Aspen Dental is not very accommodating Ill consider it the tea that they made to replace the ones that they pulled out Im very uncomfortable I still dont wear Im months later I told them that they needed to be redone but I guess they dont do that I guess they got upset because I missed a couple of appointments but I told him when I first started going to them to make my appointments as early as possible because I work at night and once I go home and keep calm. Do I fall asleep but they wasnt very accommodating with that either they definitely did not finish the work if they were contracted to do I still have feelings that need to be feeling I guess I have to spend more money and go somewhere else bad as the economy is I hate spending money for something for service and I get very little of what I paid for but this most American companies nowadays they want the money but they dont want to do the job are they wanted their way what if they wanted Dove way then they should pay for it

Highly professional, spotless clean office, and my hygienist was very gentle. Also got my teeth whitened and they were able to remove years of coffee and nicotine stains. Highly recommend!!!

Aspen Dental was a very great experience. The staff was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my experience there.

I had an appointment for a filling set for 7am because I got off of my shift overnight. I checked in about 6:40am and wasnt told until about 8:30am that was a mistake with scheduling my appointment. I made this appointment for about a month prior. It was set for a filling but somehow it was set as a denture repair. The day of the appointment I waited almost 2 hours to find out that the appointment was scheduled incorrectly and that I would not be able to have the filling performed. The staff is nice but the lack of communication and scheduling error is not professional.

These workers are awesome! They seen me when no one else would. They made me feel welcomes and answered all of my concerns. The only downfall, I wish they took the insurance I have, otherwise, this place is the 💣.com

So first time at Aspen Dental, been seeing them on TV and all over social media and figured Id try them out so went for my bad tooth and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with big smiles and soft hellos the staff there were super nice and sweet, considering that I was extremely nervous but they took care of me and just all around 10/10. Didnt know they had a small TV while youre waiting in the chair lol I was about to fall asleep it was so comfortable 😴

Disappointing. Called to the back a half an hour after my appointment time. The staff was friendly, especially the tech. Took x-rays and was placed in a room. Waited another 45 minutes for the dentist who was with me all of 10 minutes. Was told there was not a hygenist on site and Id have to make a secondary appointment when I ask when my cleaning would start since it was already 30 minutes after closing time. A total of 2 hours to not even get a cleaning.

Love the people and doctors and the teeth. I have a few fitting issues, but they are taking care of them and you dont feel hesitant to come back. The 7 year warranty is very comforting. Thank you Aspen.

Had a bit of a dental emergency this morning. I called the Aspen Dental on Outer Loop in Louisville, KY. and Miss Crystal and Dr. D. saved the day! They had me come over and worked me right in and were so and understanding. Dr. D really listened and spent time taking care of my issue. I will def be to see her as she really does care and that is such a rare thing these days. Thanks yall for coming thru in a clutch.

I called because I had a toothache and made an appointment to see about an extraction. I get there and first they don’t take my insurance, I think I should’ve been told that upfront, then I get a payment worked up for right at $7000, they were more interested in what else they could do for me then my problem at hand. Don’t get me wrong, they were all very nice and pleasant, every one of them were, so when it came down to it, since I’d already suffered through the weekend, I asked them to just help me with the problem tooth, $468 and some change to extract, that’s a little much for me. Needless to say I didn’t get anything taken care of and left there with more pain from them poking around in there.All this could’ve been avoided at start.I don’t think I’ll be returning there, it may work good for others but I feel they are a little too pricey for me.

Ive gone to the Dixie Highway Aspen Dental for a couple of years, and Ive always had a great experience. The staff are very caring, professional, and respectful of your time. A couple of weeks ago, Dr. Graham fixed up a tooth that had been chipping away. He even restored a corner that was gone, which was fantastic. He worked so meticulously on it and made it just like new--not that one shouldnt, but he was so intent on doing a great job! The tooth is doing great and feels as strong as if it were natural. Thank you all for another great experience!

