Honestly I didnt like it for one thing the bays are real narrow and theres not a near enough water pressure

I am sorry that I must change my 5 stars to 0 stars. My reason been that I lost 10.00 for a car wash. This happen on April 21, mail box is full no call back, no answer to my text.

Love going here for a carwash unless I do it myself. Usually no line, price is reasonable & you have a choice of non-touchable or the one with the strips that scrub. I have used both. Its a good deal!

I paid to have my car washed through automatic car wash and I drove forward waited backed up went forward but nothing happened. It didnt even try to start. I called the number on the building that probably goes to a a phone that no longer exist. Voicemail is full and texting is pointless. I want my money back and if the person that runs this place needs to step down and let someone that knows how to work a telephone and actually come to work everyday you have my number on your text message Mr I dont care. Let me work I like making money and not taking advantage of people.

I paid 10 dollars for the almost everything and I barely saw any soap. Whole wash was really quick.

I went through the automatic carwash and my truck was still filthy after it was done with spots the wash never touched. when I got out to inspect it I found scratches and nicks out of my paint job with some of them down to metal. it also seemed like no soap was used just pressured water and the scrubbers.

All vac and soap machines were vandalized or broken. The one that supposedly worked the shampoo part didnt work. Wasted money.

Need new soap brushes, some dont put out soap like they should

Good H2O pressure. The brushes could be updated with longer/fuller bristles. Also it would be nice if the wash bays could be sprayed clean between washes or extra time could be given to patrons to self clean the bay floor of mud and dirt. At least half of my visits involved myself of spraying clean the floor of the wash bay before and during my wash.Nobody wants to spend 10 bucks to drive thru mud on our way out to then throw it up in our wheel well or side of our clean vehicles. Its not always like that but when it is its frustrating. I have even left and gone on up the road when dirty.

A nice car wash. Theyve got automatic or manual washes. I prefer the manual for the ability to wash specific areas and save my antenna! Theyre better than the automatic since they dont hurt your clear coat as well, helping your paint and therefore your car last longer.The other good thing about this place is that theyre open 24/7 and have vacuums! So you can clean your car anytime you want, inside and out.

I paid for a $12 car wash but when I entered I got literally no wash. Called the number and got no answer. I’d just like a refund on the $12 I spent for nothing.

I paid and went into the automatic car wash($12.00) and it was not working correctly. It didnt wash my car and told me to keep moving through. I called Billy to rectify the situation, there was no answer and the v/m is full. DONT use this place if youre expecting to wash your car and/or deal with a reputable company! You have been warned.

Horrible. I paid $12 on Oct. 20 for the touchless wash. Everything was fine until the system sprayed soap on my car and then stopped working. After several minutes, the arms finally moved out of the way for me to leave but my car still had soap on it. I had to race home and spray off the soap with water. I emailed the owner/helpline over a month ago and they never replied. Do not go here.Update: the owner replied to my review on Google but never followed up with me after I called and sent an email. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. Waste of time and MONEY.

This place is awesome and even though it’s self service and you don’t always run into the attendant when you’re there, I have to say they offer great customer service. The attendant I met there last tiMe I used the car wash was so friendly and helpful.

The only reason I usually come to this car wash is because its one of a handful that has dryer guns in the self serve bays, and because it accepts quarters, bills and cards in each individual bay. But on the flip side, I find that it is usually pretty dirty inside the bays with dirt, mud, rocks, etc. Not only that but the hoses are filthy most of the time, meaning that when they brush against your vehicle, it gets dirt and whatever else all over the vehicle youre trying to wash! Very frustrating. Lastly, there is sometimes are really nasty smell when the water is used, like that sulfur, rotten eggs smell. Needless to say, I come here in a pinch, or when I either dont have time or dont have my shammy to dry myself, and if Im in that area. It wouldnt be a bad idea to employ someone to come and rinse out the bays really good, and take a good extension brush with soap and scrub the walls a couple times a week at least. It would do the place wonders.

My car is sparkling like diamonds after running it through the car wash today. Water Works does a great job for an automatic car wash. Bertha (my name for my car) looks fantastic, particularly since the snow and rain weve had. Would recommend them for a quick car wash

Im happy I only wasted 2 dollars on what is the worst vacuum Ive ever used. As soon as it kicked on I knew it wasnt going to literally suck, I tried it, its the the worst! Dont waste your time or money, it didnt even get the loose dirt. A one star waste of time. Wont be back!

Place is awful, and ive spent alot of money here in the past. firs bay coins stuck, second bay the sprayer nozzle leaked and sprayed all over my nice clothes and new shoes. Then go to the automatic touch free wash. Insert card says error, put card in again and it says wait with an 8 min count down then error again. If Im charged for this Im going to be very very unhappy. Attempted to call the number listed and it said mailbox is full. Edit: they sent me a couple wash codes for the washes I was charged for.

The car wash stated “5:30” so I timed it. Ripped me off for 2 mins of washing, besides the .50 I wasted on a machine before I realized it was taking my money and not registering.I’m a professional driver and wash my car EVERY DAY.I will drive the extra mile out of the way to avoid being stolen from again.

Visited WaterWorks car wash in Jeffersontown KY on Stony Brook Drive. Deposited $6 for a simple was and got absolutely nothing--No water--nothing. I can find no corporate office to write and certainly no local emailm to contact. Phone number worthless. I will never patronize this car wash again. Product at this Water works has steadily declined and now I get nothing for my money! I could have given it ZERO stars as a rating.

There is a lot of space and several different bays to wash your vehicle. And I feel like its private where you can take your time and not feel pressured.

Vacuum is HORRIBLE! Absolutely no suction whatsoever. Never coming back!

I usually go there at night to cut out the crowd, could use lil more lighting, always quiet, good to wash car of course and just a good safe area.

Always get good car washes here using second highest level of wash. A lot of time given on vacuums for just a few bucks.

I drive to jtown from Audubon park to use this car wash. They stay on top of cleaning it, vacuums n garbage are emptied often, equipment is usually maintained.

Sprayed soap, never rinsed, couldnt get home fast enough to rinse off, messed up the paint finish.

Dryers leave your car fairly wet and the automatic wash bays have equipment that regularly break down during a wash cycle, have clogged nozzles and empty soap dispensers.
