Will definitely be calling for all my computer related issues! As a stay at home mom with an almost 2 year old, I really appreciated the fact that he would drive out to me, and if need be, take the CPU back and for to his shop as needed. He was so understanding of the fact that I was stressed about having the issue resolved in time to start my next class term of online classes. All in all 10/10 100% would recommend!

My 10 year old desktop crashed and had more than a terabyte of data I didnt want to lose. The response was fantastic. They go the computer on Monday and determined it could not be fixed. They cloned my 2 terabyte drive and delivered a new computer to me in 2 days. I dont write reviews, but this service was extraordinary.

Seems like a nice guy, but a little scatter brained. It was nice that he looked at my computer on short notice, but when I told him the problem he didnt really seem to address it. He did other work to the computer like putting windows 10 on it and said that would fix the issue (it didnt). I didnt feel it was worth $125 to not have the problem fixed or really even addressed. When I called him the next day to say it still didnt work he offered me a quick solution (a part that I could have got at walmart for $5 and required no expert installation). So ultimately I paid him $125 for $5 worth of work. Probably wont go back.Update: Warren had replied and based on the reply Im not surprised. This was about a month or so ago. We had port issues that he didnt address with the computer. I even talked to him about losing my job because of covid. He has a large and nice home. Why would I make this up?Attached photos are the results of Warrens work. We had no issues with error screens popping up. This only started after Warren had repaired the computer. We since purchased a new computer because my wife working from home right now due to covid needs it.

I couldnt be happier. I originally called Shacklettes because they were the only one listed that was open at 6:50 a.m.! But I will call again if I need them no matter what time it is. He answered the phone on the first ring and I told him what the problem was. He tentatively diagnosed it over the phone and told me the expected charge. He arrived promptly based on his estimated time of arrival. Fixed the computer for less than quoted! His original diagnosis was correct but he was able to do a work-a-round after all. Would highly recommend. Love the door to door service. Yes, it was $105. But today is icy and 15 degrees and in my book that makes this a REAL bargain!
