This is the best cleaning company we have ever used in Louisville! They have excellent cleaners like Robin K, who did a tremendous job in our home. The company responds quickly, and very friendly, and helpful. Hire them! You won’t regret it.

We’ve been using MaidPro for a few months now to clean our bathrooms and our floors (who has time to deep clean their floors?! Not me, that’s for sure) and each Pro has done a great job. We’ve used MaidPro several times for “one-time” cleanings. Our recent MaidPro professional, Stuart, was outstanding. He was on time, did the work quickly, and left our house looking and smelling clean. We recommend MaidPro and Stuart for sure.

I am extremely disappointed. I never leave negative reviews, but the service I received was horrible. Everything was either half cleaned or completely ignored. If you enjoy a deep clean do not use Maidpro. I always use cleaning services when I move to alleviate stress and this only exacerbated it. Things were left filthy, but were checked off of their checklist stating that they had been cleaned. When I called to ask for someone to come finish the job that wasn’t completed I was essentially told that the maids were there for longer than they were supposed to and I should be thankful because I received two additional hours of service. Not that that matters, since the place was still filthy!Furthermore, if I wanted someone to come in to fix the sloppy job that was done I would need to pay for additional hours. This resulted in a stressful move into a dirty apartment where my 60 year old mother had to re-clean the whole place.

I waited until using the service a few times before leaving my review so that it may be comprehensive and accurate. Liz has come to our home 3 times now, and she is simply fantastic. She takes initiative and does more than expected every time. She encourages me to tell her if I need anything else done. She is efficient and friendly. What we really love about her is that she takes the time for the little details that arent necessary but extremely appreciated. Case in point: my son (who is very shy of Liz and hides from her and her loud vacuum every time ;)) was so excited to come out of hiding today and find his toys so lovingly arranged. Now if only I could get him to keep them this way...haha. A huge thank you to Liz as well as Amanda and Jessica for their friendly and efficient communication. I am not the easiest customer to please by any means, but I am very happy with this service and plan on using them for years to come.

We have a monthly service and they do a great job! Our most recent clean was July 27, and as usual, the technician did a great job! Additionally, Greg was very personable!

Let my first say that I have never left a negative review in my life. I paid 265 for a move-out clean; that’s 175 for a standard clean of a nearly 700sqft. one bdrm apartment, and 90 extra for a cabinet, refrigerator, and oven clean. As I am in the process of moving, I wasn’t able to get back to the apartment before the 24 hours in which you can ask for a re-clean, and what I came back to was NOT professional. I could’ve done it myself in an hour, yet I was charged for 4 hours of work between two people. When I came by to see how they were doing, they were outside by their cars talking. When I did get to the apartment, the freezer was untouched, the shelves were left out of the fridge and uncleaned, the ice tray and ice bucket were left out, the lower cabinets were untouched, the drip pans were untouched, the windows had streak marks, and all faucets and shower/ tub fixtures were left foggy/ barely wiped down. I was extremely disappointed. 265? Ridiculous.

We had tried a couple of other cleaning companies prior to MaidPro and were always very disappointed. This experience has been so different! From the beginning, Laura has been very easy to reach by phone, very kind and professional. Knssi and Jackie cleaned our home today and did a fantastic job. We have two small children, are always so busy, and honestly our house is always a mess- it was so wonderful to come home to such a clean, organized house today! Even my three year old was excited to see his toys so nicely arranged, saying “look! All the animals are so neatly!” :) the glass shower walls were sparkling, every pillow was fluffed, messy countertops were organized... too many nice details to mention here! They did a great job, we are excited to continue using MaidPro.

Two different Pros this time (Brita and Martha) who were far more thorough and really provided a quality cleaning, including great attention to detail. (The little decorative folds made to the ends of our toilet paper was a fun, unexpected little treat for the kids.) I really appreciated their service and hope to be able to use these pros in the future!

Weve been using MaidPro for about four month now. With three small children and both my husband and I working full time jobs, we had been struggling to keep the house clean. I searched for several weeks and did a lot of research before choosing MaidPro. Most of my interactions with management have been with Amanda and Jessica. Both of these ladies provide superb customer service. They are reachable both through phone and via email, which I really appreciate and they are both very responsive (usually respond in a few hours). Overall, the cleaning is great. I am home when the cleaner is present and they have all been very friendly and willing to listen to any special request I might have. Alyssa cleaned for us today and she was fabulous and did a really thorough job. I agree with a previous reviewer that the only downfall is that you dont get a consistent Pro each cleaning. Wish I could only take off a half star for that vs. a full one!

Martha and Jazmin just cleaned our house, and they were more thorough than I would ever have time to be. Each time MaidPro comes, my husband and I get home from work and marvel at all the things theyve done. Its made my life so much easier. Now I feel like I have time to do other things that Ive been meaning to get around to for ages.

They did a very poor job and had to have another cleaner come by to dust everything the first three missed. There’s still dirty spots on the floor, the back door is streaked and the top of the fridge was not touched.

Great clean. Amanda M. pays great attention to detail! We would love to have her back again. So many nice touches from straightening up in each room to even coordinating my son’s stuffed animals and books. She definitely went over and above!

We used maidpro last year. They wanted way over 450 $ for a deep clean of the whole house. We were very disappointed in their services. Not clean at all. First off, a cleaning service that you pay 60 $ / hour for should be a team of people that come and get it done quickly. They had one lady come and she hardly seemed to want to work. Can you believe it, she did not even use water but only sprayed our house with chemicals!!! We could not wait to move into our new house, so we ended up doing all cleaning ourselves after we moved in. I hardly ever write reviews, but I just have to warn people of this company. I would never (ever) use them again. I found that they were dishonest and are all about the marketing. Sad deal really. I see they have a lot of good reviews. That must be all friends and not real reviews, based on my experience with them.

I have been using MaidPro for the last two years (every other week) and it has been great. The Pros have been so competent with much attention to detail. I have lots of knickknacks and they have been very careful and thorough. Frankly they clean my house better than I ever did. They are friendly and at the same time very diligent. Martha was our last Pro and she did an absolutely fantastic job removing spots that i did not realize were possible to remove. The whole time she was here she was gracious and cheerful. Martha is a ray of sunshine and I want her to come again!

Amy is a true cleaning pro. With this first time service, she was quick to understand my expectations and I have found nothing to be disappointed about. I was present during her service and she did not hesitate to ask questions during her work. I felt that she cares about her results and her customer.

I was gifted a few months of this service after I had a baby and it is WONDERFUL! I have had a few different people come by and by far Kevin is my favorite! He is very personable and always leaves the house spotless and the cats happy with some extra love! Hes very considerate when vacuuming if the baby is asleep and is great conversation (which I appreciate since I dont get much adult interaction these days)!
