I got the 12$ under car wash. After inspecting my car afterwards, it did a very poor job. Lots of dirty spots, ice still around my 4 tire areas. Would not recommend.

They need to update their website with correct hours.

This is the first time using this carwash. I am a viditor to the area and had a car that needed cleaning after I had just acquired it. The car I was getting washed had been sitting for a month or so under a tree that had dropped sap all over it. The guys that do the prewash worked very hard to get as much off as possible. They did a great job. I was surprised at how we the car looked after. They put in the extra effort and I really appreciated it.Great work. I highly recommend this business

It was closed because they had reduced hours due to COVID-19. They need to update their website to reflect the different hours.

This place does a wonderful job! Of course the exterior clean is easy, but they do a great job with the interior esp for their price! They guys are nice and polite too. Even after they moved further from my home, I will make it a point to drive further just to go to this place.

This is the best car wash in Middletown. The employees are always polite and helpful and it gets your car very clean. There are also great spaces for vacuuming and drying.

Amazing job on my car detail. Always used for a quick wash and never considered them for a detail. After the job they did on my car, I wont be taking it anywhere else. I spent twice the amount on my other car and it wasnt even close to the job they did!

Did a wonderful job!! I have two dogs that ride with me in the car and after it was detailed you couldn’t tell at all. Very friendly workers as well!

Toyota Tundra pickup truck....pretty easy. Half the passenger side of the vehicle and the rear of the vehicle had to be washed again when I arrived home. Didnt appear that the guy on that side of the vehicle was awake or just didnt try to pre-wash it. Pretty unimpressive that the equipment inside didnt clean it either. For the most part, it would appear their equipment is adjusted correctly or they are just spraying detergent on the vehicle to make it look like its being cleaned. $12 dollars....wow, I got took.

No posted instructions. Guy who met me at wash was rude, didnt give me any instructions, asked for the $15 top shelf wash and he charged me $17 after he took my card out of my hand and walked inside. He came back out didnt say anything. Waited until I rolled my window up to start yelling at me. I rolled my window down for him to finally tell me to let off my brake and put it in neutral. Then I did and I heard him curse at me, he didnt see that my window was still cracked. Once wash was over there was soap all over my car still. Probably wouldnt have wasted the time with this review if it werent for how rude the guy working there was to me. I had my daughter in the car and he dropped the F bomb.

All I wanted to do was vacuum my van. The first vacuum I pulled into was broken. The second was missing a hose. The third had a hose with a giant hole in it. The fourth was broken. This place sucks. Dont waste your time.

Best carwash Ive been to on the Eastend and best value. Staff is very friendly and eager to please. I will be back! Wash was fast and car prepped well prior to entering. Five Stars!!!

They should have a 3.00 Quick Rinse option and free Vacuum like others...

Every time I call to get a appointment they can’t grt me in for a week or more. The manager L.A saids someone called in or only 2 people working. He always has many reasons why he can’t do my suv never any reasons on why I should get my vehicle done here. I have pulled up a couple times and got my suv cleaned out and always done a good job. It’s just if I call they never can get to me for this or that. I wonder how the owner would feel knowing they are constantly missing out on loyal business.

Took my car in for the $39 wash. They broke the cup holder which cost $139 to replace. They refused to take responsibility for the damage so if you have them clean your car, go over everything with them before they start. Take pictures, even. Better yet, go someplace else.

Great attention of service from the gentlemen ...they even give you a wipe cloth to clean your dashboard.

This place has great prices on wash’s and details can’t find a place as reasonable as this!

DO NOT go here for the cheap detail service. It was terrible, I think they did nothing except run the car through the wash and vacuum the inside. They did not even vacuum under the seats. NO detail was given to anything. I could have done a better job with a rag at home.

They pre-wash your vehicle. I dont own a new vehicle, so I dont keep up with little scratches or dings. But they do a good pre-wash. That makes a difference.

Have yet to use the car wash portion of this place, but Ive been 5 different times to only vacuum out my car, and 4 out of the 5 times Ive come to use the vacuum, the change machine will not take any 1 dollar bills, or 5 dollar bills. Pretty annoyed.

First time there, convenient and quick and the wash cleaned the salt off the first time!

Paid $17 plus $3 tip, my vehicle did not look much better than before. Spots on sides of Auto and tires were not shiny.

Quick service and they do a great job. This place does not have free vacuums.

We use the drive through car wash and find it does a decent job.

Water Lines froze up overnight but they were nice enough to give me 2 free wash coupons

I drove all the way out there to have my car cleaned and they were closed. Their web page says they are open until 8 and it was before 7 when I got there.

They scrub your vehicle before you enter the car wash. A little pre-sale scrub and it sure does help..

I have been coming since they opened several years ago. Fellows are friendly and many have been there awhile. Conscience. They prewash your vehicle which helps get all the hard to reach spots.

They dont do interiors @ the Shelbyville rd. Site only the one on Hurstbourne.