The dental tech, the dentist, and the manager were all very kind, relatable, and comforting. I had a such a horrible experience at the prior company I went to that I was very anxious for my appointment, but they made it as enjoyable as it could be.Edit: Ive now had a deep cleaning and a temporary crown placed and cannot express how grateful I am to have found this practice. Dr. Graham is great, and each of the techs and staff I have interacted with have been friendly, understanding, and non-judgmental. Very welcoming place and exceptional work.

After I arrived I was told my insurance was not acceptable by their office. Since I made the appointment over the phone one would think I could have been told that then. Although the remedy was simple my treatment was delayed

Made an appointment for what I thought would be a cleaning and a check up. After more x rays than I think I’ve ever had at a dentist they finally took me to be seen. He spent most of his time talking to the computer screen behind me and looked in my mouth for no more than one minute. He and I discussed what work I wanted to start with and we seemed to be on the same page. Still no cleaning. I go up front to speak with an employee about my “treatment plan” and they proceed to tell me everything will cost $8,000 out of pocket. So I told them I just wanted to start with the one crown and my cleaning. They mentioned a “comprehensive cleaning” and when I asked about it they said it included deep cleaning of my gums. When I said I didn’t want that they then told me the doctor wouldn’t do ANY work, not even a basic cleaning, unless I had this extra cleaning. As a consumer I have NEVER been told by a business that I had to purchase an extra service just to receive the basic service. Makes absolute zero sense to me. I’m taking my money elsewhere. I wish I would’ve read reviews online before I went because a lot of them had very similar experiences. The only plus was the girl that did my x rays was very patient and nice. The rest of them, including the dentist, acted like they didn’t have the time of day.

I feel like I was lied to several times. On Wednesday I called the office where the original teeth were made.I was told that if I could be at the Dixie Hwy. office by 9:30 the next morning, they would be able to have the teeth repaired by 12:30 that day. A few teeth had come apart from my uppers. I drove across town and was told that the technician would not be there until the next Wednesday. They called the other office in Louisville and told me there was nothing they could do for me. I asked if there was an office across the river in Indiana. She said yes and checked it and said that I should go right there, telling me that there would be a $112 charge. When i got there they told me that the cost would be twice that. She eventually discounted the price to $168, but this is still outrageous for a ten minute repair. I will not be recommending you to others. The only redeeming issue was that the teeth seem to be fixed at this point in spite of all the runaround it took to get it done.When they read the above review, they texted me to call them and discuss it. I was on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. These people are not service oriented.

Had a new patient consult visit. Appointment was at 10:15am. I got there about 10:02am. I ended up leaving at 12:30 (walked out) after not being seen by a dentist. Not sure if they went to lunch, but no updates from staff or anything.. just sat in the back room waiting. I did have my xrays done a little over an hour into waiting in the lobby. The dental assistant was very kind and personable, I will say. I called today and I am glad Ill only be charged for xrays, but man, I had higher hopes for this place. Just my experience. Hope the person considering going here as a new patient has a better one.

The atmosphere in Aspen was so amazing and i felt welcomed! It wasnt a long wait to be seen for my appt and the dentist not only let me know what was going to be taken care of, but he showed me as he explained in detail. This yr has been so different due to covid so it was warming to feel comfortable in a clean place!

I had my bi-annual cleaning yesterday, along with my first ever tooth whitening.The cleaning was great; the hygienist took her time and was gentle.The whitening was great as well, same lovely woman who cleaned my teeth did the whitening procedure. She made sure I was as comfortable as I could be (Ive learned that having your teeth whitened is a bit uncomfortable and somewhat painful at the end of the session). She stayed with me through the whole duration and we both celebrated the success of the treatment. As of this afternoon, 24 hours later, my teeth are still pretty sensitive but they are the whitest I can ever remember seeing them.With my wedding just around the corner, Im thankful I trusted Aspen with my smile.

Aspen Dental helped me get my smile back. As my teeth had crumbled apart due to treatment for cancer, they have been wonderful at helping me. They helped with the right insurance. And helped will a payment plan that fit my low budget. They do work with you.

Well organized, service was exceptional, a lot more expensive than I anticipated but compared to other dental cost looks competitive. So for highly recommended but only began procedure. Like having dental and labs combined.

