I haven’t received my data yet but the customer service was pretty good and my questions were answered quickly. However, my initial $95 diagnosis fee was never applied to the final bill and that question was disregarded once they had my payment since my card was already in file. I still haven’t received my data before making this comment but I did see the list of files they were able to recover and I am happy with that. I wish they had options for amount of data you want because I mostly just wanted a single document from an 800GB recovery to which I still had to pay almost $2500. I understand the work that must be done to get them and am glad they were able to recover that single document but $2500 for a single document seems pretty excessive although it is my own fault for never backing it up elsewhere. A lot cheaper to buy a hard drive or two and backup your stuff.

Note about this place: I brought in a simple SataHD to see what they could do, and the quote was for $2000+. Also, they ship it out, so if you dont like the quote, be prepared to wait about a week to get the hardware returned to you.
