Ive been getting my hair cut here for years. Called in to get my stylists availability for the week and was informed she no longer works there. I requested her information to contact her. Cindi the manager was extremely rude an unwilling to help. I understand no giving out information for security protocol. What I will never understand is when I ask, what can you do to help me? and a manager gives me the response, I dont know what you want me to do... Cindi, here is a bit of advice. Lose the attitude and Be KIND. What you could have done was express empathy for my frustration of losing a stylist whom I consider a friend. Past that, you could have expressed your desire to take care of me as a client moving forward or find me a stylist with your organization. You had a prime opportunity to win me over as a customer for life. It makes sense why you lost another great stylist.

I brought my 6 year old son here today for a haircut before vacation and it was not great! I explained what we wanted done and when Shaunna did not do that I stopped her and asked her to take the fade higher up like I had asked. She told me she was going to finish the top and if SHE wanted to bring it up she would. After I told her no, I know what I want and she took it higher she could not get it even at all! The line at the bottom on his neck was sideways and when I asked her to please straighten it, she ended up cutting into the corner of it and there was a clear chunk of hair missing. Thinking she was newer I just kept trying to explain what needed fixed and she REFUSED to listen and kept making it worse thinking she knew better and telling my son to “sit up” and “be still” like her mistakes were because of him when he was sitting still! She was not friendly and did not try to have conversation with him or me at all from the very beginning. She asked Cyndi to come over and have a look. I explained everything that needed fixed and she actually listened and did a great job fixing his hair! While she was fixing it Shaunna got upset and stormed off to the back instead of either trying to learn to fix her own mistakes or apologizing. Completely unprofessional and terrible with kids! Don’t waste your time if you’re going here taking the first available, at least ask for Cyndi and wait for her or go somewhere else. It’s worth the extra few dollars elsewhere to not have to deal with the negativity and bad cut! Would have given 1 star for sure, but left 2 because Cyndi really was kind and did a good job cleaning up her co-workers mess.

Molly at the central station location was great! Having been isolated for a while, I was a bit nervous but Molly was friendly and made me feel comfortable! Everything was clean and I was very happy with my first real haircut since covid started!

Love Super Cuts the stylist listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with my hair cut before I left my husband also got a hair cut 💇‍♀️ 💇‍♂️ very happy with the student stylist manager also is great every one super nice look forward to returning

(Here is my Boyfriends experience)They didnt cut it how i asked. I asked for it to be very short on top and they left it very long. I was going to get a razor part or (hard part), as the lady called it, but i knew better and im glad i didnt because when she was done and asked how it looked the only thing you could tell she actually cut was the sides. She either cut it the only way she knew how or intentionally effed it up. Im going with the former just to give her the benefit of the doubt. Avoid Meagan, if thats her name. Anytime i tried saying something to her she would ask huh or what and im pretty sure i wasnt whispering. This might explain why my hair turned out the way it did. Its hard to cut someones hair and get it right when youre not paying attention to them. I shut my mouth and let her do whatever she had in mind, i knew there was no way a closed mind was going to listen. A person shouldnt have to re-cut their hair when they get home.

Adam, Eric and Aimee are the reason this shop has turned around. Definitely return each time for a haircut. They are friendly, caring and personal with every visit.

Adam Cooper is one of the best stylists Ive had the pleasure of encountering .. he has a eye for style and goes above and beyond to make it feel comfortable. Its like youre hanging out with a friend getting your hair done! and he makes sure you leave feeling like a perfect 10.. highly recommend ... As for the business its self they underpay their employees and I recently realized adam was no longer with the company when I asked why I was shocked that even with a degree they paid him less than what a 16 year old who works at McDonalds gets paid.. supercuts needs to learn to take care of their loyal employees ... No wonder most places like this doesnt have great stylists because they pay the bare minimum ...

The shop has new staff and new management. Everyone is so much nicer and the place is so much cleaner than it was. Ive had 3 different staff cut my hair and I wasnt upset by any of them. I do have a favorite - Miss Val - and try to go when shes working. We had been there in the past and it was a horrible place to go - but now we enjoy it all.

Cyndi, the proprietor is always so pleasant and wonderful to talk to.I always go for the workshop they have once a month. Its a training week, where people who are becoming stylists/cutters for the company have to do different styles in order to pass their exams.Every person I have come into contact with has been great. There are a lot of wonderful personalities that workhere and everyone is always pleasant and happy to greet you.

Never ever get a Haircut from here, EVER !

