Horrible. Car got scratched in several places. Tried to contact them multiple times but never heard back. Read about other people having similar trouble. Poorly maintained facility, poorly managed business. Do not use this car was under any circumstances.

I have been ripped off twice by this terrible carwash owner. The machine takes my money and the door doesn’t open. The answering service says they will call you back and they don’t. i am going to track down the owner one way or another. The equipment is in disrepair and the follow up is terrible.

Decent price and gets your vehicle fairly spot free.

I really love this place for the location. They are never too busy so the lines arent long.

The car wash is messed up and it has been getting worse. When you drive thru the water is trickling, no pressure, didnt get it clean. Not worth your money. Go somewhere else.

Not impressed. System was real slow, but not sure if it is typically slower moving or if its just that outdated. To be honest the entire bay needs a good cleaning including the equipment. For $12, I could have gotten a decent cleaning and a vacuum. Next time.....

The experience was down right terrifying. The little machine that sprays.. yeah well it comes right at you with a jolt, and it keeps getting closer and closer. I told my friend to start backing up because I thought this janky old thing was going to not stop! That was fun, so it inducex anxiety. If you look around inside, the place is covered in mold.... the car was cleaner but there were dry spots on it. This place is honestly just ghetto. We got the 12 dollar option the super clean one or whatever... I highly doubt there is a difference. Between the 9 and 12 dollar wash. Might go back and video tape both experiences to see if there is a difference. This place sucks.

Went to this car wash two days ago, one bay was already blocked off with cones. Went in the other bay, and no soap came out at all, it just sprayed water on my car. I called to let them know and request a refund, they took my information and no one ever called me back like they promised. Don’t waste your money.

I was hesitant to try this place after reading reviews. But in a hurry, I tried it. Both sides were running smoothly. My car was rinsed, soaped, rinsed, dried. Pretty sure the machine bumped my car a couple times though. Aside from actually feeling the bumps, I had a nice long smudge down the side of my car when finished. Pretty sure it will rub off, but I wont chance it again.

Dont waste your money. Machine shut off halfway through the wash cycle leaving my car covered in dirty soap suds. Had to drive to another car wash to take care of it. Their public phone number is to a fax machine. Seems obvious this owner doesnt really care.

Just paid $12 for flashing lights. Wash never started. One of the bays was closed off. Should have taken that as a sign. Unfortunately, this isnt the first time this has happened. The last time it stopped halfway through the wash without rinsing the soap off. They stated they would send me a couple wash coins as a refund but never received them. After another failed attempt this place will no longer be stealing my money.

Very dirty and super outdated

Was fine until recently. Vacuum had coins stuck in machine wouldnt take my bills. Paid $ for wash and nothing happened. Called and answering service was rude and no one called me back.

Had so much trouble with their cash machine, and ended up losing $5. I called and specifically asked for a refund and not a coupon and of course, I get a friggin coupon that I will never use because this car wash sucks so bad. Im also going to make sure No one I know goes there either. They had a chance to make it right. Keep the $5, hope it was worth it. Terrible!

Stopped working in the middle of the wash with soap all over the car, with the garage door closed in the back and brushes blocking my way out in the front. Called the number on the garage door - disconnected. The number in Google is a fax machine. So we were on our own. Fortunately the water finally stopped and I could get out of the car to hit the emergency exit and back my soapy car out and drive home.

This car wash charged me $12 to dent the hood of my beautiful jeep and chip the paint in 3 places. After calling 4 times to the answering service and informing them I would not give up I received a letter from their attorney. Not only was my paint chipped but I was also trapped in the wash unsure of what to do when the dryer started beating on my car! I left with a WET car that was only slightly less dirty than when I arrived. 3 weeks later I receive another very condensing letter from said attorney telling me I clearly have no idea what happened to my car. He said the fact that I waited 10 hours to report the damage was proof I was “confused” about it! hello! I was at work- he says I lied about the times- I have the cc info from my bank, time stamp from work as well toll bridge count. Never. Again. Turning it over to my attorney

Poor wash -- mud did not come off bottom of car. Double blow dry barely works. Cant reach anyone as wash is not attended and published phone is an unaswered fax. I wont go back.

Became trapped in wash bay for 40 minutes after malfunction. My car was never washed, not even sprayed with water. I had to call 911. I called customer service number on building after getting freed and was told I would get a refund and some other things. That has not happened in the almost 3 months since the event.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

$12 and my car isnt clean. Old machine managed to bend the license plate on the front of my car. Pretty disappointed

I used this location for years without any issue, until a month ago I tried both of the bays with no luck. Took my money and doors never opened. Spoke with the answering service said I would receive my money back via Mail. Still no response..

Not worth the money

Just blew $12. The door to the car wash opened, I drove in, waited, and nothing happened. I backed up as far as the now closed door behind me would allow and drove forward again, hoping it would prompt the wash to start working. No dice. Luckily the door in front of me was still open, so we drove away. Very disappointing.

Very poor experience. The vacuum seemed to have almost no suction, and the drive through wash would not read my credit card.

Spent $12 on a wash...the door never opened to let me drive in. I tried to call the number listed on this page, and it sounded like I was connected to a 1998 dial-up modem.

A piss poor excuse for a car wash I paid 12 dollars and it did a terrible job of washing my van and I didnt even get a tire shine so much for upscale Car Wash and then turn around have to pay a dollar to use the vacuum had very poor suction
