual). My prob is not being able to get back in for a badly needed touch-up. At this point I have one un-even eyebrow color, the other brow pratically no color.I just cancelled my May 30th follow-up with Najla and will get brows re-done elsewhere (before Derby lol). Just know that if you are not satisfied with your results, it may take several MONTHS to get another appt fir touch-up. I wish I had checked this lil fact first. Very very disappointed. I was able to get an evening appt within weeks for the initial Microblade...so before getting brows done, you might want to check when you can get back in to Salon for your touch-up, in case less than optimal initial outcome. Najla is one busy lady, but retaining clients is as important as aquiring clients.

I had seen Najla’s waxing and microblading work on Instagram by chance, and started following her. I always admired her work and finally tried out brow tint one day and it was great! It wasn’t exactly what I needed though, so I saved up for microblading. I was really hesitant because of the price, and I didn’t have that kind of money to waste if it didn’t turn out as I expected. I can assure you, though, I do not regret spending one penny on microblading through Najla. The results were life changing. I wake up every day with incredible brows that I do nothing to. I had always had patchy, uneven, and kind of distant brows. I love how close they are now, the arch, the thickness, the shape—everything. I have brows that I would envy. I recommend Najla and microblading to all of my friends and family with similar issues to the ones I had. Obviously, you need touch ups every couple of years, but I feel like it’s well worth the investment, because of how much you save on makeup and time.
