What do you not like about this business?For 3 years, I held my end of the bargain according to the lease. After 3 years, I have moved on to a apartment (and now I know, a better management company). I would like to close the chapter and move on from this joke of a company.They had time to respond to my call asking for an ETA on the return of my security deposit. (Note- the only other review for this business is about a similar issue.) I called and left a VM, did not hear back for a week. I then made a request in their tenant portal where I still was not given an actual ETA.Fast forward to now, I called their office asking when I can expect my money returned and made it clear legal action would be pursued if needed. Well that got ol Becky to call me back in 42 minutes. 42 minutes after threatening legal action, but no return phone call while asking nicely.When I did speak with Becky on the phone, she was condescending and belittling. I was told that there is a labor shortage, heard Becky vent about having to do more work, and the insinuation that I do not live in the real world. In the actual real world, most of us have jobs and responsibilities, particularly so if they are contained within a legally binding document.Ive had more mature dealing with middle and high school students. Unless you have the time and patience to deal with a grown woman throwing a tantrum full of backhanded insults to get your security deposit back, or, really handle any issue in a timely manner with maturity- This is NOT the place for you.

I live in a subdivision where they manage fout duplexes. One duplex directly across the street from me, the people moved out a month ago and the yard has not been mowed since. Are they waiting for someone to move in and going to make them mow the yard? Anyway Im going to call the city on them because its just ridiculous. Also all the buildings are vinyl-sided and they have never been power washed and they look horrendous.

After giving notice to vacate premises in December of 2020 and communicating with the owner Swati she informed me via email I would be receiving my deposit back by end of March 2021 it is now May 2021 and I have been informed first that I didnt give notice once I provided proof I had it has been a game of cat and mouse getting ahold of anyone and several false dates of deposit return. At this point they are completely ignoring me and will not respond to my emails and I have yet to recieve the deposit back that I was told I would recieve back by March 2021. It is aggravating working with a company that is so greedy and that completely ignore the situation to try to keep someone elses money.
