We were first time home buyers and they got us into a mess. We tried our best to do what they asked us to yet they’re still holding our escrow money even though we got a denial letter (which they originally said the escrow money would be return to us once the denial letter is out.) All lies and shared my stories to so many clients of mine and a lot of them had similar issues with this group. Completely disappointed.

Realtor got my wife and I in a mess, cost us 4300 dollars to get out of it. Not even an apology, needless to say some retribution. Find another realtor consider this your warning. They took my last review off of here, I wonder why?

She was always eager to accommodate. She is so very knowledgeable, dedicated, and always went that extra mile. Our questions and concerns were always addressed promptly. Selling our home was not easy after it being in our family since 1928; however, with her excellent guidance, her endurance of my high anxiety, and her show of empathy she gave me a piece of mind in letting go of our home. This review is about an agent at this Keller Williams, Karen Hargis, who represented herself as a Keller Williams agent stole money from my family. Keeping money without an executed contract or for services not rendered is nothing more than stealing.As a realtor, bound by ethical operation, we were shocked and appalled by the actions.Rip Phillips the broker has been notified and hopefully Keller Williams will understand that everyday people have a voice.

Hopefully they conduct business better than their driving! Almost ran a vehicle off the road.
