Very helpful in explaining issue I was having with my cover. Our service technician was friendly and went the extra mile in answering all my questions.

This company is great. I had asked our pool installer at least 12 times to get our cover fixed as it was not rolling all the way in after about 3 weeks of use. I was tired of waiting on them and found the number myself to call. They were so nice. Within 5 minutes I had an appointment for the next week. Joe was so very nice. He even came back when we thought the cover should go back further. I appreciate him educating me on the cover. Thank you for being responsive.

The actual service techncian was okay, once he arrived, although he did not make the repair today. He only reviewed the problem and is supposed to return tomorrow to make the actual repair. The scheduling on the other hand was terrible. I confirmed last week with their scheduler by telephone today as the date of service, they could not tell me a time not even morning or afternoon, they said the technician would call prior to arriving. I never received a call from a service tech today, so I called them. When I called, they said that I was not on their schedule. They then called and said they would send a technician only to assess the problem. I am still not happy about this and I completely do not understand how this was not on their schedule when I confirmed with them. Hopefully, my repair is made tomorrow with no further issues.

They did a great job. The cover was not closing properly and they kept at it until it closed smoothly and tight.Great job. Have used them before and will again.

This is my second great experience with Cover Care Pros. The guys were very knowledgeable and clearly explained issues with my cover after assessing it for me. They are going to see that I get a quote on a new cover. I am very pleased with the response time and with the way the onsite visit went.