I would recommend this place. Tyra is my go-to when I come here. I’ve had it done several times now here. Took a while to find a barber/stylist like her for the price. I don’t know so much about the other folks, but if you come here and get a cut from her, you won’t be disappointed. Everywhere else I go, I find myself disappointed. At least as far as a cheap cut goes.

My husband got his hair cut by Amy and it was the worst experience he’s ever had! Never get your hair cut here! He has a very simple hair cut and just needed a trim and she shaved him almost bald and uneven all over. It’s just not worth the cheap price. Don’t do it!

I go there for a basic guy haircut and it usually turns out well but I wouldnt trust them for much else.

Great haircut everytime Ive been there

My boyfriend needed a haircut and so it was emergency time. We went to this place because it was one that was open and when we got there it was 5:40 and it closes at 6. they did not have any other customers waiting or being served and the front desk lady asked the other lady if she could take him back to cut his hair and she acts very unsure about even cutting his hair. Waited 10 minutes and then she finally decides to cut his hair. Well he has pretty thick hair and when she tried to run the razor through it she pulled his hair not once but she changed the razor blade more than once and pulled his hair every time. She finally got the correct razor size for his hair type and proceeded cutting. Everything looked fine except for how to cut the sides. She cut the sides not how it he explained to her at all and not only did she not clean his face or ears off but she put gel for his hair and so then he had little hair stuck all over his forehead and ears. Most likely will not go back here.

I went in last week and there was only one person working in the shop..I said I would come back the next week when they had more help..I came back, the person working barely a knowledged me, didnt ask me what I was there for and continued cutting hair..I left and will find another place with more professional help.

Whatever you do, do not go here. This place wastes so much of your time, providing low quality service. One employee is particular, is the worst Supercuts has to offer. I sat down and waited over an hour, listening to her talk to a random stranger that just walked into the store and began socializing with her. She stopped in the midst of giving a haircut to someone, just so that she can talk to that person. As a result, this created a larger line and longer wait. I strongly suggest you find another haircut place since this one is disorganized and highly inadequate.

I called from work to see if I could be in and out in an hour. The person who answered said there was only one customer right now so I left work immediately to get there. What she didn’t tell me was that there was only one person working and she had just started the other customer’s cut. I waited for 10 minutes and witnessed the slowest haircutting I’ve ever seen in near silence other than the smacking of the stylist’s gum. I had to leave because there was no way I was going to be able to get a cut. So I wasted my lunch break for nothing.

Waited for almost an hour while one stylist mopped the bathrooms. I ended up leaving and getting in at another place immediately. People arent friendly or competent.

Sunday supposed to open 11:00 its 11:55 still nobody here real bad business.

The worst haircut Ive had in a long time. Asked for it to be long enough for me to comb it over and part it. I could enlist with how short it is. In washing my hair my shirt was soaked in the back and I now have what looks like brown stains in my collar. Val kept talking about her 30 years of experience, but I think it was only talk. Very disappointed and will not be back. She also misdiagnosed a known skin condition, but baby I know what Im talking about. I would do no stars if I could.

I have been 3 times attempting to convince myself that each time will be better.My haircut was so bad one time, I had to return and a different stylist made it somewhat better but still unsatisfying.

She told me because of your hair. l have never heard from any staff something like this. After a while she said because of my machine. It was really terrible place. Dirty everywhere and she was very rude. If you care about your hair, never go to there. l wish l read here before go to there.

If I could give less than one star I would. My hair was cut by Vonn. She told me that she knew what haircut I was describing, and still cut off about two years of growth to give me a haircut nothing near to what I wanted

First off, the wait time is horrible sometimes. But I didnt dislike the places or the people. I dislike that I went to get my eyebrows waxed previously. I usually get in the chair with this lady name Dana. But this time a African american woman did them this time and she did a bad job on them. My eyebrows are not even and one is thinner than the other. I personally think she should not be doing peoples eyebrows if she is not good at it. I was kind of pissed off sitting in the chair cause I felt her waxing unnecessary spots on my face. I WILL NOT go back there and if I do, Im not going to that black woman. I didnt catch her name.

Walked in and they told me very rudely that there was to long a wait and they couldnt take me. there were 2 guys waiting with 2 stylists and 45 mins till close. Come on.

My boyfriend has had his hair cut here twice and we have tried to go a few other times but we walk into a waiting room with several other people and NO ONE cutting hair. The first time we were there, one of the girls left to go to the bank while there were people waiting.

Horrible. Hope you have a hour to kill waiting for your cut. 1 person is all they ever seem have working, someone always calls in, it has been this way for several months now. Three trips today before I gave up. This place just sucks and no management what so ever, I asked to speak with the manager and the one person working said we dont have one she quit.
