The staff is incredible at the Fern Creek location. I have been going there for a few years and the staff is friendly and professional cut. I also like the option to come on between cute for a neck cleanup and the massage is nice way to finish up.

Husband went in told the stylist what he wanted and she basically scalped him. Its winter not time for a summer haircut Im just glad we dont have something important like pictures this week. And then left extra long hairs around the ear. And hes been letting his hair grow out on top and gets it faded in on the sides. Ughhhhh cant find a decent stylist 😡

Told her what I wanted and she proceeded to cut my hair the way she, apparently, wanted to. The two had nothing in common. I now have a new look I never intended. It will take a while for my hair to grow back out again.

Conversation but not gossip

We check the hours before taking a 45-minute drive to get there. Showed up at 4: 40 pm and were turned away on a day when the closing time is 5 pm.We were told the guy getting his haircut would be at least another 20 minutes and that we would not he served.When we explained you have to take customers up until your closing time, the female barber ignored that and walked away.First and last visit.
