I love this gym!! The trainers are fantastic and really care about your progress! I love the support and camaraderie of the members; it’s like a second family! Ed West has been working with me for about 8 months and I am stronger than ever! He makes sure I am pushing myself to attain goals but that I take time to do it right and not get hurt. This is my happy place!
I have been going to SixPax for two years and have always loved the workouts themselves, the trainers, and the energy and environment. You never have the same workout twice and it’s always high energy and a lot of fun! You’ll be worn out in the best way after coming to a class! In recent months, I’ve started coming to the 5:30A class and it has sincerely changed my life! It’s a great way to start the day and I have more energy and feel stronger and calmer during the day than I ever have! Christine is killing it with this business and Ed brings an awesome workout every time!
This place is amazing and the instructors are very motivating. They let you go at your own pace while encouraging you to push past your comfort zone a little bit at a time. Class is always fun but challenging. If you ever just want a nice workout without the crowd, this is the place for you!!
Love this gym! It is a place where no matter what your fitness level, you are accepted. The workouts are hard, but they are so fun and never boring. I always feel like such a badass when done. Classes are first rate and I also pay for personal training too Definitely worth it to get that additional time into achieve my goals.
First class with Trainer Vince and LOVED it. Lots a different moves, fast pace, and high energy. Plus all the members make it so much fun. SixPax is what keeps me sane.
Six Pax is the best gym around . The classes are challenging and can be modified for all fitness levels . No two classes are the same, so you never get in that gym rut. The trainers are knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging . The atmosphere at Six Pax is all inclusive. It’s the first gym I have joined that I don’t feel self conscious and don’t mind going without a buddy, because I know when I get there I will have many buddies!

This is the type of gym that will motivate you to come back every week because you’ll actually ENJOY going. They have a focus on kickboxing, strength training, and (most importantly) being the best version of yourself (healthy!). The staff and owners are super attentive to all the members and know everyone by name. Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat are kickboxing style classes and Tues Thursday are more of an “open gym” that focuses on strength training in a bootcamp format. They also offer some yoga style classes. Check the hours on the website, they vary. They offer personal training and a nutritionist as well. Yes, it’s more $ than anytime fitness but you’re truly investing in your physical and mental health at this gym, and making some friends along the way.
There are some of the nicest people at this gym. Always so nice and inviting to new members!

I dropped in today for Heated Vinyasa Flow coached by Lauren. It was perfect. The space is very clean and neat. Coaching was excellent and I was never confused or overwhelmed. HIGHLY recommend! Can’t wait to return 🤗
