We encountered several obstacles (all our of her control) and she overcame them all, reassured us many many times, and made sure everything went as smooth as possible.It took us almost 2 years to find our dream home, Teresa was very patient with us and was in it for the long haul. When we toured houses she always made sure to mention the things we didn’t want instead of trying to sell us on the first house we looked at.The market was crazy when we bought our home, houses were selling the first day they were listed, when we found the house we wanted she jumped on it to get us a showing the same day, and get our offer in the same night! Our first offer was rejected, but she worked really quickly and close with the other realtor to get another offer in for us, and our 2nd offer was accepted over 2 other offers they had received!We immediately listed our house for sale, since we couldn’t do a contingent offer.
