My mother got her lashes done for the first time, she was so excited however no one told her the proper care everyone she said she was very new to this.. she was very disappointed to find out they didn’t even last a full day, called to try & let the tech know, all they could say was “sorry you’re not suppose to take a shower” 😖

Went for eyebrow threading. I only wanted my eye brows clean up but they ended up being a little thinner than I’d like but the woman was nice. I noticed the man behind the register being rude to clients waiting and making their payment. Sure enough, when I went to pay, he was rude as well. Won’t be going back.

I would never go here and get my eyelashes done again it was horrible. The eyebrows were good though

I have been this place before. They have excellent service and the eyelashes doesn’t have to much glue on them. They last for a long time. I enjoy my tech Ms V when I come. I would highly recommend them.

I always get eyebrow threading and lashes and Mrs. V always gets me together (Walmart on New Cut and Outer Loop) No complaints ever. She knows exactly what I want every time I come in.

Ms. V is amazing. I get eyebrow and chin threading brow color and faux mink lashes monthly. Their prices are great compared to other shops. I have been a customer for 2 years now and wouldnt go anywhere else.

My second time coming, first time I was dissatisfied because do not understand the meaning of leave my eyebrows thick, they were very thin. So I said maybe I’m over exaggerating so about 6 months later I came back got a different person explained how I wanted mine done basically just clean them up do not thin nor reshape them and boom still the same results ugh thank goodness my eyebrows grow back fast . I can’t support again.

The waxing service was poor and the outcome is severely disappointing.I was charged 3 times the amount because neither staff person could sufficiently use the home strip wax properly. The second staff person used threading but, by then, the area was so swollen, it was inadequate.I have errant hairs. I have never had such poor quality service.I tipped 20% just so I could leave a candid report without penalizing them twice.I threw away the repeat visit card.Please note that the other 2 reviews are suspiciously without details and without history.Sad.

TERRIBLE!!!! got my eyelash exstensions yesterday they looked horrible when i got them!! to much glue, they all fell out during the night came back to get my money back and they told me they don’t give money back and they will do them again for only half price NEVER GO HERE!!!

HORRIBLE!! ONLY DID 1 EYEBROW COMPLETE. Couldnt communicate with myself or my daughter. Did a horrible job on my granddaughter as well. Will neve be back. But they were qiuck to take payment.

Im only giving 2 stars because they did a decent job on my eyebrow threading. While I was there I also decided to get eyelash extensions, needless to say that was a HUGE mistake! 3 days after getting them my eyes became so irritated and sore that it hurt to blink! The woman who did them got the adhesive on top of my eyelid, and also got it stuck to my natural lashes! I ended up having to remove them because I was in so much pain. They came off in one huge black gooey clump! They were cheaply made and poorly done. My sister in law got hers done at the same time and hers started falling out the very next day. I definitely wouldnt recommend getting eyelash extensions here.

Awful experience! Do not try this place!!I drove here all the way from the east end because i had heard they do eyebrow tinting and Ive been looking for somewhere that even come close to the eyebrow threading place in Oxmoor mall.I get there and it seemed normal for an eyebrow bar (except the extreme smell of curry) until i sat down. The woman doing my eyebrows didnt seem to know how to thread them and used tweezers instead of thread for the majority of the time. She then proceeded to tint my eyebrows which she didnt even let me see until the end.I did decide to get lashes while i was there.... i picked out the natural lashes in a medium legnth thinking it would look somewhat natural. I was wrong again!!!It took nearly an hour and i could see from where the lashes going towards the inner part of my eye were placed downward and obstructing my view. The woman use black glue and it was so think on my eye it looked like bad eyeliner on 70% of my eyes. There was no fading out on the thickness of the eyelashes so they looked as if half completed.When i complained about them the woman tried trimming the lashes to look more flattering, tried using an eyelash curler which was just pulling more at my eyelids.Later i discovered SHE TRIMMED MY ACTUAL EYELASHES!!!!!!!The other woman (who i assume was the owner) finally agreed to take them off and redo them herself after arguing with me for about 10 minutes and that was even after other customers in the place said they looked baad!!!! But then the adhesive remover was so strong and stung my eyes so bad I refused!!!I examined my eyelashes briefly but had a hard time focusing from where they stung so bad! The woman had cut my eyelashes!!!!!!The owner argued with me saying she was still going to charge me! Like really??? Her reasoning was... if you go get your hair done and they mess up you still have to pay for it... no. Just no. You pay for goods and services that you... i offered to pay for my eyebrows which was a half assed job and the tinting didnt tint my actual eyebrows only the skin around them and it looked more like dirty skin than eyebrows.Again she argued and told the woman with my card to charge me more. Seriously!!! I had to go snatch my debit card from the woman. Ive never been to place more unprofessional!!!!!! The owner argued with me some more and said shed charge me just for my eyebrows. I paid and left.I was so angry and upset and didnt even get examine my eyes until i got home.Im having to make an appointment with my eye doctor to see if there are any more damages to my eyes from the adhesive remover and from having half my eyelashes ripped out and cut short.I would never recommend this place and if I could give it negative stars I would.

Love this place, as Ms. V is THE BEST ! Ive been getting my brows threaded for years, and she just does so well. My eyebrows are naturally different shapes and she gets me right, every time !!! There are many other talented employees there, but I just prefer her. Everyone is kind and welcoming . Great prices too. Definitely recommend!!
