Its 24/7 Im happy. Clean place and staff polite. I liked was my first time there.Around the club you can find Kroger store.

This was the weather but also my mode & frane of mind I was trying & hoping to change. Maybe I shouldve or couldve had a do over if I could be lucky enough 2 make it count next time.

Its not like the Gardiner Lane Planet Fitness (which I love) to which I have become accustomed. The layout seems a bit cramped to me. The hydro-massage is in the format of a bed not a chair which I see as a major negative.Ive been there several times and wasnt greeted nor acknowledged and I needed help.Its a fairly busy place. Im not yet accustomed to the vibe. And their beacon rarely works.

Clean, well maintained, and good equipment. Not much to complain about.

It was great. It might have appeared busy from the outside butthere was plenty of equipment for my wife and I. Only had to wait a few minutes for 1 machine only because it was the last machine of my workout and someone got on it right before I was finished with butterflies.

Great place to come get in shape, Tone up or release some stress . Staff r great and personally Ive never had a problem. If u are on a budget like me this is the way to go. They got showers and lockers for the ladies and men .

Typical, relaxed, no pressure, unintimidating Planet Fitness atmosphere. Come here to get a good workout without any pretentious vibes. Have visited several times. Desk staff had always been friendly, facility clean, neat and orderly. Decent amount of weight and cardio machines.

I just park there to go to Krogers next door! They be getting it tho!

Good basic gym. Great that it’s 24 hours and very convenient to get to! For the price and convenience you can’t really beat it. And my insurance covers most of the cost!! I would check your coverage also just in case.

Guy at the front desk was funny and friendly. He made us feel very welcome. Its my favorite location and its not to far from home.

I came in to start a new membership having worked out at this location before a couple years ago and really enjoyed working out here then. Both staff members that I spoke with so would take them longer to sign me up than for me to do it myself and refuse to sign me up. I just dont think its very professional for a business were trying to handle money not to accept it because they would rather you do the work yourself to sign yourself up it just struck me as lazy.

Well worth the money. There are doing a good job, on cleaning. Still stay safe on touching equipment. Carry your own sanitizer.

Pretty small PF. Hard to find your own space to workout. Go at off peak hours if you can. Would recommend you bring headphones so you can block out the ambient noise and get focused on your workout. Expect to wait on some equipment to be vacated. Especially at the weight section. They have most of the equipment you need for any workout but no rowing machine. Wouldnt be a problem if treadmills and ellipticals dont bore you. Only a few stationary bikes available. Staff are a mix, some are friendly and attentive but some dont pay much attention. Wouldnt put my trust in sanitation either. Thankfully paper towels and disinfectant are always well stocked so makes sure to clean your equipment before and after use. Staff needs to be stricter now with the mask wearing. parking isnt a problem since its at a Kroger. 10 bucks a month does come with an additional annual fee but I honestly spend more money at the drive thru. Black card gets you perks like discounts on drinks and access to the tanning salon.

I cant say enough about this planet fitness location. Clean facility, not overly crowded. Ample parking and a friendly staff.

Guys from the University of Louisville come to this gym mostly on week days.Not the biggest planet fitness in town but will do it for a nice workout.

Went up there last week. Tracy the woman who was at the desk had poor communication skills and was rude and I called and asked herhow long she jas been im the service industry. She said 4 years. I hung up. She lied to cover her own butt and told management I yelled and cussed at her. She needs to be FIRED. PERIOD.

Open 24/7 and has tanning beds plus helpful knowledgeable staff.

Place is clean, staff are friendly & helpful, & workout equipment makes workouts smoother. Its becoming my 2nd 🏠.

If you get a membership there you better get used to being there forever. I cancelled mine in March, you know what I found out today? They decided to automatically reopen my account and charge me $25 a month. Planet fitness is run by the worst possible people and you shouldnt do business with them.Also, the staff here absolutely stinks. Youd think they hire a staff a bit more competent than this one but, as I stated earlier, Planet FATness is run by the worst people.

Staff is unhelpful. Whenever I engage them for towels, workout mats, etc. Always meant with bad attitudes. Many times staff are on breaks leaving front desk unattended, taking breaks on massage chairs, eating at front desk unmasked.

I cancelled my membership 5 days before my annual billing. They stated I had to cancel by the 25th which was Christmas day and all of their offices and gyms were closed and their head quarters were closed on Saturday. I cancelled Sunday and yet Im still going to be charged $40 dollars for the annual fee. I called head quarters with my frustrations about it being closed on the day I was supposed to cancel and they were unhelpful and not willing to do anything about it. They obviously just wanted to steal some more money. This gym is a rip off and they are trying to scam you. Please dont go to any Planet Fitnesses.

Non-existent customer service. Once again, staff misinformation cost me $. Was careful to go in and ask staff what date I needed to cancel our memberships by to avoid annual fee. My wife cancelled each of our memberships d/t Covid concerns before that date. Turns out, her annual fee came out in November and mine Jan 1. We planned on renewing when things lighten up but that will cost us a new annual fee. Management was unhelpful in resolving.In response to your reply: management was unhelpful in resolving. As such, who should I contact with questions, comments and concerns?

Black Card MemberGo to any other gym in the city. Staff is rude. Showers are cold. Massage tables max out at 7 minutes. Area is shady.Ive been to almost every gym in Louisville, avoid this one.

Just went in person to finalize my membership after signing up online and I was so impressed by how comfortable the staff made me feel. They say it’s a “judgement free zone” but I never thought it was serious; I thought it was just a good catchphrase, but after going in I truly believe that and I can’t wait to go back! Keith helped me out and was outstanding.