This was my first time reviewing services. I came to check on filling cavities that my previous dentist told me I had on my left side prior to COVID shutting everything down. Since they were predicting opening mid-June, I wanted to find somewhere to go so I wouldn’t have to continue putting it off. I am glad I went because I can get any possible dentistry done as well as the Invisalign I’ve been wanting to start. That staff was amazing, the space was clean and service was fast. I think this will be my new dentist. I can’t wait to start getting my work done.

I am a patient of Dr. Graham at the Dixie Highway office in Louisville. If you want skilled care, fair pricing, and a caring compassionate staff, come to this office. They are never too busy to help when you need it. Aspen does not own the individual dental offices, the dentists do. So dont judge all by a bad review of one. Look for reviews of the office you plan to visit. This one is a great place for your dental care.Update: Wish I had never gone there. It has been a year of pain and poor fit, every time they make an adjustment it gets worse. I was made promises that were never kept so I dont think I will go back. I am probably going to have to get an attorney just to get my money back so I can get it done right. My insurance will not pay for new dentures for 5 years, I am 70 so I dont have years to waste.

Best dental experience I have ever had. And I’ve had my share thanks to my Scottish ancestors. My best friend recommended Aspen Dental to me when I needed a good referral fast and they did not disappoint. As soon as I walked in the door I could feel the relaxed, but focused vibe about the place. I Immediately felt at ease which was the exact opposite of what I felt the night before as I was freaking out about my appointment. This review could be very long describing every situation I encountered there, but just believe me when I say- they are amazing. I had Dr Graham & KendalI and they along with everyone else I encountered were all amazing.I highly recommend Aspen Dental on Dixie.

Wasted two days of my time and ultimately treated nothing (did try to sell me on getting dentures though in their time with me...thanks a bunch). I called because I was in great pain and they said they could treat me at 11 that day. At 11:30, they tell me she cant do it until after lunch, then comes back to tell me they cant do it until the next day at 1:00. I grudgingly accept. Then they turn the procedure down again because my blood pressure is too high (their solution was to schedule me for an oral surgeon many days later and to take over-the-counter pain reliever). So, having called about an being in pain and needing urgent care and being assured all that WOULD happen, they instead spent two days wasting my time, making me paying for x-rays, and providing me no treatment whatsoever. Sorenson (New Albany) and Kirchner (Jeffersonville) are MUCH better options in this area.

I will highly recommend this dental practice to everyone I know. Excellent and very knowledgeable staff. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I was treated like a VIP. Everyone was kind and friendly and very easy to talk to. They put any nerve I was feeling at ease.

This was my first visit. I had exams, xrays, a cleaning and a molar extraction. I was very pleased with my service. Doctors and staff were very knowledgeable and very prompt. They made sure my comfort and any needs I had were met. They were courteous and friendly and thorough. It was a very clean office and I noticed how they kept santitizing all the equipment above and beyond the average. The doctor did a great job of numbing the area and did not rush through the procedure. He made sure all my questions were answered and discussed it all very thoroughly before he began. I was amazed that I felt no discomfort during my tooth extraction. I also noticed that they use all the latest technology and equipment. Thank you Aspen Dental !

My wife needed to see a dentist as soon as possible so we found Aspen and we called there saying we would be late because we live 20 minutes away. The man answered the phone and said since youre on your way we will work you in even if you come in after the 15 minutes grace period. He straight up lied. So I missed work to bring her and she wasnt even seen. When we got there they recommended other dental offices.

I had a great first experience today at the Aspen Dental on Dixie Highway. The receptionist and office staff were very nice when I walked in. Kennady did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Graham was very nice as well, I could tell that he really cares about making his patients feel comfortable and welcome. I was nervous to go to the dentist as first because I havent been in a few years, but I am actually looking forward to my next visit!

Didnt have to wait very long and everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I just went there to have my 27 year old denture repaired by having a tooth replaced (which they did for me). Before I left, I decided to order a new set.

