We would give them 5 stars for the quality of the pool,but the communication was challenging. The people they hired to install did a great job and are friendly but the do not take away any garbage, they leave it all up to you to dispose of it . What a job especially after you spend over 14 hundred dollars to install.

Went in looking for info and supplies for a small above ground pool. Left with everything I needed. Lady working there was so nice and helpful. Now Im thinking of have my yard leveled and an even bigger pool in the future.

Overpriced, not professional, and rude. Will definitely not go back. Moreover, illegally telling subcontractors that they cant install for pools other than what they sell.

Employees were very polite and helped me selecting a chlorinator for my pool. They are quite knowledgeable . Although I showed them pics of the situation I was dealing with they did sell me two couplings I did not need. Im sure it was just a misunderstanding due to my lack of knowledge. Of course I will be able to return in needed parts.

I came here for the first time on Saturday and I loved the service. Although it was busy and he was being asked alot questions, Dalton was patient with me and gave me his full attention. Real young guy but is confident in his knowledge and real personable. I will come back for all of my pool needs and I hope he stays around.

Bought a 24x52 pool package form them made the 1:30 dive to get it. Had to Waite three weeks for crew to put it up. When assembling the pool found parts missing for rails and top caps. Had to make the drive back to get them. They said they don’t know how we lost them but they happened to have a extra set in there stock. Next day we go to set pump and find that all hardware form skimmer is gone and when I untape box find that it’s a retuned item. I wouldn’t recommend buying a pool form them cheap quality and poor service

Do Not Use this company!!!!! They hire junkies and let them drive their trucks! One hit me and now they will not pay for the damages to my car! Shame on this business! Terrible people.

I was quoted a price over the phone for a pool pump motor and gave the lady all the info about the motor needed. Drove from Indiana to buy it and the motor jumped up in price by a 100.00. Quote was not honored. Basically bait and switch in order to get you in there. I will never do business with them again. Wasted my time, gas and money.

Well. They are ok I guess. But they really need to get rid of the contractors they use for installs. They left ruts in the bottom liner from not compacting sand during install and doing the kick back on the liner to get the wrinkles out. If you know anything about above ground pools, then you know that having dips and wrinkles in your pool is just a disaster waiting to happen.

I CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH!!! We called about a part for a pool we inherited and they knew just what we needed. We raced to get there because they were amazing enough to wait on us. They heard our plea and had what we needed. Polite, courteous and above all there when we needed them. Saved us hundreds.

They are always very helpful.

We ordered a pool back in May from All America Pool (during COVID) during an in store appointment. The sales associate was knowledgeable and gave us her real, honest opinion about products. I wish my review could stop there but it doesnt unfortunately. We were called in June to schedule our pool install from a company that they contract through. Fast forward to the week of our pool install... I contact the pool installer (Pool King) on Monday and the woman (Cara) says that she has to reschedule so she will call me back.... no call back so I called her repeatedly the next couple days and left voicemails... nothing. Wednesday was our install and no show from the pool installers. I call All America Pool and they apologize and say they will get in contact with them for me. Thankfully this helps (somewhat), as I finally get a call back from Pool King and they say they will be there Thursday evening to dig... and again, a no show. Finally on Friday morning, the pool installers and digger arrives. Pool is installed and pool takes two days to fill up. Once the pool is full, we notice the skimmer is leaking from the hose. The screws (on the clamps) are stripped and there is a crack under the clamp near the skimmer. Once we get off the leaking hose, we have lost gallons of water at this point. After getting back in touch with the pool installer (Cara), she tells me I need to go out (DURING A PANDEMIC) to track down new clamps and a new hose on my own and that she could make it out in a couple days to install it... as gallons of water pour out of our pool. I am NOT the one who installed this equipment and STRIPPED them with a drill (on the equipment it clearly says tighten by hand only).. and truthfully wouldnt you think my crew made a mistake and I need to make this right ASAP. But NOPE, she took no responsibility. At this point, I told her No thanks!!!! and drove all the way to All America Pool. After speaking with the kindest gentleman, he replaced the clamps and the hose at no cost and told me he has been dealing with a bunch of issues regarding them and sincerely apologized. It doesnt make up for the headaches from the pool installers, but I am able to say that All America Pool did not lose my business due to the poor customer service of their contracted installers. I truly hope they cut ties with these people though or they will continue to have issues of all sorts with their customers guaranteed.I feel bad leaving this review under All America Pool, as it was the pool installer that was TERRIBLE.. But I feel as if customers should be knowledgeable about the people that are being contracted to handle your products worth thousands of dollars.Update: Today, All America Pool called to check on the pool and make sure everything else looked good. I believe this truly speaks volumes about customer service.