It is as advertised. I just wish the squat and bench were free style. I know that is a more heavy lifter item and that isnt what they are about so I really cant ding it.

Honestly if you knew me you would laugh me away because the only fitness Im into is fitness food in my mouth. The place looks great for fitness people but I was merely in the parking lot waiting on my partner to finish shopping. I have always heard great things about planet fitness Im just to lazy to actually follow an exercise routine.

Friendly! Everyone was respecting Covid precautions and wipinf down the equipment after each use.It was busy, but enough equipment to not have to wait long for your turn if any wait at all.

Great place to workout, aint no heavy body builders with their heads swollen from using steroids and throwing weights around. I used to be an MMA fighter, so I know how every gym is.

Very easy to work out here and their equipment is great. Sometimes, some of the the employees are less than friendly, but their manager is excellent with his customer service and with keeping the place clean and running.

Its a decent enough gym, theres always plenty of cardio equipment, if you want to lift, you may want to hit the one on Dixie, its about twice the size and usually has free benches for weight training.

They took an unauthorized transaction from my account, now I have to file a dispute with my bank

The atmosphere is not intimidating and I can focus on what I need. It is kept clean and is very welcoming. Its a completely different experience than a typical gym. I would give a five star rating, but I think some of the staff needs to be coached on cheerfulness and what conversations are appropriate in front of members. For the most part however, almost all of staff are very polite, professional, and helpful.

Great place to be at 4am. Big cardio selection, decent weight machine selection and limited free weights. This is a great gym for anyone that doesnt need free weights.

Every other pf Ive been too has excellent equipment to human ratio. This gym is small, smelly, crowded and the equipment is busted. Ever been to a YMCA? Its like that. Wish there were a better option in the area. I found the staff pleasant and friendly though, unlike many reviewers.

Clean and bright. Typical of the brand. Hydromassage, tanning beds and 1 booth, and 2 massage chairs.My only caveat would be that the staff rarely seems to be doing much. Alotta of standing around talking to each other. Not much input. But all in all a nice place to work out. You must wear work out apparel, no jeans or boots. Also bring a towel and a lock.

Not well maintained, if you’re thinking of getting the black card here, just know they short you on the time on the hydro massage bed. In the words of my partner “7 minutes isn’t even a ‘perk’.” Also the machines are outdated - they have phone charger support for iphone 4....Glad this isn’t my home location.

Good gym, but in comparison to other Planet Fitness its not as big. But still kept up.

Ive had my membership for 2 weeks now I love planet fitness. I feel like no is watching me workout. But they are there if you need or want help. Best 20 dollars I spent.

This place is nice and clean new facility, somewhat crowded most of the times that Im there. Just wish the staff was a little friendlier and offered help with different machines. Parking can be an issue at times with Krogers next door.

The employees had no desire to be part of the solution... They seemed more concerned about getting together after work... The gym itself is fine status quo for PF... Convenient and most of the machines are available

I just moved over to New Albany from Germantown and needed to transfer clubs. I ran into some trouble online, so I called the location. Ivory was extremely helpful and personable on the phone. Great guy! Would definitely recommend this location.

I had a terrible experience here. I wanted to cancel last month but I was told that in order to avoid being charged on June 17th, I had to cancel in the gym by June 15th. I went in to do that today and spoke with Emily. It was a very unpleasant experience. I had to ask for a manger twice and the corporate number 3 times before I was told to google it. I asked her why she couldnt have told me that she didnt have corporates number the first two times I asked instead of being rude. I had no way of knowing that I would not be told the truth by a Planet Fitness employee last month. I just simply did what I was told. She was so rude that I made sure to get her information before I left. As soon as I left the store, I called another location to see if there was a manager there that could help, but no one was on shift on a Saturday evening, which is understandable. I was told by the other store that Emily has sent my cancellation in for my last payment to be taken out on 6.17.19, even though I didnt sign anything she asked me to sign. I will be reporting this to the BBB!! Dont waste your time at this store if you dont have to!

I love this place! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Customer service is great, gym is always clean and tidy.

The only complaint I have is that the gym could be a little bigger. But the black card comes in handy when I want to go to another location because of the crowd :)

I absolutely love this planet fitness. Its always clean. The staff and other members are nice.

Buyer be aware !!!! If I could give less than one star I would.If you are a college student do NOT sign up at this Planet Fitness. You will not be able to cancel. My daughter left Louisville over a year ago and has been fighting to cancel for over a year. They want you to come in to cancel. You can not cancel at any other location. They say write a letter, well after 4 letters we are still getting charged. Staff is disgusting and awful when you call on the phone in an attempt to cancel. There is never a manager on when you call regardless of the day you call and theres never an owner there when you call. Messages do not get returned and in most cases they refuse to take a message. My next course of action is to file a complaint with the state attorney generals office of Kentucky, the Better Business Bureau in the state of KY as well as the Attorney Generals office of Pennsylvania.

No bad experiences with customer service, I always have people greet me and wish me well. The facility though, its just not large enough for its location. I try to go at nights, hoping it wont be too busy, several times withing the past few weeks that was NOT the case. Love the atmosphere, hate dealing with crowding

Love the number of cardio machines, since thats probably what the majority of people are there for. I just wish there was more space for a larger free-weights section, as well as more smith machines. Three smith machines for the whole building is not enough! Unless you go at odd hours of the day, you will be fighting people for a chance to use free weights and the smith machines.

Great gym. Has all the equipment without the muscle heads. They truly are a no judgement kind of place. No one will bother you unless you ask. Staff is friendly if you do ever have a question.
