I scheduled an interior detail and the person that was supposed to come do it never showed up, and I never received a call or anything telling me so. I had to call them and ask what happened - come to find out he had a family emergency pop up and was not going to work for an indefinite amount of time. On top of that, I requested a refund and was told I would have the refund in 7-10 business days, I am writing this on the 11th business day and have still not gotten a refund. Long wait times on the phone with customer service as well. I would not recommend using this place.

Scott does a great job! Ive taken my car there few times for spot polish/detailing and he has done a great job every time.

Scott did an amazing job removing over spray contamination from our vehicle. The price was reasonable (I had other estimates). The best part was the convenience of the location for us! The communication was great - frequent updates about the job and time required. I hope to take my car back under better circumstances for a great detail job.

How anyone who actually did business here could give less than 5 stars is a real puzzler. Scott and his crew are skilled, detail oriented, courteous, and professional. I took my Holden Commodore SS to AA and not only was the car PERFECT the crew had buffed out some paint scuffing from an accident.I saw negative reviews for AAD on here and I assume they are outright lies or false claims by SCAMMERS who tried to extort free services. I mean come on people read the NAMES on these reviews! Yorba? Tigianash? These are fake people!

All American Detail was recommended to me by a friend. They did an EXCELLENT job. Scott was kind, courteous and flexible with my schedule. The price was more than reasonable. I have already recommended to all of my friends and I will definitely be a returning customer. If I could add extra stars to the rating, I would.

Were there a couple missed spots in my interior? Sure. Was it nearly impossible to contact this place by phone? Definitely. Still getting four stars. Why? Because for only 100 dollars, my UNBELIEVABLY messy car looks almost brand new. This is the only place that charges a flat rate for interior detailing, and I know that with the state my car was in, another place would have charged me 200, easy. They even got out a big stain that I was convinced would be there forever. So yeah, could definitely improve on reachability and professionalism, but hey it’s a 100 dollar detail and it’s supporting local businesses. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

All American Detail the inside and outside of my Honda CRV last week. They did a great job for a very reasonable price.I regularly take long runs through Cherokee with my two German Shepherds. As a result, my CRV was pretty nasty--full of dog hair and sweat. Despite that fact, they still got it looking and smelling like new.

Awful job by the employees of all american detail llc, oh gosh i left my car for detailing in and out but not only they didt do their duety, they drove my car for 38 miles, this is bad how could you ever trust them?

They dont do good job, after they clean ur car, you wiill see the car needs detailing again. Its bad.

These people are I gave to wash and when I called them if they done they told me it’s not ready. In the second day when I go there to take my car I find out they been driving my about 50 miles
