4/5 could be a 5 but long wait sometimes and some workers clean car better than others. For the most part my car comes out very clean and smells good but some ppl skip on the details compared to other workers

This has got to be the BEST. EVER! Our car was beyond filthy. The inside. Even to the point of a bit of smelly dirty. They ran the vacuum extremely thorough. The point is, it looks like a brand new. Everything shines. And the bonus, all the people are nice and cheerful. Even on a horribly hot humid day. Hard workers!

Best car wash in town! Even getting 2 Earley Bird early, u still have a long wait. But the superb finished job they do be worth the wait.

They do an ok for a rush job, car was still dirty, had to re clean it myself. I noticed that the guy In front of me was re cleaning his himself too.

Took my wifes suv in to be cleaned. A blind person could of cleaned it better. Alot of the workers apparently where either on a drug or working for their next fix. Very fidgety. Made sure my change was in the car before i left. Next time ill hire stevie wonder, he will do a better job.

When I say early Bird got my car together inside and outside it was worth the wait

Does not dry your vehicle off anymore will not be back.

My car was CLEAN...a bit pricy $31 but well worth it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. i went up there today and they tore my bumper off, causing a HUGE crack. the owner would not take responsibility only thing he said was that the pumper was already handing off so when it went though the wash it caught WHICH WASNT TRUE. the bumper was replaced prior to purchasing the car. claimed to have a video of it but would not show me. when i came home I did a walk around & noticed that both my mirrors are scratched and tore up. i take three cars to Thomas car wash every other weeks and have NEVER had any problem. today we decided to take to early bird because its right around the corner. I told the owner that he should make it right & he claimed it wasnt his fault ! also when I was going through the wash a worker was yelling HOLD THE LINE or LET GO OF THE LINE & Nobody did or nobody heard him. so when my car came out the wash the owner proceeded to talk the the lady like SCUM OF THE EARTH. yelling & cussing At her.he didnt refund my money & he had the lady cleaning my car so nervous she spilled soda all over it.

I really wanted to give this place five stars, but it takes an incredibly long time to get your car done. If you have about 45 minutes to spare, I highly recommend. They do a great job!

Ive been going to this car wash close to 20 years .The service is consistently terrible now .Im very disappointed in the machines that wash, as well as the junkies that dry, and apply the tire shine ect...Early Bird Cars deserves 0 stars.Needs Management ASAP !!!!

I have been coming here for over 40 years and there is never ever ever been a day that I did not get top notch service and treated like royalty! I dont come as often as I like because I live 50 miles away but when Im in the neighborhood its always the right time for a car wash.

Good car wash, they do a job at a cheaper price, very satisfied and thats where I keep going, they dont use the same towel on the inside windows that they use on the outside of the vehicle like most of the other car washes.

A little disappointed my windows werent fully clean. Other than that I got there early before the crowd lined up!

They take good care of your car! Even if they miss something, they will be glad to get it right. Always go for the special.

They do a Great Job, you have to get there early though. If you are new to coming here you dont know who the new hires are so make sure they dry the inside of your Car/SUV trunk hatch and the top of your Car/SUV, etc.

I have been there n the past and they didnt do a gd job at all so I stopped going I wanted to try them again and they was great could of done better on the Windows but Im looking over that because they did a greeaatt job

Horrible!!! The rude, inconsiderate people that work there forgot to take my antenna off the truck- so it BROKE off and SCRATCHED a BRAND NEW truck. They couldnt find the antenna for 20 minutes, and then sent us to get a quote on a new paint job for the fender and the replacement antenna. We did, the owner refused to come out of office- said he couldnt be disturbed but sent his incompetent manager to relay the message that we will have to take him to SMALL CLAIMS court. They never once apologized ;offered any competency or had any humility about the entire situation. The staff was cussing and making crude comments in front of children. I will NEVER be back and if you care about your car at all neither will you. Go to MR Gs and do it your self, cheaper and safer.
