Its a good wash and I go there pretty regularly but there are always a few items not working on the spray it yourself wash. I have reported to the owners and they did respond back kindly. They offered a refund that I declined

As you would expect… it’s an auto car wash. Owner is professional and kind. This is closest to me so I visit once a week with three cars.Middle bay spray pressure works better than the other two. Just an observation.

This place has become super run down and much of the equipment doesnt work or barely works at all. Let me preface this by saying that I had to find another place to vacuum my car out because none of the vacuums at Auto Wash USA were working. The few that did work didnt remove very much of the grass and sand from my car. There isnt a lot of suction power with these vacuums. I spent over $15 trying each one hoping that one would be adequate. There is NO option to shampoo your interior even though it says there is. The shampoo options dont work and they have them duct taped shut. I left before I spent anymore $ on this place so I didnt get to the car wash but those appeared to work based on other people using them. I dont normally leave these kind of reviews but hoping to save someone else the time and $ coming here when nothing works.

Been looking for a good self service car wash that takes a credit card. I couldnt find any around east Louisville until now. The only suggestion I would give is to lubricate the swivel mechanism for the pressure washer. I had to apply some pressure to get it to move.

All right I gave this place a one star I got there and had plenty of quarters to use and when I went to use the quarters it was completely full and jammed up. So I put the quarters away I want to get a change from the dollar bill machine which was empty. Luckily I had a debit card so I ran it and it started doing some funny calculations so I canceled canceled canceled it I took 31 dollar bills and put into the machine and they gave me three minutes and 30 seconds which means it should’ve charged my card for 30 seconds which would have been $.50. So I ran through the three minutes and 30 seconds and still needed more I had a five dollar bill so I put a five dollar bill in and I ran through that I only need a little bit more so I put a dollar in and it kept it and gave me no more minutes and the only thing I had left since the change thing was full and the dollar machine was empty with another five dollars which I put in and wasted. So far I’ve put in $13.50 to wash my car. When I look at my bank statement they charge me $10 on my credit card. They did turn around and refund me seven dollars and charge me three which I never used because it only had 30 extra seconds on the clock. Stay away from this place it’s a rip off and nothing worked it was all cold water yourself then work the tire cleaner than work and the engine cleaner didn’t work either. Very disappointed I wanna go back advise you guys not to go there either

Worst car wash ever. Their vacuum machines took several dollars from me, the brushes are almost completely worn off, several of the washs functions dont work and the hose leaks soap all over you. They obviously have no desire or intention to make it a half decent car wash so do yourself and others a favor and dont give these cheap crooks ANY of your money.

This place is pretty run down. Its nearby so Ill try it every once in awhile, and half the time the vacuum I choose doesnt work, or the soap option isnt working, or both. Today I put in money and the vacuum turned on, but it had no pressure. Its not worth calling to get my money back over $1, but the services should work as advertised.

Complete waste of money and time. I’ve come here for years half of the stuff never works. Today I went to go thru the auto wash snd it stopped half way thru with my truck covered in soap still and didn’t refund the money. So then I go over to one of the bays to spend more money and do it my self and the first bay card reader doesn’t even work. I move bays abs the card reader works but the sprayer is spraying water all over me because the connector is busted. I go to use the foal cannon and surprise it doesn’t work either. Not only these things but the soap and chemicals are watered down and do nothing for you. All together I paid 25 dollars for a wash I did mostly my self. There is a nicer auto wash off Lagrange road near this one, go there much nicer equipment and experience. Do not waste your money here.

I paid for a basic $6.00 car wash yesterday. I was notified today of fraud on my account. I was charged $10.00. I wonder how many other customers are unaware that this is happening? There is no attendant at this location and the phone number listed on google has been disconnected. Even though it is a $4.00 overcharge... can you imagine if this happens to everyone who uses this service? Extremely unhappy and disappointed here.

It takes more time to figure out what is and is not broken at this facility than it does to actually clean your vehicle! This place is a wreck!

