Wow where to start, We where on our way to a pig show as we had a tire on our trailer blow out . Stan got us fixed up in no time . Allowing us to leave the trailer there while I watched my daughter show. Stan also let me know the other tires where good I didn’t need all four new . No pressure at all, just good Service

Went in for a flat repair. And I must say the manager Paul was a very nice and welcoming person. The rest of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing and answered every question I had without hesitation. Had a blowout on my travel trailer. Called the mfg. They recommended this company. They had the specialized trailer tire in stock. Had to travel 100+ miles to get to Louisville. Went in the next morning. They got the new tire mounted on the rim quickly. Staff was both helpful and courteous.

Put tire on and asked advice about other tires, said all were fine on trailer. Blew another 100 miles later. Second shop recommended replacement of all.

Honest people! I heard a noise in my car and it sounded like a flat tire. I pulled off the expressway and Rubens was the nearest tire repair. They spent over half an hour checking my car, even put it on the lift, and was not able to find anything wrong except a broken license plate frame that was rattling. As a lady who doesnt know cars, they could have charged me for anything but they charged me zero. They were even super kind to my dog who was traveling with me. Customer for life!

Raben tire on crittenden drive lou ky, has a very rude front counter staff, i went there to buy 1500ish hundred dollars worth of tires on a local commercial account. The manager was more worried about eating a peice of pizza, then me at the front desk. He acted like i was bothering him. Best one tire service from here on out.

Went in there to get a couple tires mounted and balanced on Friday here it is Monday and all but one of the balancers have fell off he put four one on the inside and one on the outside on each wheel and there is only one remaining the whole front end is shaking

They mounted me 2 front tires in a semi and did not clean or lubricate the clans besides that they did not mark the clans for the sleves.
