Went to get strips to test PH in our hot tub. The strips were more pricey than they are at southern comfort. Wont go there again...for that anyway

Bought a $1000.00 saltwater system because it was free installation. 3 weeks later still havent gotten it installed. Now they say they will not install. Say its to far. They are liars they knew that 3 weeks ago but couldnt tell us. Going to take back Saturday. They had better give me a refund! I would never recommend them again

Worst C/S experience from Assistant Manager, Matthew Osborne. He was very RUDE to me when asking for assistance in the store and even less professional when I called to complain about his lacking level of professionalism. Leslies pools has lost a customer. I will never shop there again.

Terrible terrible!!! Our Ph and Alk was low in our 40K inground pool. The woman at the desk took our water sample and said we needed 40 pounds of Soda Ash and Alk up. After spending almost 100.00 She told me to put 20 pounds of Soda Ash in, wait 4 hrs then add the other 20 pounds. NOW my pool is WHITE !! My husband and I went back and took another sample in and the guy at the desk tried to cover for his co-worker who bee lined to the back when I walked in. He said stir the pool up that the contents werent stirred up enough to dissolve.IT WAS PUT IN 3 days ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tested our water and showed us what we needed but didnt seem interested. I asked a couple of questions and the guy mumbled answers. I added the chemicals but my pool is still off, so I dont know. Hopefully it isnt another $100 to fix it

Was out looking for a pool stopped in here sales rep looked everything up gave me a price for everything I would need and so far they are the cheapest place Ive been to so maybe getting a pool here soon..

Sold me a tarp last year, guy said there all the same, opened my pool up this spring, had holes all in the tarp, now I have algae all in my pool spending hundreds of dollars trying to clear my pool up, also they never know what they are talking about when it comes to pool chemicals.
