One of the best temp agencies around. Incredibly professional, friendly, very responsive to all issues. I would love to say this is a wonderful place to look for a position but I cannot. They seem to have lots of positions open however they never call anyone back. Everyone always seems to be on vacation and theyll always get back to you. Pretty much assume that when you send them your resume that it goes into a black hole abyss and I would guess that some applicants get placed simply because they have to be otherwise they could not stay in business. They are certainly not for the seasoned professional with an outstanding resume. Expect nothing and youre probably going to receive it.

I walked into aerotek asking for help finding a job. The front staff greeted me very politely and I was introduced to my recruiter quickly after arriving. My entire experience has been nothing but excellent!

My experiences have been both good and bad. The secret appears to be the recruiter you work with. An interview I had scheduled for a position I wanted, and for which I was well qualified, got cancelled at the last minute about a year ago. I found out later than my recruiter had left the company, and I still dont know the whole story.My current recruiter, Chelsea Miller, is conscientious, professional, and responsive. She calls or texts when she says she will, returns calls (or texts) promptly, has answers to my questions, and does a great job coaching and encouraging me. If my previous recruiter had been as good at her job as Chelsea is proving to be, I probably would not be looking for a new job now. Chelsea has been top-notch and a pleasure to work with since our first conversation.

Aerotek has helped me make my transition out of school and into the job market smooth and painless.
