Made a claim through home owners and they gave me three different companies to call to service the damages. THANK GOD I called Purofirst because they were ON IT! We had a slow leaking toilet for quite some time. We discovered the leak after visible damage on the lower floor. After the plumber verified, we called PuroFirst. Before they started doing any work, they covered all our property with plastic to protect it. They explained everything they were going to do. This included checking for any unseen water damage and the possibility of mold. They did exactly what they said. Removed a lot of sheet rock from the ceiling and replaced it. They matched the ceiling texture exactly, painted the entire ceiling, and cleaned up after themselves. Working with Art, Danny & his team - very polite and equally professional. This is the third time (Murphys Law) Ive used Purofirst. Although I hope its the last... If not, it will definitely be the fourth!

In April we experienced a fire in our garage. We were lucky the damage was contained to the garage but I was overwhelmed at the thought of clean up and restoration. Our insurance agent reached out to Shane from Purofirst the morning after the fire and he was there within a few hours. He immediately put me at ease, walking me through the steps towards restoration. Its been 5 weeks since our fire and the garage is completely restored. Shane has been so incredibly helpful and responsive throughout this process. I hope I never experience another fire (or water or mold issues) but if I do I will always reach out to Purofirst. We had a water loss in our kitchen from the upstairs toilet overflowing. Art responded to our call almost immediately and was out at the house the next day. Our water heater went out and flooded the basement. Geddy & Cole arrived quickly, found every spot where water pooled, and began the process of restoring our basement back to normal. It was a huge relief to have them take care of our home with the same care that they likely take in their own homes. They made a very stressful situation a little bit better.

We had a pipe bust in the wall behind our kitchen that leaked into the crawl space and caused some major damage and mold throughout that corner of the house. Geddy was great. Good service and communication. They were also very tolerant of our two dogs and one-year old running around them. Highly recommend!

Damage to both the kitchen floor/walls and to the ceiling, walls, floor and furniture in my basement. This is my second experience with Purofirst and just like my first time, they are prompt, professional and extremely easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend this company!After my hot water heater rusted out in my finished basement, Purofirst responded quickly. I talked to them in the morning and they started work that afternoon. Within 1 week they had dried the carpet/floors, replaced the padding, re-affixed the carpet, painted the walls, replaced the baseboards and cleaned and treated the entire basement carpet. Rich and his team are consummate professionals, who greatly assisted my family during a very scary mold discovery in our new home. The mold was toxic to one of our children, and from the beginning they aggressively helped us keep our family safe. They helped in communicating things to our insurance agent and were patient with us when we were emotionally overwhelmed.

Had water damage and insurance contracted a company to do the water/mold removal, but they wouldnt be able to start until the next day. Purofirst was going to be the repair company, after the water/mold company had finished and when I asked if they were able to come out that night and do both the water/mold removal and then the repairs, they told me they would be at my house in 2-3 hrs to start the process. I called the insurance company and had the claim switched so Purofirst could do it all. They helped on another water damage issue and the professionalism, responsive time and assistance was outstanding. Very helpful and always there when I need them.

Shane and Purofirst were awesome to work with. I was dealing with a first time homeowners claim on an AC and thousands worth of damage. I called Shane Monday morning and he had his guys out by Monday afternoon drying out the house. The guys were there for hours in 95+ degree heat and never once complained. I was visibly a little shaken by the whole scenario and the guys were so understanding and walked me through the process (a few times). Once I got the AC fixed the painters came back to fix the house and went above and beyond what they needed to do to get me up and running and looking awesome. I had multiple conversations with them about what might look best and they were great to talk through it with. And their work looks awesome. Everyone had my garage code and were constantly in and out with no problems. They were also sweet to my dog which was a huge plus. I hope I never have to call them again, but if I have any issues, I’ll definitely be calling Shane!

I noticed my basement was flooded on a Monday at 12:30 pm in the afternoon. By 2:30 Jordan and Dan arrived and did fantastic work. They got the water removed, located the pipe leak, removed the dry wall and any other needed material, sprayed the area and got the fans going. They cleaned everything up and were done by 6:30. I couldnt have asked for better service, quality, or professionalism. A big thank you to Jordan and Dan for all they did and will continue to do to complete this project.

I really enjoyed their service, they were quick and accurate and they did their job very properly and fast and got the job done pretty quick and it was also pleasant Workers who were respectful and quick putting the house back together. PuroFirst did an excellent job restoring our home after we incurred water damage. Several of the employees spent many days in our home so I felt as though I was very familiar with them. Sam, Krystian, Dan and Carson were all extremely professional and friendly. They were thorough and detailed with their work. Art and Sam provided detailed explanations of everything that was being done and kept me updated on their progress. I truly appreciated the team that was sent to take care of our home. They seemed to enjoy their jobs and dedicated to their work. When they were finished everything looked new!

I had a water leak that damaged about 6’ of ceiling and got the floors all wet. They did a good job of getting everything dry but the repairs of the ceiling and walls was terrible. It took 2 weeks to get done. We had a different person everyday coming to work on it. They didn’t show up on days they said they would be there. They said they finished and the work was awful. Finally they had to hire a subcontractor to come and finish the work. I won’t use them again for any repair work.

Not more than 24 hrs had passed when they arrived, assessment of damage and to work right away is how I experienced the progress and professionalism of this team. The can do attitude that Samantha and Christian displayed made me feel like I could trust in their service. As a matter of fact, when she asked would I like to check their work, I said no. Not only did they did a fantastic job on the bedroom, they also corrected a couple of unfinished business from previous incident from 2018 due to someone elses incompetence. You didnt go wrong when you hired those two, believe me! Kudos to that team. You All are lucky to have such blessings. Again thank you Sam and Christian. Keep up the great work 👍

Had a Leak a while back and the team came out quickly and my issue was dry ASAP, water crept into the garage, and everything was like new within a week or 2. They guided me through all the insurance details and even met with the adjuster on site to help with my claim. Thank you for helping me!

David Jones & his team out of Louisville did a spectacular job after a pipe froze in the attic of our home and sprayed nearly 30,000 gallons of water in the house over a 3-4 day period the weekend before Christmas. They were extremely professional and timely, keeping us up to date on the status of the project the entire time.

They used sub-contractors on my job and they did poor work; did not complete and had to be called back; never cleaned up daily. Finally, contractor stapled down a subfloor with no glue. All the staples came up through the tile flooring and I had to tear it all out and do it again.

There was a terrible tragedy at my aunts apartment building. And we had Purofirst come in to clean up the bio hazard. The painting was substandard. (they painted over the outlets and switches) and the paint itself looked like primer. A comment two other painters mentioned when I got estimates to fix Purofirsts work. But the worst was when they cut a large section out of the wood floor without speaking to me before hand and then left! For two weeks I assumed they would come back and finish. But I was wrong, they sent a bill to my aunts insurance and said they were done. I called Purofirst about the floor and was told that to replace the wood would be extra. Their price was the highest of three bids. I finally got my aunts insurance to cover the cost of replacing the section of floor Purofirst cut out, but obviously went with another company to finish the floor. No, I would not recommend this company to anyone!
