One star is too good for this place. At the end of one year we tried to cancel but no one was there. Next time someone was there and he stopped my husbands membership but not mine. Said he would leave word with owner but he never called us. Was not told at this point we had to put it in writing. Still getting charged. Went back again and the employee stopped mine. Now trying to get money back which seems like a lost cause. Owner does not return calls. Would never join another Anytime Fitness because of this.

Overall super friendly environment (both employees and members!) Great location.

I have called several times to discuss changing my 2 memberships and left several messages and Im being ignored. This is terrible customer service and so frustrating.

Dont expect you can easily communicate with anyone in management. Also I had to bide my time to finish my 12 month commitment. The experience was nothing but issues, albeit at the most premium price.

Absolutely love this gym! Its clean, everyone is nice with regard to the employees, Robert and Eric, and the members, and there is a good variety of equipment. Eric happens to be my trainer and he is great at what he does! Hes focused, but engaging and has a great sense of humor. Theres a perfect balance between working out and having a great time doing it. Overall this is a great facility!

I am there every night! I love that this is a well outfitted gym and never crowded. (Could use a good cleaning and the tvs need to be repaired.)

The equipment is okay and the hours are obviously convenient, but this place is not run well in the slightest. Multiple times I have called and visited to get an overcharge fixed on my account and similar to others reviews, there is nothing they can do. I would love to cancel my membership, but I feel it would be almost impossible at this point! This goes without mentioning that my fab only works at this location when I was told it would work anywhere :-) In all honesty, avoid this gratified apartment complex gym. I will change this review if my situation is fixed, but I don’t foresee that happening anytime soon.

Looks good, sounds good but read other posts. I dont like that they dont have Mens & Womens locker rooms. In fact, there are lockers at all.

I chose to visit this location because it was a short drive from my hotel. It was the first time I used my membership outside my home town. I was thrilled when my key fob worked -- on a Sunday. I didnt have to wait for office hours. Its a very nice facility -- all new equipment, good variety of equipment, safe location, lots of room, clean, and wipes to keep the equipment clean. They had an emergency button on a neck string I could wear -- just in case -- as I was there by myself at times. I like Anytime because it really is any time -- for any one.

I feel like this is my own private gym! Love the staff too. Everyone is friendly and knows you by name. Ive been to several gyms over the years and this by far is the best fit for me. Its never over crowded either.

Went to this gym for several years. Always really liked it until i tried to cancel. Canceled 3 months ago and am still getting charged. The guy there at 5 says theres nothing he can do and that I need to call the owner whos there in the morning. So far I have been calling for 3 weeks. I have been told i would receive calls back and an email, i havent received either. I have always recommended this gym to people but that will never happen again unless this is resolved

This gym location in Middletown KY is never staffed. So if you need anything that requires staff, just forget about it. My key stopped working a few months back and it took me over a month to get a replacement. I had to start calling other AF locations to try to get someone to replace my key because no one was at the Middletown location during staff hours, nor would they answer my calls. Now here I am trying to cancel my membership and yet again, impossible to get ahold of someone. I’ve been calling for a week during staffed hours and have yet to get ahold of someone. I’ll give them another week before I contacted the BBB.

I canceled my membership in person, in January of this year but got charged again this month. Called the office and the guy who answered said hed have to text the owners because theres nothing he can do about it.Still no resolution or contact from the owner. Attorney Generals Office is involved.

This place is terrible, The owner or this place doesn’t provide a staff during what they have in the door as staffed hours. On March 28 I went during “staffed hours” to cancel my subscription and nobody was available I called left a voice mail to get a call back. Again on April 1st I visited this location again and nobody was available again. On April 2 my payment came out and I called corporate to get help since nobody here is able to help. Finally some person call Justin got back to me and said that he would cancel it but my May payment would still need to come out since I didn’t cancel before my April payment came out. Which was not my fault because I tried to cancel and wasn’t able to because of the fault of this gym. I emailed them and call and all they do is avoid my emails and calls they will scam you and avoid you after they do it. This place is the worst and the owner will cheat you out of your money. Go to a different gym

If there was a rating worse than 1 I would use it. I have called several times, visited, and even spoke to the owner about a membership I cancelled and they still charged me several times after cancelation. Month after month and day after day I have to call and get the run around (or no answer at all) on getting resolution. It’s at the point where I will be calling an attorney as this is unacceptable and a terrible business practice. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

A great place, well run, for workouts. Clean, great equipment and super staff.

I tried to cancel after my first trip. I didnt care for the gym, it wasnt very clean and I very quickly realized it was too small/cramped. I just didnt care for it and had another gym, I wanted to attend for other personal reasons.I called and pretended to be a new customer and asked what the policy was for canceling if I signed up, Robert said he does a week trial.However when I called back 15 min later to cancel as I was within my 7 day trial, Robert then said that they didnt offer a 1 week trial, and that if I wanted to cancel I would have to pay the full amount of the remaining 12 months of the contract if I wanted to cancel.My advice to anyone is to make sure you get anything they say in writing and review the contract.The bottom line dollar is more important than customer service or doing the right thing at this location.

Worst gym i have ever been to in my life! they add all these hidden fees and rope you into what they say is not a contract then send debt collection after you.
