First time there and all was nice initially but services beside haircut was just ok and Way to expensive for what you get. Got rash from cbd oil from massage and had weird rumors reported about me from my visit. Mgmt (wont name names) did nothing about my service concerns and claimed it was me then banned me from their business for reporting my concerns. Not cool or professional.

Fritz’s is my go-to ever since my first visit. I go to the Brownsboro (US 42 location). Appointments only. Never have had to wait, they are very prompt about staying in schedule.

Awesome experience. Ashleigh was fantastic and assuaged all my anxieties about getting my hair cut in a new place. Environment was super laid-back and welcoming. Top notch place! Thanks for a great visit.

Took my son Logan to get his haircut yesterday and Jake Cannon did an AMAZING job! He was also very nice and professional. We will definitely be back to see him.

My son gets his hair cut here. Price is reasonable. Angela/Angie? does a great job. He refuses to go anywhere else. I think its the good haircuts and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies that keep his loyalty.

There are two locations for Frtizs salon and this one is the better. Everyone on staff is helpful and friendly. The service is on point and stylists are professional and do a great job every time. If youre going for the first time, I recommend Ashleigh

Over priced under par haircut that did not anywhere near meet the hoop lag about there refined superior abilities. Close to $50 bucks for a really really bad cut nothing like what we asked for. NEVER GOING BSCK

Price is pretty on par for a nicer place. The ladies will totally leave you alone if youre not a talker

Ive been going to Fritzs for about a year now, and never have had a bad experience until today... There was some roadwork on 42, so I was 4 minutes late to my appointment. I had scheduled a 1 oclock haircut and arrived at 1:04. The woman working the front desk, said that I had to reschedule. I tried to explain that there was roadwork on 42, but honestly she did not care. Very disappointed.

Good location, with very skilled stylists. I find it easy to get an appointment with very short notice.

Do not show up even 5 minutes late for an appointment (if you can even get one, they are always booked at both locations). If you do, they will tell you they dont have time to do your cut. Even if you called ahead and told them youd be a couple minutes late (they mentioned nothing about not being able to accomodate me, just said ok, come on in). Then when I get there, im told despite driving all the way there, they cant cut my hair. Terrible customer service and follow through. Would expect more from a $30 mens haircut. Especially after having gone there dozens of times. I told them they were losing a repeat customer, and they didnt even care. Horrible experience.Edit: I apologize. I wrote my review in frustration. Other than this 1 time, you have given extraordinary service. However, I was told nothing when I called. I said Id be a few minutes late. She asked how many, I said 5 minutes (what my GPS said). She said nothing more. I typically use the Hurstbourne location, but the last 3 times I called, there were no appointments. So I decided to try your other location. The extra 3 minutes were the time it took me to find the location as the shopping center was a bit confusing, as I hadnt been there before. I appreciate your genuine response and completely understand the need to provide the service in the manner that you do. I merely would have appreciated a heads up, and definitely more concern from the employees. I was treated as if I had done something wrong and spoken to in a very accusatory tone, which I didnt appreciate. I was somewhat frustrated in my tone, but I work in customer service, as an employee you cannot return that tone. I will change me review to 4 stars as other than this instance, I have been given exemplary service, but I thought you should hear my perspective as well.
