I have been with them for only a month but so far very satisfied. They are very helpful and caring.

I was with Surge Louisville and let them know of rudeness towards me for weeks and to help me with a different position. I agreed to give them 3 more days to not leave them hanging but the work environment was too disrespectful to deal with. I walked away from a heated argument letting supervisors know what is happening. I was forced to quit and can not be helped by Surge in the future. No one should have to work in a toxic environment and the company is non professional and show favoritism.

So I am a hired on already at the company Surge first got me in with, my agents name is Jarumy Llopiz, she ran me through the whole process of getting hired with surge and she was amazing I had nothing but a great experience with her and this company they were super flexible respectful and super responsable with the things I needed to get done Jarumy helped me get to get were I am at and I am super thankful for her, the job she does and this great staffing company !

Im in the Auto Industry, I get people in my office that need Jobs but dont know where to go. I send them the Surge on Crums Lane, and they find them jobs. I receive Phone calls all the time thanking me for telling them about Surge Staffing. Highly Recommended.

This is the worst staffing agency I’ve ever dealt with. They take a lot out your check and they don’t pay you on time. They are very unprofessional. And get an attitude with you when you ask about the money you worked hard for. They took nearly 200 out my check just because I missed one freaking day because I wasn’t feeling well.

When i needed a job they found one for me and i stuck with it, then i was given a better paying job. My money has always been fine hopefully that stays the same been with them nine months now
