Super FAST load time!!! Usually under 30 minutes! Everyone is very friendly, and the gentleman that usually loads me (door5) should get a raise, for how fast and professional he is!! Enjoy coming here.

On my experience, the baddest company in country. I have experience for 15 years 48 states driving. I got late for appointment, because the broker gave me 3 days for 2400 miles. The load from WA to here. Asked him make reschedule for Friday, he said OK, but did nothing. I came over at 3 pm Thursday, apt, was at 8 am. The lady in office said that you late, and your new appointment will be on Monday 8 am. Asked about drop off trailer here, answer- no. Nobody in this company says hi or by. Who saw friendly staff here? Truck drivers be ready for this situation, dont late even 1 or two hours. Very angry people working here. Never come back any more.

They take only on appointment.Don’t miss the appointment if you miss it then whenever is available time they will give you.

Arrived early, 1100 for a 1400 appointment. Lots of room to stage and backing. In a door at 1130. Loaded and heading out at 1300.

Im here several times a day. Im fortunate that I just drop and hook in the doors without having to check in BUT nevertheless, the guys are always professional. Get my trailers unloaded quickly so when I get back with a full trailer my empty is always ready for me to rock and roll with.

Delivered loads here couple of times. Both times in and out in one hour. No restroom, porta potty only outside. Its all gated, I dont think overnight truck parking is allowed.

This company is a joke. I got pick up from them at Friday 1pm appointment. Checked in 12.23 parked at stage area and waiting for the doors. After 2 hours I asked whats going on. They told me load is not ready yet. At 4.40 pm I asked again and this time they told me they havent this load on warehouse yet. And they dont know how long its gonna take. I said good bye. At my right hand side was parked truck from Crete Carrier, his appt. was at 11 am, when I was leaving he still was on stage area not loaded

OTR, pick up. Check in is at the end of the drive on right side between door 11,13 I believe. Check in and they give u a sticker to put on ur truck and tell u the door. Loading is about 1hr. Overall not a bad place

Once you get past the rude women in the office, with their attitudes, the guys that load the trucks are great and quick.

Fast unloading. I was late for about 1:30 due to truck break down and they still took me.

Ive been here many time and always bring wine here.not sure why my comment in here keep disappear.they unload me very quick. I got appt at 11am.and i got there around 8am and they got me unload very quick.No overnite parking.they got a gate here.

They werent rude. Quick unload. They tell you go to South side of city. I was coming from Indiana on i-65 I took i-64 west to 9th Street. Get over asap to right lane. 9th will run south then I guess turns to 7th Street. Turn right on Algonquin road? Could be wrong, its KY 2054 I believe. Go down maybe 3/4 a mile to stop light, button hook right turn then there driveway is immediately on the left where the fence is. Yes there are 3 low clearances. 13 6 and 13 9 you will make it under all three loaded or empty. Saves time so you dont have to go all the way around to South side of city.

APPT TIME WAS 8am CHECKED IN AT 8:20 GONE BY 9am. QUICK UNLOAD 👌🏾

Friendly guy in Receiving. They were on lunch when I got there and they dont play when they unload the Wagon! 2 hours in and out.

My appt was at 2pm.arrived 12:30pm.have been waiting over 4hrs.not in the dock yet.DONT GO HERE!!
