Saw Laura for Botox and she told me everywhere I needed it. I had gift cards to use and she asked me how much they were for so I told her. I told her how much Botox I normally get in the past. And what worked and didn’t work for me. She then educated me on how every place else I went for Botox had no idea what they were doing. I told her my brows have dropped in the past and I didn’t want that to happen. She went ahead and injected and used the full gift card probably 20units more then I have ever needed in the past. ( I was expecting to get 2 uses out of it) crazy how I needed the exact amount of my gift card. I gave it it a week and my right brow dropped like I said it would. She kept telling me it would correct itself. Yes it did after 3 months. She said she prob used too much. Any way 3 months later she reminds me of a follow up appointment. Right when we were in the middle of the snowstorm and everything was closed down. Told her I couldn’t make it due to the road conditions and my kids being home. Pretty much told me she was too busy to reschedule me and would get back to me. It’s been a month with no response. She had a terrible attitude and in my opinion took advantage of having a gift card. Will never go back. ( there were other issues as well but too much to put on here)

Kristen is awesome! Ive been going there for about 3 months now and she does a great job and has such an outgoing personality. She works with my schedule and gets me in and out quickly. She asks how Im doing with my treatments each time to make sure everything is going how its supposed to! The man who I guess owns it, David, is pretty dry though. If I ever call to change the time of my appointment or anything, he seems like hes annoyed. Idk what his deal is but Kristen is great :)

Their Ultrasonic Fat Cavitation has amazed me. I work out and stay in decent shape but at mid 40s its not easy to get those hard to lose areas to go away. I had a bit of cellulite on my rear thighs and my belly always needed a bit of help. Honestly I was skeptical that this would work but I got a great deal and tried it. Wow is all I can say. If I knew about this 5 years ago I could have saved myself a lot of time. Ive tried everything from special pills to wraps, creams, diets..you name it. Ive sent 3 friends in so far and they feel the same way. This is incredible and very affordable. I recommend this to anyone to just try it. I had a great experience here at Cosmetic Laser. At my age I had to do something to keep up with Jones so to say. Their laser skin tightening really worked great for me. So glad I came here. I may be 60+ but I wont tell. The place was clean and their staff was very friendly. The owner, David is a very down to earth young man and was very informative of the process. I didnt have to wait like you would at a Dr office.

I did the Ultrasonic Cavitation on my belly to try to lose a few inches after having 3 kids. I was skeptical since I have tried all sorts of other things. I first just did a Groupon deal I purchased for 3 of them but when I saw results right away I decided to do a 10 treatment series. Im so amazed by this treatment. I lost 4 inches around my belly and it even tightened up the loose saggy skin I had. Ill be back for more. Dave, the owner was really comforting to talk to. He didnt look at me like I was gross or fat. He explained to the process to me and encouraged me to come to him with any questions or fears I might have during the process. I did email him a few times and guided me through what I should and should not be doing throughout the process. I had 2 different girls treat me, Kristen and Brenda and they were a joy to talk to. All around it was a great experience. I will be telling all my friends about them.

They were very prompt and professional. I had 6 treatments and although it does sting a little bit they staff made me feel very comfortable and my results were great. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to get rid of hair that youre not supposed to have in some places as a woman. This has changed my life

Not satisfied. Very limited availability for scheduling options, always booked -which is good, but they seem to be short of staff. Whats the point to offer a service if you cant supply your demand. I dont think I would recommend.

Results were REMARKABLE!!!! Acne issues and scarring started healing and cleared up within one week of having my treatment! Professional, clean, warm and great location! I want to first say for all those that are skeptical about the ultrasound cavitation, this does work! Im sure that there will be different results for different people, but it does work. I purchased the Groupon for 3 sessions and at the end of it, while I could use 3 more sessions, the results were impressive. Brenda was INCREDIBLE! I would have gotten 3 more sessions but I am about to go on vacation. However, I will be back to finish the job! Would I recommend to anyone, ABSOLUTELY!

I was introduced to the Louisville Cosmetic Laser and Beauty Spa through a Groupon I purchased. I had been to locations offering similar services before but when I found this location I knew I did not need to shop around any further. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The skin care products they have available for purchase are top notch and they clearly offer accurate advice according to your skin type. I especially loved the microneedleing sessions which turned back the clock on my face and neck. Its pretty awesome to get carded frequently as a woman in her mid 40s. I cannot say enough positive things about the Louisville Cosmetic Laser Spa and even close friends and family have commented on how great my skin looks. If youve considered doing laser hair removal give it a shot. I wanted to do this years ago but was always a bit timid about the pain. This didnt hurt at all. I am so glad I got it out of the way and very thankful to Cosmetic Laser for taking care of me. Great people!

The Ultrasonic Cavitation is as great as they say. Im on my last treatment next week and down 2 sizes in pants. Very friendly staff and clean environment. The girls go out of their way to make sure your getting the results you want or theyll change it up. I will come back for more services. 2 thumbs up. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The second I walked in I didnt feel welcomed at all. They made me feel out of place from the minute I walked in, the entire time my facial lasted, and until I left the door. I will never be back and I wouldnt recommend anyone to come here. I visited Cosmetic Laser for shaving bumps on the front of my neck due to ingrown hairs. My skin is completely cleared up and as a bonus I no longer shave. With my business profession it gives me better confidence to not have a rash all over my neck every time I shave. I reccommend them to anyone.

Wish I could rate a zero but the girls that work there are sweet and try to act like they enjoy their job. I had to reschedule one of my appointments and the owner said that because I changed the appointment it would take away one visit from my package. What a jerk!!! I rescheduled 2 weeks before it was even time for my appointment. Save your money and go someplace else that cares whether or not they get your business. Also, why do you think this place is on groupon every week? They cannot get repeat business acting like this!!

I had a micro needling session done this past Friday. With KRISTEN! She’s liar she lied on me to save her job and said things about that wasn’t true to make her not look bad. I told her I worked outside and that I’d be ok by Monday. But told her boss otherwise. I was told in a few days my face would be healed maybe jus some peeling and dryness. WRONG. I’m on a day 4 and My face is still super red and irritated like I just got it done. I’m 32 and never been told I have sensitive skin or had any break outs of any kind. I bought the package of 6 which is not cheap besides paying the $250 just for the one. I was giving the 3 (small) bottles of neo-cutis products which did not help any redness or the healing process. My complaint is the owner. He was not considerate at all towards my appearance and squeezed every penny out of he could toward my refund and charged me full price for the (small) bottles of product. He tried to talk to me into credit which shows his lack of remorse. I mean you can look at my face and just know I wouldn’t want any credit with that place! Considering I paid over $400 for this red Freddy kugar face that I will continue to have for the following week.