So we inherited the pool and the problems. We searched and bought parts that ultimately didnt fit from three places. We reached out at 5:53pm to AAPS and they had the part...they were so awesome and so epic that they remained open for us to get there at 6:10, after they were closing. We are super grateful and will be back were sure. ❤ 💜 💙 ♥ 💛

Nice place but Very pricey!!, I was standing by a young man that works there I had a question. He was talking to someone, never acknowledged me, Walked past me, ladies behind the counter could definitely be friendlier. Not a good Atmosphere at all. Pools are Fun, make people happy. They should be friendlier, more helpful.

This is the WORST pool store to work with in Louisville. If you have a special order, do not expect them to come for an install in a timely manner. Do not expect the installer to return your calls in a timely manner. The store is disorganized, the staff is incompetent, and the phone rings and rings with no answer. Don’t expect to get anything done without first having to complain and call for literal weeks on end! If I didn’t HAVE to get my pool supplies from here, I wouldn’t.

If you want someone who’s going to shoot you straight and not beat around the bushes, ask for Michelle. They did our pool and helped facilitate our hardscape and landscape project along with it. What you want in a pool builder is someone who is honest and will answer your calls/texts- I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I had a new liner installed in my in ground pool. That seemed to go well, although they asked if I wanted the floor drain filled in with concrete because they said, those never work. Mine had worked fine before - but has not worked since. And I noticed a foot diameter circle on the side wall that seemed new, or more noticeable. For the past three years I have been trying to get them to come out and look at it, as I felt it was a result of the install. They say the scheduler will call me and that never happens. Last time they promised the owner would call. Still waiting. I just pulled the liner and fixed the area myself, apparently a cover plate over an optional light fixture that failed after the install. You would think paying $3400 for service would get them to support it. Apparently once the check clears they do t know you.Staff inside the store was always friendly, but that didnt get me anywhere.

We love this locally owned company! They help me every year keep my pool water on point, answer all my questions, and their pool installers are all top notch guys who work hard every day!

Working with All American Pool itself was a good experience. Mike was very helpful. However, the installation experience was somewhat disappointing. First, we had been informed that the installers would be at my house between 8 and 8:30 in the morning. They did not arrive until about 1 pm. Then left at 5:30. Due to some old roots, there had to be additional work, which cost an additional $240.00. We had requested and were told by All American, that a site survey would be done prior to installation. That didnt happen, so we were not expecting additional cost for the roots issue. Finally, when they completed the install, all of the cardboard boxes were left in my back yard. I work in the service industry, and that is not acceptable. Sorry, but just not too pleased with that part of the process.

You can’t beat these guys for service or sales for that matter. Very responsive to phone calls and if I can’t be at the house they still come out and take care of what needs to be handled. Don’t listen to the 1 complaining person that wants to rant. This a family business that wants to help!!

Quite possibly the worst customer service possible. I have had to sue their contracted installer for a shoddy pool install. They will not communicate with you at all. Still trying to collect the award from the lawsuit. Just no one holding their installers accountable. Avoid this business.Update Aug 2020Still trying to collect the Judgement. Despite numerous attempts the installer just keeps ignoring the court judgement. Use this company at your risk. I personally wouldnt use a company that would contract with this type of installer. The question you need to ask is do I want to pay twice + court fees and headache. I would recommend to run not walk away from this company. They have been no help in collecting this debt. They hide behind the They are a contracted installer in my opinion to avoid the liability of shoddy installs. If as their response say the care about the customer why would they continue to do business with installers like this.

Just wanted to say Thank You for the help exchanging our liner out today. After all the Aggrevation of putting a liner in that was to big, couldnt find my reciept and you still gave me the size i needed. Hard to find great costomer service these days! Raining now but hopefully will be in by the und of the Day. lol

If I could give negative stars, I would. You wont believe how I was treated by Libby (the owners sister). The gaskets I paid for when i ordered a replacement liner were not with the liner when the installers went to pick it up. I called All America Pool and asked about the gaskets and Libby said (very rudely), I guess somebody is gonna have to come back and get em - like i didnt know that?? So...I went to pick up the gaskets and Libby clucked at me and made bok-bok noises like a chicken. I asked her what she was doing and she asked if i was still upset about the gaskets. Im not sure what she meant because i wasnt rude and didnt get upset with her on the phone. REGARDLESS - she clucked at me like a chicken!. Very classy.

