Insurance called them in for mold clean up and dry out from a water leak. Trevor argued with me that there was not water nor mold inside my walls. As you can clearly see when the new company came in to fix there mess. They put 6,000 dollars worth of brand new flooring over top of molded floors . The mold was so bad it had formed its own colonies. The black is mold they cleaned off the floors. You have to watch them like a hawk and make sure that they do the job correctly. I was in a hotel when this was all going on. So I didn’t know they put the floors over molded ones until the new company started pulling them up . All the new floor was trashed . Waste of money and time I have now been out of my home for 65 days toFix there screw up .

My business has an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) with ServiceMaster Trifecta. They came in and did a 3D image of our entire office and documented everything we would need in the case of water, fire, or other significant damage or loss. The ERP is printed and digital, I can access it and update it if needed on their mobile app -- it is great! Love the peace of mind this gives me as a business owner to have a plan in place. The SM Trifecta team is professional and I trust them.

Sharon, their receptionist, goes above and beyond to help customers. I made a request of her, long story, and she was super helpful, saving me a ton of stress!! Cantt thank her enough. I wish all companies had such thoughtful, accommodating support staff.

The first crew they sent out was a couple young guys and one broke our bathroom cabinet somehow.. i talked to the site manager that was over our acct and she didnt ever get back to me about it and never apologized. We still havent heard back from her in regards to her employee breaking/pulling a cabinet down off the wall in our bathroom... The second crew they sent out to check everything out were very kind and courteous. They answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure i understood everything going on.Update: today we had an issue and the owner reached out to me directly and he took care of it same day and rectified the issue. Thank you all so much.

We had a water leak in the basement. Our homeowners insurance company arranged for service. Received a call from Sharon not long after hanging up from the insurance company and she arranged for service. She took the time to answer questions. The team arrived on time, were courteous, explained what needed to be done and went to work. They were efficient with a job well done. Lucky for us their work was covered by insurance but would definitely have them again if needed.

We had these folks take care of some laundry after a fire we suffered. They were amazing! Everything was cleaned up on time. Sharon was great to work with, explaining the process through out the project. Our items were delivered safely boxed and labled for easy unpacking. Hopefully Ill never have another fire, but if I do I know who Im calling!

We used service master for numerous fixes in our home after half of it was damaged due to a bad pipe leak. We needed drywall, ceiling, painting, floor install and trim work. The team members were super quick to dry up the water and really showed they cared throughout the entire process. Jake, with Service Master, took his time to make sure everything was meeting our expectations as well.After the job was completed and paid for, Jake called called back a few days later just to make sure we were happy with everything. We will most definitely call them anytime we need work done. We highly recommend Service Master!

I recently fell asleep with something on the stove. Luckily I had smoke detectors that woke me up in time to put it out with my fire extinguisher. But i was left with a melted microwave, black all over the walls and horrible spray from extinguisher. Thank goodness I remembered a neighbor who had used ServiceMaster. I called them and they responded so quickly. Their were patient and knowledgeable. They had me back in the kitchen in time for superbowl.
