After seeing all of the 5 star reviews, I couldnt wait for my appointment with Laura. Sadly, I ended up leaving before she even started. She was 30 minutes late(I wasnt even upset about that because I was the last appointment of the day). But she walked up to me and started talking about COVID restrictions returning, then-as she pointed where I should sit-she continued to lecture me on the evils of the COVID-19 vaccination and why she will not get it. Even then I was just waiting -almost 10 more minutes just listening to her and waiting for her to introduce herself and see what I was there for. She informed me that I would have to go to the front desk if I was paying with a credit card. As I left the room, she asked me what my name was. She didnt even know who her client was or what I was there for. I just kept walking to the car. Too much drama in this place for me!

She took time, I didnt feel rushed and she did a great job!! highly recommended!!!

This was not my first Brazilian wax, but it was for sure the least painful one 😊 Laura didn’t have to go over any areas twice and removed everything.She will not only provide you with wipes, but also with disposable panties which you don’t see in every salon.I also want to point out that during this pandemic she didn’t think twice to give me not one, but two masks after I told her I can barley breathe through my mask 😌Thank you Laura for being this kind person and providing an amazing & painless service!I will be back 💯💯💯

I recently went to Laura for the first time and I am very happy that I did. She was very sweet and professional. Ive had Brazilian waxes before but never one as painless as the one she gave me! Her methods have been perfected because she truly cares about your comfort and loves what she does. Laura you have gained a new customer, I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Would not recommend. She pressures you specifically for a 5 Star Google Review and offers discounts if you comply. That is specifically prohibited by Google!She wants to chit chat and not do electrolysis. If you close your eyes or read a book to stop the blather, she texts or talks on her phone, thinking that you dont know. You must be prompt for her. However, if she is running late, you are expected to fulfill your time commitment to her, no questions asked. She is rude and presumptuous about tipping.She gives incomplete information about electrolysis, her expensive products and their side effects. If there is a skin reaction due to the electrolysis and/or the multiple products that she sells, it is because you did not follow the instructions that she never gave you. And the “electrolysis” didn’t work, after over $1,000 was spent for her services, products and tips. Such a rip-off!And as you can see from her reply below.....verifiably unprofessional. Like all of the details in this review are fabricated? Take note Laura Crawford...for a Google review to be valid.. .a former customer is NOT required to call you....even if you say so, nor are they required to give you their REAL name. Probably best to just get your act together and work toward having no more reviews such as mine. Maybe stop taking peoples hard earned money, when you arent ready to earn it yourself.
