Rachel is a great Dentistry Tech. She does great work and keeps me inform of all of my dental needs. As questions arise, she was more than helpful in answering my questions and assisting me in the right direction. I am very happy and satisfied with the dental office. I am highly recommend Advance Dental to anyone. Need a great dentist tech and feel comfortable in getting your teeth clean. Just ask for Rachel she is awesome.

I’ve visited 2 different locations and both are so well managed and the staff makes a much dreaded trip to the dentist a lot more enjoyable! The place is very clean which puts me at ease right away! My hygienist, Rachel, was great at letting me know what she was doing while she was doing it. Very friendly and almost encouraging for someone that dreads anything dental. Thank you, Rachel! I had the best experience at Advanced located on Preston highway with Ms. Hannah K at the front desk. She was really nice. Than I met Ms. Heidy, (EDD Assistant) she was also a very nice person. Next I met Dr. Porter & his assistant Ms. Stephanie (hygiene assistant) both were super amazing. They calmed with down completely. They stayed late to get my wisdom tooth out. Dr. Porter got that tooth our & didnt cause me any pain what so ever. When I say that group of professionals are awesome thats exactly what I mean. I will NEVER go anywhere else for my dental care. Thank you guys. You guys are SUPER.

This is easily the best dentistry I have attended, the staff are amazing and show that they care. They will explain in detail any answer to whatever questions you have and help you learn how to have proper oral hygiene. The building is very clean and easy to get comfortable. The girls that I interacted with at Advanced Dental Center, Lorna, Stephanie, Keyuri were so personable and welcoming. The office is pristine. I was there with my daughter in law and did not have any work done myself. But seeing how smoothly and efficiently this office is run as evidenced by their employees, I would not hesitate to have any dental work done at their facility. The teeth whitening procedure had an amazing outcome. My daughter in law’s teeth looked beautiful!

Lorna & Rachel were great. I never have to wait long and am there about 45 mins for a cleaning. They give you a good overview of work needed and a fair price for the work as well.

Lorna was so sweet both time Ive been in always polite and smiling. I had to have 2 emergency appointments both times they got me in so fast. Second time was an hour after I called I got there early and they got me in even before my appointment. Awesome place!

No question. I wanted your Drs to be aware that after a year my son ____ is still having issues. He came to you for a root canal. Choose and ordered a crown, which he didnt understand had to be paid for before it could be placed. He then was given a temp crown, and 6 mos. later came back to have the ordered one placed. Next, there where issues in placing the crown, the discomfort and paid was told to be because his gums were still sore from the root canal or possibly another problem and we were also referred to another office for a second opinion. That office did an xray, verified the root canal was done, and sent us back again to your office. Although uncomfortable, the permanent crown and was placed and he was sent on his way.Periodically hes complained about it not fitting right, or there being pain or discomfort, and I honestly thought he could be exaggerating. Now hes experiencing gum boils. It has been suggested by a new Dentist, to come back to your office since all the work was completed there but we are so dissatisfied, hes unwilling to allow you to do any additional work but wanted someone to be aware of the experience hes had.We understand your pay policy now, but we did not initially. Although my son is a young adult, hes had very little experience handling any affairs on his own and Ive assisted where I can. He understood that the financial responsibility fell on him, and being in between jobs, me helping, and him saving enough to pay for the crown and all services out of pocket was a strain but was handled. Our complaint is strictly with the lack of knowledge, communication, and lack of understanding your patients when they are returning and calling with concerns more than once and urge that something is wrong.Now He is having to undergo more work, at more cost to correct an issue that shouldve been already handled by a professional. This is simply something else you may want to add to his chart and be aware of in case no other office can help us and were forced to return.

Going to the Dentist is never my favorite thing. But Lorna made the experience so much better! She was very polite and put my Anxiety to ease.

Rachel was amazing she took such great care of me and made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions (very educational) also shanell was very sweet and had great conversations she took my X-rays and pictures. She Was very sweet. I was nervous definitely with it being a new place and new people. But these two ladies were awesome and I’m glad I picked advanced dental as my new dentist. I was experiencing gum pain around my wisdom tooth and could not get in to my regular dentist for another week! There was no way I could make it that long. I called ADC and Lorna was able to schedule me an appt and they were able to see me within 2 hours! Stephanie was my hygiene assistant and she was amazing and very careful with my sensitive teeth.Dr porter was so nice and explained what was happening with my wisdom teeth and nerve pain. I was referred to an oral maxillofacial surgeon to get it pulled, but I have decided to switch my dental care to this office. All the staff that I saw were amazing!! 10/10 recommend