I went in today to specifically get my root canal crown cemented back on after getting loose they ended up not doing it & the crown came out i ended up swallowing it the same day. The dentist easily lifted it up & did nothing about it & now I have to buy a new crown. & pray that I don’t get an infection before finding a new dentist. Do not go here they don’t know what they’re doing they did everything but what I came in for. I told them from the beginning what I needed done & they did nothing about my dental emergency! I am furious

I really love this dentist office! Ive always hated the dentist and basically avoided going. However, Dr.Graham and his staff are wonderful and made my dentist experience unlike any one Ive ever experienced! I would recommend this office to ANYONE!

I came in on an emergency from an Aspen Dental office closer to my home. The closer office could not take my insurance and they rushed to get me taken care of with the office on Dixie Hwy in Louisville. They were professional and managed to shoehorn me in at the last second which was great considering that I had two teeth that were abscess and needed removal. They made every effort to even try to get my meds covered by the VA, which is where I get my medical taken care of, but they could not.Even so, I am on the fast track to recovery from the procedure and I will be happy to go back for my dental needs, even though they are quite a distance from my house.

Always a great exp considering its a dental visit. Fast, courteous, and much better than a leading competitor I was seeing. Highly recommend.

As much as I love the staff at Aspen Dental locates off Dixie Hwy. And as much as I love how convenient it is for me with it being down the street. I honestly don’t know if I can keep being a patient at that location, or any Aspen office at all. And what is my reasoning?? Sagging... time and time again. I come into that office, and what is never fails to be there? An ass crack! Yes you heard me! Last time I was sitting in that dental chair I saw that young lady walking around with her pants down and I prayed to God above that she wasn’t working with me. And non the less..! I see her pull up her britches and start moving things around me. WITH NO GLOVES ON! I was so revolted! It took everything inside of me to not get up and walk out. Guarantee you won’t see me walking into those doors again. And forget about recommendations. If Aspen allows this kind of unsanitary behavior happen. No telling what else they let slide.

I have always had a great experience at Aspen. I have been going there for around 3 years and have had several major things done. They are very courteous and helpful in explaining procedures and alternatives.

It wouldve been a five due to the EXCELLENT customer service we received from EVERYONE but...the girl who greeted us was VERY NICE...but her refilling the copier paper exposed more of her backside than we wanted to see. You would think that they would have a dress code that prevents sagging so it doesnt offend the customers.

These are very professional and friendly people. I have always had somewhat bad experiences in the past with dentist/hygienist, but they make me feel secure.

I arrived early for my appointment and waited over an hour however they never got to me. It wasnt even busy they just kept skipping me, even after asking when I would be seen (30 minute mark) I was told they were preparing a room. After an hour I couldnt continue to wait. The other time I went they kept trying to sell me on an expensive gum cleaning procedure not covered by my insurance that other dentists have not recommended. I would not recommend Aspen Dental.

When i googled aspen dental i was looking to get dentures at a reasonable rate the ad said 199 when got there is was something else way over 199 i was not happy they less expensive denturesthat i told them i was interested in but when talked to the young man at the desk he said he knew nothing of it the assistant had already showed me the dentures

I went to Aspen as a new patient and did not have a good experience. After about 25 x-rays that took up the majority of the time, I was examined by the dental hygienist. I noticed there were no cleaning instruments on the tray, so I asked her if I would have my teeth cleaned. She said that at Aspen you dont have your teeth cleaned at your first appointment- weird, and a waste of my time. After being examined by both the hygienist and dentist, I was sent to talk to themanager and told I would need a special $500 cleaning on my teeth as well as needing a wisdom tooth extraction which was $1000. Ive never been told these things before by any other dentist.I left this place and 2 days later went to a non-corporate family dentist, had my teeth cleaned, and was told my teeth are perfectly healthy and that I dont need my wisdom teeth removed.Aspen tried to weasel money out of me for no reason. Avoid this place unless you want to burn a hole in your pocket.

Dr. Guthrie is very professional, kind and understanding. He performed some major surgery on me with skill and aplomb. I am very hard to please, but the results of his work are beyond my expectations.Tammy and Lindsay were very understanding as well. I am certainly not their easiest or most sympathetic case, yet I was treated like royalty.I will finish by saying that from what I observed, everyone gets treated as well as I was. What more do you need to know?
