The problem was major water damage to an apartment I own and rent out. I really thought it was beyond repair. They assured me it would be as good as new. Eric was the person I worked with and he took complete charge of everything. They were on time, good workers and there were days the guys were here until after dark. I noticed Eric was here until 10 one night. He kept me informed as to what was going on in the apartment. There was extra things I asked him to do beyond the contracted work. It was done without hesitation. The apartment looks awesome. Before and after pictures below. Kitchen had to be totally redone.

Servpro has been absolutely amazing, and I wish they did other home services so I could use them for everything. Everyone they employ has been right on time (or early), they get STRAIGHT to work, do great work, tidy up, and then leave without a fuss. Blake did an very detailed proposal with measurements for each room and what would be performed in each room.When the workers came to perform the cleaning they all were very hard workers and so friendly. Called Servpro to look at mold in a 1900s hold in the cellular. The technician stated no mold when both a structural engineer and home inspector stated there is mold. Not sure I trust a company that cannot recognize orange fuzz mold on a center block wall.

I had planned on doing the drying of our flooded house with fans myself. So glad I didnt. The Servepro guys were always there 10-15 minutes before out appointment (took 3 days for everything to completely dry) and were excellent at getting everything dry and removing the wet flooring. I have waited six months for this repair to be finished. It has not been completed. I have leaking from a chimeny that has not been fixed. Things here are not Like it never even happened. They have had blowers in my house for 3 weeks no response. I can not get anyone to call me. I just want this company to finish what they started. The blowers were picked up. So what is next. If this company had fixed what was needed to be fixed I would not be in this position.It has been a week nothing has been done. I called and asked for the owner of this company only to be able to talk to a manager.

Had servepro come in and clean a commercial kitchen for the opening of a new business. The team was excellent! They stayed busy and really stayed focused. They worked 2 straight days to get the job finished. They certainly went above and beyond!

Wow, I do not recommend ServePro at all. We had two small pools of blood. I described it to the person on the phone, she said it would be about $150. When the technician showed up, he said it would be about $250. When the claims person write it up the bill came to $350, which I paid.Now one week later the office manager is calling and saying the bill was $450. Stay away from ServePro. They are not honest.

I called with a water problem. My shower ceiling was totally wet from a leak in the pipes from above. Servpro responded quickly with an estimate and a team was out the next day to take care of the damage. The repair team was booked out far in advance but the water mitigation side of the business helped immediately. They checked the degree of moisture, took my ceiling and wall out and left a dehumidifier to dry everything out and checked on it each day until dry. I was very happy with the thoroughness and professionalism of their team.

Servpro came out quickly after we found a sewage leak in a crawlspace. They cleaned out what you couldn’t pay me to smell for more than five minutes in hours. Communicating with the company was easy, they kept me updated every step of the way and we’re very accommodating to our residents who lived above that crawlspace. I would absolutely recommend this company to any of my colleagues, friends and family.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Had them come out due to flooded basement. They told me numerous times they would take pics of anything that couldn’t be saved and would consult me if there was a question. I never received one pic or any list from them preventing me from recovering any costs from insurance. They also overloade my electrical system by plugging too many things into same circuit resulting in frying one of my outlets. If I was not here to smell something burning and caught this early my house could have burned. Their own person said that was their fault and took photo to show the office manager. They left standing water in storage tubs yet told me they went they all of them. I called the office repeatedly to address these items and was told they would call me back. They never called me back . Even had my insurance agent call them and still no result. I strongly recommend you avoid using this office.

The guys do a great job in disinfecting our plant every week for Covid-19. They take their time and make sure to clean the rooms right. They have the proper PPE for the job and had no problems with the PPE we require at our plant as well. I would recommend them for disinfecing your plant for Covid-19! You will notice the difference right away!

I’d give them -50 if I could. Check out Better Business Bureau in a few days if you want to make sure what happened to us doesn’t happen to you. Heed my warning and pick someone else or everything you own will be ruined.

BEWARE! They came out to dry up under the house after my waterheater went out. The crawlspace access is in my bathroom and the door is custom tiled to match the custom bathroom. They did not line the door up correctly so the stomped it and broke it all to pieces. They also tried to lift the top of the vanity, also custom built, and shattered my tile. They refused to fix it. They were even shown before and after photos by our insurance adjuster. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Very poor business ethics.

We had a kitchen fire at our property on a Wednesday early morning and the Fire Department left at 2PM after soaking the apartment down. I thought we wouldnt be able to get anyone here because of the late hour to stat the clean up. However, I have had a contact named Sam at ServPro who helped me out at my last apartment community and texted him immediately, praying until I saw the 3 dots (meaning he saw and was responding). Sam was able to get a crew out with in 1 1/2 hours to get the water all cleaned up for us and start the remediation process. This helped save the unit from the inevitable mold that would have started. I cant thank them enough for quick response and professionalism throughout this process. Sam...you deserve a raise!

Servpro was great when we had a major mess from an exploded fire extinguisher in our business. White powder everywhere with electronic equipment/server/etc. there was no way we thought they could get it all clean. Within 1 day you would not know anything happened. Very professional and thorough.

I hired ServPro of East Louisville for a self-pay job, no insurance involved. Be aware that if your self-pay job is not large enough ($$$), they will be unable to locate anyone to do your rebuild (I told them I would like to get this scheduled, with awareness that it would be 2 or 3 months out. I waited several weeks after the work was done, then gave up and paid the bill). I am left with a laundry room with no back wall, and two closets that still have doors and frames, but no walls. Also, several of my sons items that were in plain sight had mysteriously disappeared while I was at work, even though he was not home all month-- theyd had at least 8 different people in my home during the job. I wont get into the other problems I had. Some were solved, some were not. Theyre aware of my dissatisfaction, but the fact is that Im still missing walls and personal items that they must think were taken by gremlins.

Apparently there is no regulation of this industry so the fixes offered were all over the place. The only good thing I have to say about ServPro is that they were the only company who could come out the next day after my home flooded. However, since then it has been a nightmare dealing with them. My home flooded in February it is now June and I have yet to see an invoice or the area rugs they took for cleaning. Not to mention the team they sent out to clean up the flood damage were very unprofessional and treated my situation like a joke. Since they completed the work back in March I have called at least 8 different times and each time they promise to call or email me back concerning my invoice and NEVER do. Last time I spoke with someone they weren’t even sure if they had my rugs and had absolutely no clue about my invoice.
