Kenneth and Sean M. Came and cleaned our 3 piece sectional. This couch has had 5 years with our 2 dogs and different sets of felines. Our 1 dog spent her last week on this couch and needless to say that left a mark. Kenneth and Sean were here from Stanley and its like I have a new couch! They were professional and social, they got the job done fast and gave us all the information on drying time. We even agreed the deodorizer was a great idea. I will definitely use this company again! My appointment time was between 8-12 for the cleaning of carpet in 2 bedrooms and 1 5X7 area rug. Dylan called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was there by 8am. By 9am he was finished. Everything was left clean. Dylan was very polite and considerate of my house and belongings. I will use Stanley Steemer again.

The guys where extremely punctual and helpful. They cleaned 3 rooms, hallway and stairs in under 30 minutes. The had pleasant attitudes and where kind. Everything was professionally done, the technicians were promptly there when they said they would & done in a timely manner. The items cleaned were left looking like brand new and no perfume or deodorant smells left behind, just a nice clean smell. The technicians were knowledgeable and responded to my concerns. They were very friendly and polite. The service was fast and done well. The only things Id say I didnt like were the fact that they do not vacuum before or after shampooing. I am now waiting for it to dry so I can vacuum. And I do not think they would have moved furniture at all had I not asked them to. Once I asked they were super nice and did it without hesitation though.Oh, and I didnt get a text or call saying they were coming. I was hoping to put my animals away when I got that call so it was a little chaotic when they just showed up unannounced.

I shared this a little to quickly. I got home and found they didnt clean the areas they were supposed to and also charged me $50 more than I was quoted. I called when I realized what had happened but was told they couldnt t do anything until the office opened in the morning. I hope they will make this right like I was told.

Blake came out and cleaned my carpet and it a wonder job it looks like brand new carpet!

We asked them to put the couch & love seat in the open dining room, they did not put the couch or loveseat or two end tables in the other room.They kept hitting the end tables, they must have been in their way. They hit the couch & loveseat. They repeatedly hit the wooden trim on the .They spend a WHOLE 11 MINUTES, in & out of the door.

Stanley Steamer did an amazing job. Brandon was the one that showed up to complete the services and he was great! He not only did an amazing job but was super friendly and super fast. He showed up in great time and was quick to help us with continuing services with Stanley Steamer. The cleaning was amazing and removed all stains from our carpet while also leaving an amazing fresh and clean smell. Brandon was great! and so was Stanley Steamer. I would highly recommend if you have a toddler that leaves many stains on carpet and spills all your coffee.

This was my first time using a carpet cleaning service. we paid about $150 for our living room, a small bedroom and a queen mattress. perhaps my expectations were too high, but i was expecting a deep, professional clean with noticeable results.the high traffic areas were our carpet is dirtiest and patted down are still very visible and there was even a bit of cat vomit on the edge of the carpet that is still there. an edging tool would be a really good investment, in my opinion, so that the edges of the rooms arent neglected. my mattress looks better but not by much. the hose he brought in left dirt and water on some of our hard surface floors, which is understandable but i do feel as if he could have been neater. the tech was nice but did seem like he was eager to go. the Stanley Steemer website says that they move your furniture and place it back on protective pads, but in my experience he did not. he scooted the couch around as he worked (never saw any of those furniture pads they mention on the website) and cleaned around our other smaller furniture. we spent 2 hours before the tech arrived moving items off of shelves and tables so they could be easily moved-- turned out to be effort and time wasted. i would recommend using the $ you were going to spend on carpet cleaning services on buying your own carpet cleaner and just doing it yourself. the results are not far off from how it looks when i just do it myself. we were hoping to get the carpet looking fresh for when we move out so we can avoid any problems with the landlord. i might go over the living room again with my personal carpet cleaner, to test the amount of dirt that was left behind. this review will be updated if/when i do that.

Wow! Service reps for Stanley Steemer came out for their scheduled appointment for air duct cleaning. Upon checking ducts in areas most used, they told us ducts were extremely clean and they didn’t want to perform a service which was not needed. When does this ever happen? Their honesty has won a future customer for other needs! Way to go, Stanley Steemer!

