The front desk staff are always so friendly and helpful. The only esthetician at EWC I’ll go to is Bree. She is absolutely incredible! She always makes me feel comfortable and at ease as she’s rocking out her job. She takes the time do the best job and makes sure she tells you about EWC’s wonderful products that will help you as you go!

This was my first time trying this place. Everything went smoothly and the staff was very professional. However, I did not get the Brazilian wax that I wanted. MANY hairs were missed. I thought it was so ugly. I didn’t even want to have sex because it was that noticeable.I’m not sure if you’re supposed to use black wax down there or not but it did cause me to have hair bumps and irritation.I setup a second appointment after the wax but I’m going to cancel and try another location.

The Rudy Lane EWC is great. One station opened near me, I tried it, and came back to Rudy Ln! Johnathon is so nice and does a great job. The front desk staff is helpful, kind, and prompt. The waxes are comparable prices to others in town, but what solidifies my decision to go there is the wax packages. You save a great deal of money, they dont expire, and you can use them across the country in all their locations. Highly recommend.

The girl I had was sweet and made me comfortable. I have been waxed other places so I knew what to expect. However the recptionist didnt pay attention to the wax notes and I got charged for a service that couldnt be performed. I was told theyd put it towards the next appt. Well I get home and take a good look at my brows and they are not neat. The stray hairs should have been plucked if wax didnt get them. I know this because I usually go to high end spas to get waxes. But spas are booked up so I went here. Never again. I called and left a msg for the Manger to call me...never heard from her

I always visit this branch of EWC even though its a mile farther than the one closest to me. The customer service is excellent here and theyve always been very kind whenever I wanted to reschedule or cancel my appointment. I love the work of most of the wax specialists here and Ive only chosen a specialist once or twice. The other times Ive always booked the appointments about an hour before and that kind of flexibility is so helpful for me with a toddler.

Yesterday I made a appointment for a Brazilian wax. It was my very first time trying this Brazilian wax and the lady I had was nice and fast but however to fast. She didn’t get all the hairs off & I had a patch left on both lips. And I left with pieces of wax still left on me. Also the wax was a little to hot. I left with a not so smooth vagina as well with patches of hair. I didn’t check it out until I got home because Im a big girl and can’t see like that down there. This isn’t what I expected & I’m definitely not satisfied with my visit.

Went in there expecting to get a professions eye wax and came out looking worse than when I came in

The website wont let me book a reservation all week. It lets me see open times but wont send the booking. I just drove up to this European Wax and before walking in checked the website which said they had a reservation open fifteen minutes from the time I was in the parking lot checking. Walked in and was told they couldnt work me in for an hour. Walk back out and check the website again, and the earlier reservation slot is still open. So apparently the front desk was lying. Dont waste your time or money. If you dont look like a model, they dont want to wax you

I hate to be writing this but, I was extremely dissatisfied. My lady came in late from getting coffee and when I got into the room her breath smelled of smoke. I then proceeded to get the wax and she did my eyebrows and I remember the first time I came to European Wax Center they filled in my eye brows with make up and this lady didnt do that and she wasnt as gentle. Then she was supposed to do my legs and told me she couldnt because my hair wasnt long enough I waited a week in a half I thought that was long enough. I wish someone would have told me before I drove 24 minutes out of my way at 8am that I shouldnt have even come to this place. I had a terrible experience and will never come here again. I guess it is too hit and miss with the people working here and I dont want to risk my time and money for this. (Also this is all a few days before my wedding....) Anyways, sorry for the rant dont usually do this I just want people to know my experience for their reference. Dont choose Bree as your person to give you your wax.

I’ve been coming to this location for about 1.5 years for a Brazilian Wax.. the first few visits were nothing short of amazing. My last 3 visits have been terrible & I keep returning thinking that things will change. I’m leaving today very dissatisfied, I have patches of hair on me.. wax still on me & my skin is RAW! I will not be returning. I asked for the number to corporate or to speak with a manager and I was told that she would contact me or I could go online for a number to corporate.

This has by far been the best experience Ive had getting waxed. Stephanie was so knowledgeable and was able to keep me calm during the whol experience. Stephanie made this experience the least painful one by far! If you are going for a Brazilian go to Stephanie!

The ladies here are the best! They treat everyone with kindness, can answer all your questions. I have used a few of there products. They feel nice on the skin no burning.

I called to make an appointment for an eyebrow wax and they were able to give me a prompt appointment before going on vacation. However, the waxer ended up making my eyebrows uneven by taking off too much of one eyebrow. I could tell she was rushing through and spent about 5 minutes waxing without discussing what I wanted beforehand. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I had my 1st experience this past Saturday and scheduled another appointment before I left. The staff were friendly and warm. The esthetician was amazing and immediately put me at ease making me feel more comfortable than embarrassed.

Got a Brazilian wax. It was okay. It was not the most thorough job and Ive had more professional estheticians.

It a very nice an clean but i felt they were just giving me BS information. I have had plenty of waxes before the lady said oh honey i do better next time because this is you first time BS she knwe it wasnt she just was hurrying to leave ....... i will not be returning there.

The experience there was good but they seem very unprofessional with their appointments. They had me down in their book for a different day then the handwritten card that they gave me. Also, I attempted to contact them for an entire day with no answer. I set up an appointment for the one on Shelbyville Rd instead for my second Brazilian...hoping they are more professional.

I hate to write bad reviews online- but this place merits an exception. They scalded my face the week of my wedding despite my requests to be very careful because of my wedding that weekend. I feel like a place that specializes in waxing shouldnt have to be warned, but I did anyway as an extra precaution. Despite this- I was left with a raw patch of skin above my lip for all of the festivities thanks to the waxing professionals. They returned my money after I declined an in store credit.. because I will never go back. Do not go here!!

I called for an appointment for a brazilian wax, and they were able to fit me in right away! Ive been waxing for almost a year, and most of the time i do it myself. I wanted to come to EWC to try it out. The specialist was nice. I didnt like undressing with her in the room, she didnt give me the option to cleanse myself before hand. My legs were in a very uncomfortable position during the wax, actually causing a bad stretched muscle in my groin. It was a fast wax for sure, 15 minutes tops. Afterward I felt rushed to get up and get out. She reccomended some product for ingrowns...but this product has given me a horrible case of folliculitis. Im very swollen and have blisters all over me. So in conclusion, if youre looking for a QUICK, convenient service, but arent looking for great results, try EWC.

I will not be back at all. I paid $60 for a Brazilian and arm pit wax. I was promised a free touch-up after the date of the wax... Due to a family emergency I had to cancel. When I called back to reschedule they were very rude and I was told that it was pass the “5 days” so I couldn’t get the free touch-up. I was never even informed of the 5 day rule before or after my wax. Also wax left a lot of irritation and waxer left wax all over me when I left. (on areas I didn’t even have waxed)

I had a full leg wax at my appointment. Usually the aestheticians are pretty good about getting everything off but I came home and found a few areas that were not waxed. I know that sometimes its difficult to see some patches but these were clear as daylight. I will continue using EWC because I usually have success; this was just one slip-up that should be noted.
