I just left the car wash today. I purchased the Ultimate #4. The inside of my car still needed to be wiped down after I left. The young lady who was in my front seat cleaning was playing with a coworker. My car was not bad, I just needed things to be wiped down. The lady in the office has selective customer service. She asked me if I wanted an air freshener and I asked her was it included and she said yeah. A few minutes later she asked a gentleman if he wanted the free air freshener thats included With his package. For $26.99, I can get my car washed twice and do the manual cleaning myself

I work at HYUNDAI GENESIS OF LOUISVILLE my GM had me take 3 vehicles to get cleaned, I was greeted and thanked for returning each time they were Awesome.

This place is always worth the money. Last time I was there instead of a tip I bought 10 pizzas for the entire crew. I hope they enjoyed it.

I spent over an hour there. Around 40 dollars and the pictures speak for themselves. When I talked to Dennis (the owner) he said bring it back and they would fix it but his attitude made my mind up. I will never go back to Timmys.

Have been getting our cars washed here weekly for many MANY years!! They used to do a fantastic job EVERY TIME, now just like everything else, you dont get what you pay for :( they have to be asked to clean the back window every time and they just dont do a good job anymore. Dissatisfied everytime, I wish there was some competition on Dixie hwy but there isnt.

Two stars. I got no help with my walker loading my ashtray was hidden under a bag on my passengers seat i had to turn around and go back to find out where it was located your help is really starting tto go down hill and i had for several minutes for the cashier no sigh of life get it together

Ive been to this car wash a number of times in always had a great experience in a feel like its a place where you were just treated like a human and not based upon your color.

To me the best car wash in the city. Only place I can go and get the outside only wash and tire dressing for only 10 to 12 bucks. Everybody else wants 20+

I like it that he has a lot of young people outside work and and I love to see the smiles on their faces and their excellent attitude and what appears to be the beginning of a very good work ethic. On appreciate going there because I feel like all lives matter.

Vacuum inside of my F150 was terrible. Outside driverside looked good. Passenger side not very good. AND I paid $26 and tipped $5 extra because in the past Timmys has been excellent. No more $$ from me. And they werent busy when I arrived

Received a fair and professional quote for our extremely dirty vehicle. Appointment was about 2 weeks away and received a call the day prior as a reminder. Dropped off the vehicle the day before and after about 7 hours of work the car came our like new. The inside was free of all dog hair and slobber stains, and the outside was clean and shiny. All for what I consider an extremely reasonable price. The owner walked us through the finished product and was cashed out with a smile. It was truly a great experience by a professional business that is in the business of earning their customers. We’ll be back!

Got the 26.99 wash that was the best valve and was not worth it at all. Spot and marks all over the windows and the truck, dust and all over the dash even know they was cleaning it too, the only part that look ok was the tires shine. For the time and money I wasted, I shouldve wash it myself, wouldve turn out better. That was my 1st and last time going there.

Joey in the detail garage is very attentive to detail. I only take my vehicle there because of his precision.

I had my car detailed here. They did a great job. I work at a cement plant, so my car gets really dirty. They took great care of it for me.

Took my 19 Honda CR-V and my 20 Camaro to them an they do a wonderful job each time. Very friendly . No long waits or line cuts because someone else got a more expensive wash. Will return !

Always a great experience at Timmys. Brianna is so nice and friendly and always says hello! A young gentleman found $20 under my seat that I had no idea about, and returned it to me. The employees here are full of integrity. They all work so hard, and you never see any of them slacking. Ill always make the drive out to Timmys!

Always get cars washed there. But dont like that they quit applying Armour All by hand on tires. Some of us cant bend over to do it.

Today I came in at 8:15 am, I got the 16.99 and 0paid an extra 4 dollars for the doors. Well first they only have one line and it was to Dixie highway. Second they did a very poor job this time, I had no shine on tires, and the doorway was not cleaned properly and I paid extra to have it done. This is the first time I had to complain, but when I feel like I need to go home and go back over the work that was done, then something is wrong. I even began to put armor all on my tires.

I had a minor dink in the hood of my car. Took it to a Geico approved repair center here in Indiana. They repaired the hood, did a good job but upon blending the paint left horrible swirls marks all over.it!!Took it to Timmys, my car looked better than brand new!!! Will definitely use them again!!

Worse $26.99 car wash I’ve ever had. Dash still had stuff all over it. Windows were streaky. Swirl streaks all over the truck still after they dried it off with the towels. Only thing that turned out good was the armor all on the tires. I won’t be going back. Could of bought all the stuff and done it myself for that

You get your moneys worth, but you got to understand its assembly style, getm in getm out, would go back if I didnt have 2 hrs of spare time to do it myself, know what I mean...!

Acceptable car washing EXCEPT for windows. I watch and they use wet dirty rags that they dry the car off with then use same rags on the windows. Why should in pay 20+ dollars for a wash then have to go do them myself? Seems like an easy fix to me for a business. Its not a 3.00 wash.

Paid for the 26.00 package for my explorer got home looked in the back seat and the dirt I thought they would wipe off was still on the seat so I started looking around the outside of the car my grandsons chocolate hand print was still on the door. I think they owe me 26.00 plus gas for driving an hour there because they used to do a great job on my other car. Plus the money for me having to rewash my car. They just lost my families business thats 6 cars all together.

With prices ranging from $7 to $15, this is a MUCH quicker method to get your car clean. I always go for the $15 wash and it is worth it each and every time.

Timmys always does a great 2!

They do good job on interior except for windows. Always have to go home and redo. They use dirty wet towels that dont do the job. Exterior is pretty good. If you go during busy time your wait can be an hour plus which is unacceptable. Try going when only a few cars in line.
