First of all, let start with the person behind the counter. She was very nice. Now let talk about the vehicle. We rented a Dodge Grand Caravan (Black). All the tires was low. Told them they were low and they said they put air in them. So we took it somewhere else and had the tires check out. They were all low.So this other guy put air in all 4. Then we were driving at night, the headlights would not stay on. Try to tell the person behind the counter. Was brush off. Will not rent from them no more.

Stay away from this location. Worst customer service Ive had.I needed to exchange a car I rented from another location and the person gave me an attitude as soon as I asked.Not only did he not believe me when I said the car was shaking, he then took it out for a test drive like I was lying to him. After all of that, he came back said he didnt have any cars and I have to go back to the airport.He was huffing and puffing throughout our entire interaction. It was like he was doing everything he could not to help me.When I spoke to the manager at the airport location she knew exactly what location I was referring to without me telling her.Stay away from this location

No customer service over the phone. Always goes to the operated call system.Never charges the weekly rentals on time to where you are getting calls that your car is late. I think they need some more employees to better assist the business. If it wasn’t for me having to use Avis for my purposes of renting. I’d be at enterprise or hertz. Save the trouble for yourself.

Agent wasnt experience. Had to make another registration at different location which was inconvenient to me

Customer service was fantastic...in and out. Strange policy with adding tax in then deducting. Many Avis branches do not do this.

Rented a car from Avis in Akron, OH for trip to Louisville, KY. Car was overpowered with air freshener. Once the car aired out we realized that the car reeks of weed. Had to be in Louisville by a certain time so no way to return. Akron said we could exchange in Louisville. 3 Avis locations near the Expo center NEVER answer their phones. One redirects to the National Avis call center, but they can’t help with exchanging the vehicle or even check which locations have cars so I don’t have to drive all over Louisville. Horrible service. I’ll go back to Enterprise.

Rented a vehicle, the office said not to return it because of fear it would get stolen during the demonstrations going on, so we finally found someone in the office during the hours they said would be open (several attempts to drop off vehicle and no one was there during the hours supposed to be open).. then this pathetic company charged him over 900.00 which was supposed to be 470.00... made multiple attempts to reach them, said they would call back.. to date no response

Very friendly service at pick up and return. Rekeisha was super nice and extremely helpful to make sure I was able to get a vehicle that fit my family’s needs. With such great service, I’d return to this Avis again, and I’m an even an exec member of other car rental company.

The customer service was terrible, the wait is ridiculous, the vehicle i was giving was not the one i was supposed to get, the car was beat up all over, The rear tires were bald and one had a slight cut in it, I made it all the way from kentucky to Tennessee before finding out the tires were bad! I drove 2k miles with fear of having a blow out! Then when returned they had the nerve to charge me an extra $112 after taking my paperwork and not giving me a receipt or telling me why i was charged!

Car smelled like weed. AND they charged me 150 for picking up the car 30 min early even though it was returned 4 hours early the next day. Told us the amount was a 200 dollar deposit. LIED TO US! Charged me an airport fee, not an airport. DISHONEST< WORST SERVICEDO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! Avis customer service department made it right. Does not even deserve one star.

Car I was given only had 15,000 miles, but smelled like a 20 year old ash tray. Who ever inspects the vehicles or cleans the interiors obviously does not care. Cup holders were sticky with spilled soda, back seats were dirty, and the windshield was covered in residue. Mentioned all this upon return and nothing. No apology just a oh well get that cleaned up.Also be on the lookout for an 11.11% Airport rec fee even though the WHOLE REASON I booked outside of the airport was to avoid this and the Avis website I booked through made NO mention of this fee in their complete summary of charges seems very predatory.Save yourself the hassle and cigarette smell headaches and get an Uber.

The absolute worst! They stole my personal car keys left in the rental car and then charged me $866! They are so rude and very unprofessional, I spoke with customer service and they did nothing at all please don’t rent with them

I prepaid for a vehicle and turned it in early they kept the remaining of my money and told me it was company policy I will NEVER use Avis again ! I wish I could give them a zero!