I have been using Stanley Steamer for a couple years now getting my carpets cleaned about every 6 months. When I just had them cleaned, I noticed the cleaning wasn’t even close to as thorough as usual, and there were many removable spots on my carpet that were still there when the gentleman left. So I called the company, and before I could hardly get a word in they insisted someone come back out to re-clean free of charge. The two guys that came out today to re-clean, Jerrial and Tyler, were so kind, funny, and thorough! When I was talking to them it felt like I was talking to friends. I’m super happy with the cleaning this time and will definitely be requesting these two to clean every time!

Corey was great! Very knowledgeable and polite. He worked all by himself and did a great job for us. Our dog had gotten sick, both ends, on my new expensive carpet. Corey got it cleaned up beautifully. Thanks. But, to Stanley Steemer corporate... I had to have $150 minimum for them to come out to my house. Now I am 15 miles from downtown Louisville and I can get anywhere in Louisville in 30 minutes. But, I had to have a $150 minimum for them to come to Memphis Indiana which, AGAIN, is 15 minutes from downtown Louisville. It takes you longer to go from Dixie highway to the east end then it does to get over the bridge to my house in Indians. I had to add $60 worth of services that I DID NOT NEED. You need to update your GPS and quit gouging people. Due to that, I will be finding a LOCAL business who won’t overcharge me for a few extra miles.

They were on time and they did the exterior just fine. Now Im going to check under the couches and behind them because after my customer experience with their phone line I dont trust them. Thankfully I took pictures of my floor and walls before using them. They cleaned my couches and for 230 dollars I wouldve expected that they would clean between the cushions. I was highly satisfied until I realized that they hadnt and thats why the cat pee smell was still in the living room. I wont be using them again because of this and its disappointing because I paid the extra 72 dollars to have the deodorizer and the smell is still there because they didnt clean between the cushions. And when I called to complain they pretended not to be there anymore. At 7 months pregnant I dont want to deal with them or the smell of cat pee. I didnt expect a perfect job. But I expected more effort than what I was given.

We just bought a new house and the previous owner had animals. We scheduled an appointment to have the carpets cleaned and deodorized. The techs, Andrew and Jarrett, were very helpful and explained the process and answered the questions I had very thoroughly.We havent noticed the dog smell since the carpet was cleaned.

SS was splendid. I had a cat pee problem in the apt I moved into; my landlord called SS and they came promptly, did a great job cleaning, and were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves when water dripped in the house and they were efficient and timely.

I had my carpet cleaned on November 2, 2020 and while the tech that came out was really nice, the carpet doesnt look like it was cleaned at all. Couldnt tell anything while it was wet but after it dried, it just isnt up to standard and for 3 rooms and stairs it took all of maybe 30-45 mins. Im giving 2 stars because the tech was at least professional.

The crew was very helpful and courteous. I had 2 rooms done the dining area and the front room. The back area looks and smells amazing, the front room not so much the heavier traffic area looks as though dirt came to the surface and dried. It looks and smells horrible.

We had them out to clean our basement carpet, they were on time and worked quick which I appreciate, but I was hoping for a deeper clean than we got or maybe my expectations of the process was higher than they should have been. We have nice, newer carpets but we have a pet stain (from someone elses dog) and after the cleaning it was still there, a bit lighter, but my dog can clearly smell it as he keeps going over to it and checking it out. I am afraid my dog is going to start marking over it if we dont keep him from the area. For the price I was hoping for a bit better, but it is what it is. Maybe I should have pretreated the area before they came out... Most likely we will have to replace the carpet, I will be going hardwood as carpet has too much upkeep, one accident and the room needs replacement. Take this review with a grain of salt, maybe my carpet was just ruined and no one could save it, we will never know.

Mr LA came and corrected what another tech did not do. He was kind, understanding and got the job done. He told me I had every right to be angry with the job the other young man did. If the job isnt performed correctly report it. They will come back and do it over. mr LA told me he looked at me and knew he had to put a smile back on my face. Ill never forget that. He totally changed my opinion of stanley steamer. If I use this company again I will definitely ask for LA and nobody else but him.

Two very nice young men, Andy & Jeremy, came to clean our carpets. They did a wonderful job. Very polite, respectful and neat. The only way you can tell they were here is clean carpets!