Since I bought my pool a few years ago it has been a good pool! But the customer service at All American Pool is horrible the older woman that works there has a horrible attitude. I spent $6000 with them and they treat you like this. My next pool WONT come from here!!!!

All America Pool built me a beautiful Inground Pool and I will say that it was the best project we have ever done. Very easy to work with, did everything they said they would do! I would highly recommend them, love my pool! I looked on google for reviews and saw a few unfavorable ones...after time thinking about them, I realized only 11 reviews and know people only tend to post bad stuff not good. I wanted to make a post to help them out. Think this rating is unfair considering how much business they do and how many years they have been in business. We bought our pool from All American more than 10 years ago and we STILL love it! We buy all of our supplies there every year. Everyone is always helpful and nice! If we have issues with our water turning cloudy or green, we take them a sample and they tell us exactly what we need. Theyve never sold me anything I dont need and once when I bought an automatic vacuum cleaner... They took it back after trying it for a week. It wouldnt work in my pool because the sand underneath had shifted.

I bought a doughboy pool 3 years ago already Ive had to replace the liner (the expensive one) and Ive also had to replace the skimmer 145.95 dollars called the company and doughboy and they said it wasnt covered on our warranty because THEY said it must be ice damage so ridiculous so now I guess Im looking at replacing a skimmer every 3 years so frustrating this pool was supposed to bring us enjoyment its been a money pit never a customer again!

Young people working there didnt seem very helpful at all. Asked them questions and they acted like u was bothering them clearly it seemed like they was the owners kids or relative one way or another.

Love getting all my pool needs here. Bought my pool in July and had it set up and ready to go that very month. Very helpful people and understanding. Libby and Micheal and even Justin have answered all my questions and were so patient with everything. These guys are the best. After a crap experience with both Watsons and Leslies I was starting to give up on my hopes of ever getting an above ground pool. Luckily my neighbor had bought their pool from All America Pool and pointed me in the right direction.

They r the only ones that sell doughboy above ground supplies in Louisville which sucks.... they also had us put way to much liquid shock in our pool and it took us three weeks to get the chemicals balanced out with the shock......

Poor Customer service. Its impossible to ever get ahold of anyone unless you drive to the store. Which is not close to me. I went in to buy a liner and there price was $100 over retail. I would always shop recreonics. Unfortunately they dont sale dough boy items.

Wonderful pool company. Me and my wife just had All America Pool build a inground pool for us. I called 6 pool companies to come out and give me a bid. Only 3 showed up. The first two companies that showed up told me and my wife that we couldnt get the pool the way that we wanted. They had a tough time quoting us a price, none of them could explain the process or even tell us what they were quoting us. I almost thought about just giving up on the pool. Finally Michelle owner from All America Pool came out. On Time!!!!! She told us that we could get what we wanted. Explained everything to us. She did everything that she promised and then some. Im so glad that we had All America Pool build our pool....

Doughboy forces you to buy from the store that covers your territory. you are directed to that stores email also. Only to not get a response from your email or the msgs left on the machine. Why cant we shop where we want. Maybe its time to not be so loyal to my favorite brand anymore.

I have been dealing with All American Pools for 5 years. I will share my expierences with you.We bought our 30 foot round, above ground pool from them. A different company did the installation.(ABOUT THE INSTALLATION)There were numerous mistakes made when our pool was installed, shifting post supports broken concrete pavers, a skimpy dusting of lime where I was promised an inch, three unlevel posts that had to be corrected the next week....And numerous others.The Contractor that did our install seemed knowledgeable but made two really bad decisions. They were running late and rather than reschedule for a different day they stayed until 11pm to finish the job (IN THE DARK). The second mistake was it started sprinkling and they kept working.The bottom of our pool looks like a moon full of craters that make it a little difficult to vacuume.Most of the other mistakes came either from working in the dark or the problems caused from the rain or just rushing to get it done.If I were to give a rating to the installer it would be a poor rating and I would not recommend them to others.All american pools did not do this poor work, a third party did.(ABOUT ALL AMERICAN POOL)The store employees here are always helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The store usually stocks what we need and the prices are fair. The store hours are generous and anything I had to return was done so with no problem.I recommend all my friends to ALL AMERICAN POOL.