As always waste my money on shampoo carpets when it never works and vacuum never has any suction . Better off going to the Westport Rd . Clean and presentable . And guess what everything works and save money.

The hose for the soap brush was broken in middle self wash bay. Really need to inspect all items everyday and put up signage or quickly fix issue.

I chose the $8 option and was charged $10. I was in the right auto lane, and I was never given the sign to enter, so I never even got the car wash. I called to talk to someone and the associated phone number is disconnected.

Put quarters in 1 bay, timer was working, no water pressure. Moved to next bay used credit card, again timer started, zero pressure. Called phone number, out of service.I assume I’m getting charged on my credit, no idea how much that will be.Just threw money away.

The automatic car wash is nothing to brag about....after rolling thru for $13.00....i was compelled to drive back around and wash the vehicle manually...had to get the road salt off and do a better job. It was a clean car wash....all the gadgets seemed to work properly...bubble brush, tire cleaner, rinse, etc ...its an OK place to give your ride a much needed bath in the colder months.

Love this place, easy to find, and easy access to the a area. Very convenient place to wash your car, and Wax it. Plenty of space to work in and lots of items to choose from. Located in Middletown, right close to Gene Snyder freeway.

Their wash it yourself bays are nice, but the automatic car wash (particularly the touchless) is a waste of money. There are sections it obviously didn’t wash and the sections it did wash didn’t exactly get clean. But it’s good if you just want to knock the salt off

Wanted a full service, but they were closed, so I came here. Did a pretty decent job. No complaints. Got all the snow, dirt and salt off. My suv looked clean afterwards.

Terrible car wash, no soap in the sprayer and it would cost $10 to clean a full size car. Who the hell thinks this pricing makes any sense, spent $5 and left with a slightly cleaner but still dirty car. No staff on site either to help, so they take your money and thats it. Never again.

It is good when you don’t need a full wash, you can just pick what you need. Also, it tends to not busy, so you can get in and out quickly.

This place sucks the vacuum took my money and when I finally got to one that did work let’s just say I would have been better off using a straw the carpet shampoo machine only lasted about 2 minutes and the auto wash was terrible you want a good car wash in the east end go to bow tie

On Wednesday I paid for the Premium Car Wash. When it went around the back of my car it popped off my tire cover of my RAV4 and the water blasted it off to scrape across the metal floor. Had I pulled any further forward the Car Wash would have scraped the front of my car too. Now I have a scraped up tire cover and the number listed has been disconnected (possibly CLOSED). Do not waste your money!!

Terrible. I too selected basic package and got charged for premium. Blowers did not come on to dry my car. I guess that is not part of tge basic package. They dont tell you whats included in the car wash packages. To top it off, my car was still dirty. I guess that is why its called touchless. It does less touching of the dirt.

I been here twice and it is terable. Vacuums have no pressure. The machine take your money and there is no soup in the floor cleaning for your mats

We went through the auto wash tonight, selected a basic wash for 6 dollars and recieved a badic wash. However we were charged 13.00 on our card for a premium wash. We tried to call the number listed on google but found out it was disconnected. I feel like i was robbed, probably because i was. Be cautious when using a card here, hope you plan you plan to pay for the most expensive wash when thats not what you get.

They charged me $16 for a $5 wash and I have no way at all to contact the business. The phone number is incorrect. No FB or Website. No ability to contact owner for a refund. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH.

The coin fed power wash was a bust. I had to instead run the car through the autowash.

Nice place, unfortunately it is being abused, people are washing there mud coated vehicles there and the money dispensers dont seem to be working.

Last coin alert does not work in the 1st bay bay the auto washes. Had to pay a extra 2 dollars just to wash the trunk off.

Only the driver side of the equipment worked!!!! So if you only need to wash the driver side of your vehicle, this is your place!!!! What a waste of money and the phone number is no longer in service so you cant call to complain!!!
