The office did charge Tom Smith 50.00 for a missed appointment after 7 late cancellations or missed appointments. I dont think that was disloyal.

This place is by far the best dentist office I have ever went to!! I had a horrible experience with an oral surgeon and my sinus cavity. When I came to see Dr. Zanger I needed another tooth pulled and I was terrified! He was so gentle and amazing!! He even fixed the other surgeon’s mistake!! His dental assistant, Devin is by far one of the nicest people I have ever met and she makes me feel like I have known her for years!! Everyone I have met there at the office, including the other doctors, have been amazing, friendly, and very helpful. Thank You First Care Dental and the wonderful job you all do!!

Myself and my family have been going here for over 20 years... and I have a false front tooth. In other words, we have spent a lot of money at this dentistry for over 2 decades. I recently received a bill for $50 for a missed appointment. I stayed there because of loyalty... guess they don’t feel the same about their clients. Needless to say... I mailed them the $50 and found a new dental office.

Absolutely AMAZING!! I love the office. I see DR. Zanger. He is amazing, but heard nothing but positive things about the others. Karen and Devan are the BEST! They are so sweet and make you feel at ease. The girls at the desk are so friendly and helpful. Will always do what they can to get you in. You never have to wait long, even if they work you in. Just a very good professional office. Will be here for many many years.

Ive been going there for a long time. Surprised and very disappointed they didnt implement more COVID safety measures and training. The one room setup for everyone being worked on at the same time, with very little barrier in between patients, feels very unsafe.So, best to wait until after the pandemic, if at all. They were a good office but when I recently witnessed the front desk / cleaning employee fail to follow mask protocol, that was the biggest concern. She is very social but unfortunately is also very oblivious and bounces around getting into everyones face/business. No one corrected her or seemed to care. She even asked me to take off my face mask on the way out the door to take a picture stating that Dr. Wathen required it. With so many elderly patients in and out of the office, it feel irresponsible.

By far the BEST! dentist office I have been to. They listen, and actually care about helping you. They dont push sales on you and they actually care about saving your teeth. They also will work you. Also everyone that works there makes you feel welcomed. I love everyone there. They won a customer for life!

Love, love, love 1st Care Dental!! I have been a patient of Dr. Zanger for 15 years. The entire staff is very friendly and professional and make you feel like family. I cant ever remember waiting to be seen. Appointment times are just that....appointment times. I have never felt that unnecessary procedure have been offered or provided. Someone recommended 1st Care Dental to me and I am doing the same for you!! You will be very happy!

Ive gone here and seeing Dr. Waltham since I was very young. Im not a huge fan of going to the dentist, but these people know how to get it done and done well. They also always call me by my name when I come in for a cleaning, and seem genuinely interested in how Im doing, which I appreciate.Also, Ive gone through a lot of retainers in the last 10 years after having braces. I recently got one made by them, and it is the most comfortable retainer Ive ever had! So if you need a retainer made, ask them, you wont regret it!

Found my new dentist office. Great staff and excellent work!

Just experienced my first dental appointment here. No wait, appointment time was right on time. Staff was not only professional, but you can tell they enjoy what they do together. From Keisha and Audrey at the front desk, hygienists Niacole and Karen, and my dentist Scott Wathen. They took pics of my teeth, cleaned, and are checking with my insurance for needed future work. Made me want to come back weekly, instead of every 6 months.

Dr. Taylor and his team have been great. Very nice to have a dentist you can trust and feel comfortable with.
